    Pineapple bun
    Amy T.

Grabbed breakfast shortly after store open on a Sunday. Bakery was stocked with freshly baked goods still cooling on racks as well as many delicacies from cakes to mooncakes. We selected a few different buns, hot dog, pineapple, custard, pizza, chicken and jalapeños. Also, grabbed some Taiwan toast. Prices are very reasonable. Staff were helpful with suggestions. Buns were delicious. I liked the chicken and jalapeños bun. Son like pizza bun. He's not a fan of mushrooms, though. Will definitely be back next time we're in Cupertino!

There is a big selection of bakery goods. Everything is very fresh and soft. It's not quite the same as San Francisco bakeries. Bakery items seem lighter and airier, like the cocktail bun. It looks and tastes buttery and sugary but the bun is lighter. It satisfies my Chinese bakery cravings. I told my family 2 items each but we all picked out 3. They sell cakes and bread. Bread is super addictive. I usually scout out the shelves first. Don't come too late. They run out. Pick up a tray and tongs, next to the door on the left, pick up your selections and take them to the cashier. There's no real ambiance. It's take out only. One table and two chairs outside if you can't wait until you get home.

Small branch with limited selection, there's no boba drinks in this shop. One of the ladies staff seemed to have problem hearing me, I talked next to her ears and she still didn't hear anything. I have to leave and come back other time. Maybe t r hearing aid is faulty.

Clean, small bakery that can get busy. They dont have a lot of vegan options besides loafs but they had some eggless breads such as the congee bread and some red bean cookies. Its decent for an unplanned stop worth a look around .

6'' pink piggy cake and 6'' chocolate teddy bear cake

Ordered the pink piggy cake and the chocolate teddy bear cake for pick up. Can either order on their website (needs to be at least 2 days ahead) or call in if a day before or same day. They usually have premade cakes for walk in as well. The cakes looked exactly as it did online and were super cute! There was more icing that I prefer but that's a trade-off for the style of the cake. I always order from Sheng-Kee for solid and reasonable priced cakes - can't go wrong.

Cool Asian bakery. There's a lot of great choices. They have a credit card purchase minimum. The service was fast and friendly. The display cases were great and displayed the goods very well.

Interesting and unique bakery goods coming from a white man's perspective. I was staying at a nearby hotel that didn't have breakfast so I was looking for a quick bite to eat nearby. This place caught my eye. Went in and was taken back by all the amazing sites and smells. Each item individually packed and in bright display cases if we were looking at wedding rings. I watched a woman behind me rush in and grab a try by the door. I copied her and started grabbing anything that caught my eye. Amazing soft and chewy textures coming from all baked goods. The only ones I wasn't a fan of were the German pie (eggy) and the chicken pie (just tasted like onions). The others were great and I would get again.

Standard Chinese bakery - sweet and savory buns, roll cakes, sponge cakes, fancy cakes for special occasions... you get the idea. :) It is posted in several places around the store - but no digital payments here (Aka, no Apple Pay or google pay)... they do accept (physical) credit cards though... and of course cash. (Many Chinese bakeries seem to accept checks, but not sure if this one does or no I let my kids pick one thing for dessert after lunch.. and one bun for breakfast tomorrow. Of course they picked a big chunk of sponge cake for today (White/strawberry & chocolate/mocha) and then a sweet bun for tomorrow (puff cream cheese bun & chocolate pineapple bun). I also picked up a hot dog cheese bun and a HK ham and egg bun for myself. We also got 6 Portuguese custard tarts because their weekly special is buy 5, get 1 free... and who can pass up a deal? :D Came around 2:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon - not busy at all! :)

    * I came early in the morning, ~8:30 so not all of their selection was out on the shelves. My friend and I ordered: the strawberry packaged cake slice, the garlic bread, condensed milk toast, and ham & cheese sandwich. We enjoyed everything we got! The breads were not too sweet and were all light and fluffy, perfect for breakfast. The prices were amazing!! We paid less than $10 total for all 4 items! Will definitely be returning often! * $10 credit minimum so bring cash!

I ordered a Japanese cheese cake and it's not as moist as expected. The store is very accommodating but quality is just so so.

Best Pineapple buns with the hard crust on top. The egg tarts are delicious too. Easy to find parking.

Do they customize cake? I dont want a cake with a thick layer of whipped cream, do they make it thinner?

If your doing a online pick up order. I would just make note of it in the notes section of any adjustments or writing you would like on the cake. If your preordering instore, just let the cashier know.

I love that you can also order their cakes on the app, without having to call in. Their workers are generally pretty nice, and they do offer to heat up your pastries if you want when you pick it up. This location has outdoor seating as well as indoor seating, so it was nice to be able to sit outside with my dogs. It's in a large plaza with plenty of parking, so you won't have any trouble. I've tried their salt bread, which needed more butter and just taste like a decent dinner roll. Everything else though was good. Their coffee croissant was delicious, but slightly too sweet due to all the icing and filling. Their limited edition Biscoff cake slice was amazing if you love cookie butter it was thick and fudgy. And you can't go wrong with their strawberry fresh cream cake, which is usually really light and fluffy with a not too sweet cream that Asian families can enjoy. I've only had the experience of a dry cake, one time, possibly because it was sitting out for too long? Either way, Paris Baguette is one of my go to Asian bakeries for a good pastry and cake.

Even as I grew older, I never grew out of combing through their catalogue of delightful egg tarts and sweet and savory buns. The experience I'm speaking about today pertains to their custom cake order. You will likely need to speak Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese for this. I ordered a 1/2 sheet cake for my party of approximately 20 people, and we had almost half of the cake left over to spare! To be fair, I did give a much more generous estimate (I mentioned that there would be around 20-30 people attending my party). Definitely would've downsized had I known everyone's appetite would be so small. The ladies working there will let you know which size is best for your party. The cake was gigantic, and made in my favorite flavor (their mango mousse) with my birthday message written atop it in red and white icing. I loved everything about it! They're generous with the pickup process, you can definitely arrive after the time you specified for picking up. Everything went very smoothly, my friends were surprised that the cake was so delicious and many had never even had a mango flavored cake to begin with either! The creamy rich mousse layers complement the spongey cake perfectly. It was $135 total, but if you get their regular fruit cream cake, it'll be cheaper than if you pick a specialty cake (their tiramisu, passionfruit, etc).
