I also want to acknowledged the service particularly my experience with 'Nasha' probably the wrong spelling of her name (she has green hair) . She works the back making drinks, but has an eye on the customers! I noticed that Nasha nudged her to hand me my drink! Very attentive! Smooth ordering process, super busy in and out, easyish to find location for ordering. For ordering there are two choices which are ordering in store and ordering via Snackpass! I love the latter because there are reward points that can lead yo a free drink. In store is super crowded and busy which is not a good seating area to be in the long scheme, which I highly recommend sitting near Living Spaces or other locations. I really like their tea because it tastes very authentic and rich in flavor. I usually get the Jasmine green, which smells nice and tastes nice but today I decided to try out the Black Tea tornado, which was amazing in itself! This boba shop was a nice stop in the Westfield Oakridge Mall. This was my first time trying out TP Tea and going to this shopping center. First of all, the boba shop is set up very nicely. The lighting and color scheme makes the shop stand out and entices you to stop by. It made purchasing a drink here a fun experience. There is also a quite a lot of space and seating here. The menu was displayed on the entire wall in an artistically done way and was easy to read. My favorite part of the shop was the lovely Korean pop music. It was quite to my taste and I found myself searching up the songs while waiting for my drink. They were pleasant and easy to listen to and created a relaxing atmosphere. I ordered a strawberry matcha latte drink. The wait was not long. I was pleased with the size of my drink. After stirring, my drink had good flavor and was not too sweet. Located in Westfield Oakridge Mall, parking is plentiful and pretty easy to find. The interior is spacious but seating is very limited. Ordering is done through a self operable kiosk. I ordered the Treasure taro milk tea (5/5): with 50% sweetness the drink wasn't sweet. If anything it was fragrant. The taro topping added great flavor. It paired nicely with the other topping (I believe it's creme brulee). Just a heads up they sent our text that our drinks were ready early. Green tea: I love tea, but they have severely burnt their tea leaves. It was so bitter that it was difficult to enjoy. Boba milk tea: it just didn't taste the same as the Cupertino location. C10 TGY Milk Tea w/ Boba, Grass Jelly & Coffee Jelly: high quality tea, chewy boba, aromatic and firm coffee jelly, not overly sweet even at 100% sweetness, simple yet satisfying flavor. I'm not a big fan of the grass jelly and normally prefer the QQ noodle. Too bad they always run out of QQ noodle. TP Tea also has a great variety of fruity tea.
