Excited that TP Tea is in town. I've been to other TP Tea locations around the Bay Area and usually leave satisfied. Currently in soft opening, I noticed that there were still some touch ups and remodeling work when I visited, but the sitting space is gorgeous and spacious. They don't have hot drinks yet (they do at other locations) but I was told that they will add those on later. I settled for a strawberry matcha tea-strong matcha, and sweet fresh strawberry purée, the drink overall was not overly sweet, and served in a beautiful cup. Staff were generally friendly. So happy to welcome this new tea shop to this area, and look forward to trying more drinks when they are officially opened.

Wonderful addition to the San Ramon tea scene . Friendly and welcoming staff. Interior is esthetically pleasing, good amount of seating to hang and chill. I ordered TieGuanYin MT and it came out quickly. I like it and will be back to try other drinks. Private parking lot and ample parking. Thank you!

Super clean and nice inside! The drinks are delicious! I would 100% recommend. The service was very nice as well. They have self kiosks where you can order on your own! Everything about this place is amazing!

Ooooh, a new boba tea shop just opened up nearby! Walking into TP Tea, we stepped into a beautiful, airy space with a fresh, inviting vibe. We were immediately greeted by a friendly young lady with dyed hair. She told us we could order either at the user-friendly kiosks or by chatting with the cashier at the counter. First, we admired the tempting photos on the kiosk menu, then headed to order at the counter. The young lady there was super friendly and instantly put us at ease, especially since it was our first time at TP Tea. The menu was so full of delicious options that I almost forgot my full order by the time I reached the counter, but she was very patient and helped me choose the perfect drink. We went with the Taiwan classic milk tea, with less ice and less sugar, which was just right. The little boy was so excited about his strawberry smoothie with milk--he loved it and eagerly finished it, even though it was as big as he was. Our visit today was truly wonderful, and I can't wait to explore more of the menu on our next visit. I really recommend trying TP Tea--you'll see what I mean!

I like ume because they sell the bunny plushies without buying the surprise cup itself. Even if each location operates differently I have been able to switch out the plush for another I want. But usually I can just bypass that and buy a plush directly which I like instead of spending on a large surprise cup drink... Also not all boba places have popcorn chicken so that's why I like this one.. The three young boys( kids )who worked today's seemed nice low-key . They r nicer than boba bliss ... The boba bliss one in Dublin all the kids usually talk in the back and not like super cool welcoming with customers... But this one is all business and ready to help out seems like. At least I didn't think the two Asian guys and blonde kid were talking too much .. they were busy packing my stuff in the bag without being asked! Reminder to pack your own straw and little brown sticks in case they forget...

Still one of my favorite places to get boba…read more Staff was always so friendly and helpful. Even I felt like I asked the same questions about size and boba everytime. :P The mango drink was the best I have tried in the Bay Area thus far. The taro drink was a pretty close 2nd. Ambiance is very nice. Few spots to sit at but always full, lively, crowded and fun. Saw lots of different groups of customers here. Definitely a favorite spot for a lot of people. I will come again.

We came here and ordered 4 drinks with no line in front of us. Maybe online orders delayed the entire process but it took forever to get our drinks. The place is small and smelled like cleaning chemicals mixed with tea smells. No real seating and no bathroom to use. The storefront is small and inside even smaller and narrow. The quality of the Matcha is super low quality and very bitter. While most places premix their matcha, the matcha here tasted gross and very bitter. Tasted old. The ones who ordered the matcha drinks didn't even finish half the drink before they tossed it. Such a waste for an expensive drink. Compared to boba guys, this place isn't even in the same universe. Everything seems low quality and the prices are just as or more expensive in comparison. We went here because it was closer to the event we were attending but live and learn, the drive to bishop would have been worth it. And lastly they don't modify any of their drink orders such as less or more ice... or even sweeter less sweet. This is not the norm with how many other shops have options to customize drinks to order. With how poor quality and balanced the drinks were, they may benefit from some adjustments. Long story short = low quality not worth the price. Will not return and will stick with the tried and true staple in the area Boba Guys

Ordering through the kiosk was simple, and we settled in, chatting and taking photos with the fun décor while waiting for our drinks. As other customers came and went with their orders, I started wondering why ours was taking so long. It finally hit me, I had placed the order... but completely forgot to pay, so it never went through. With a hard stop coming up, I checked in at the counter, half-panicked and fully embarrassed. Thankfully, the gentleman behind the counter handled it with so much grace. He quickly took our order on the spot, had our drinks ready in record time, and even offered complimentary mochi donuts. I declined out of sheer embarrassment, but my daughter accepted one (churro flavor), and loved it. The drinks themselves were excellent: the brown sugar crème brûlée with konjac jelly was rich and satisfying, and the pineapple green tea with lychee and konjac jelly was light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. Between the cute vibe, quality drinks, and genuinely kind service, this place left a great impression. A small hiccup on my end, but they turned it into a standout experience.

The deep-fried squid (basically calamari) is just as good -- light, crispy, and not overly greasy. It's the kind of snack you order "to share" and then end up guarding. And you can't leave without trying their soft serve. The fish-shaped cone is fun on its own, but the unique soft serve flavors make it special. It's creative, delicious, and something you can't find anywhere nearby. It's heartbreaking that they're closing sometime March. Places that put this much care into both flavor and creativity deserve better. If you've ever thought about trying it, now is the time. Local gems like this don't come around often -- and they shouldn't disappear quietly.

The soft serve had an intensely creamy flavor with a high milk content and while the honey enjoyed his Thai milk tea boba, the style of my mango cup was not for me (although the fish cone option is very cute). We ordered from a tablet at the front and the service was prompt and friendly. I'd love to see them add in some outside seating as beyond the Starbucks, there's no seating in this shopping center. All in all, we may come back to order food but sadly it just wasn't a good match for the type of ice cream I enjoy.

The moment I walked into the restaurant, I was surprised by the atmosphere. The employees were speaking Spanish among themselves in front of customers. What concerned me more was seeing a kitchen worker come out to the front with their clothes and body visibly wet and dirty. This raised concerns for me about the restaurant's cleanliness and food-handling standards. Hygiene should always be a top priority in any restaurant. Now, let's talk about the food. I saw many people eating here, so I hoped the pho would be good. Unfortunately, the broth tasted like water and lacked the rich, deep, savory flavor I expect from authentic Vietnamese pho. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality. My wife is Vietnamese, and she was not impressed either. The food did not convince her at all, especially when it came to the authenticity and flavor of the pho. Based on our experience, this restaurant did not live up to our expectations of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Honestly, I feel this place is overrated by many people. To me, it feels more like a fast-food Vietnamese restaurant that prioritizes serving customers quickly rather than delivering the quality, flavor, and care that a good bowl of Vietnamese pho deserves. Fast service is fine, but it should never come at the expense of food quality. My honest warning to other customers: If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese pho, I would think twice before spending your money here. In my opinion, the food does not justify the prices, and the overall experience left us disappointed. Between the disappointing food, the cleanliness concerns, and the lack of authentic flavor, I personally would not recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a genuine Vietnamese pho experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves its food quality, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.
