Came by for dessert the other day and it was a decent experience. Parking was available in the private lot or on the street. The cafe has been completely redone and there was a talented Gen Z staff behind the counter in full Tong Sui attire. Opted for the strawberry matcha coconut pudding and was offered a spoon with my purchase. I did read signage requesting to consume on the day of purchase. The coconut pudding was quite light and not too sweet, almost not sweet enough. The matcha itself was light too. Small parking lot but we came when it wasn't busy at all so found parking easily. Super big sitting area especially compared to the other locations. Ordering by kiosk or at the register and our drinks came out quickly. My favorite is the mango coconut ice bomb, lightly sweet- sooo good! Appreciate that there's a bit more seating at this location than other locations. Got the Coco Papaya, which is like a perfectly blended papaya milk smoothie with coconut pudding. Such a fantastic fruity, tropical, refreshing drink. There are 2 options for milk: whole milk or coconut milk. I personally prefer the whole milk because I can taste the papaya much more. With the coconut milk, the coconut becomes the dominant flavor. So glad this is a regular menu item now instead of just seasonal! read more

the milpitas location is the one closest to me but i do not fancy their drinks. when i bought their coconut ice bomb there, there was too much of the coconut shell in my drink. DO BETTER MILPITAS! i drove to this location after doing some things at work and ordered their signature coconut pudding, durian coconut pudding, taro & ube sago (vegan), and a coconut ice bomb which was cost me a total of $35.80. i went right when they opened (12pm) and there were already preorders and two people in line. instead of waiting, i ordered through the kiosk. did not make any customizations so it was easy to do. waited a good 5 minutes and my order was packed and ready to go. so why the 4 stars instead of 5?? after packing my order, you'd think they'd call my name so i can grab my stuff and not wait longer than necessary ... but they didn't! good thing i was paying attention to what was being packed and asked if that's my order. and lastly, how is it after spending $38, you only get ONE POINT. your point system sucks, do better tong sui!!!! read more

Don't know what I'm going to repurpose the jars for but I'm sure I'll find something to use them for. My niece ordered the Mango Mochi and the Matcha Red Bean. I usually go to the location in Sunnyvale but this new location is good too. Lots of parking since it's a stand alone place. I tried the new bowls and they were really good. I've driven by this old building thousands of times and have seen it in all of its incarnations throughout the decades. I was starting to wonder if it was a doomed location... I remember back in the days ordering these tiny little jars of the best coconut pudding from the location in Sunnyvale which I believe they were sharing with a boba shop? It was SO pricey but SO worth it. I repeat, we had a HUGE Korean BBQ lunch with around 8 people. Light, sweet and refreshing was the key goals here. We walked over to the store and I was absolutely gobsmacked when we stepped in! I felt like we had walked into a super chic art museum!
