Service is fast and efficient as there are multiple kiosks to order from and they do accept cash at the cashier. On busy days, there can be a long line but it typically goes by fast. It's really cute that they have a bunny for their store logo. You place your order at the kiosk. I love fruit tea, so I checked to see what they offered for that. I chose the passion fruit & watermelon green tea with 30% sweetness and less ice. It took about 5 minutes for my order to be ready. They get a lot of online orders. So there wasn't anyone else inside at the time I was there, but they were busy in the back getting orders ready. My tea was very delicious and refreshing. They use fresh fruit to make their teas. I immediately tasted the watermelon right away. There were even little pieces of fresh watermelon inside. I didn't taste the passion fruit. That might be because I asked them not to add the passion fruit seeds. I still loved my tea, and I would order it again in the future.

Ambiance is a bit nicer/more modern than what Tleaf Teapresso had, although that may just be due to the holiday decor. Pricing is a bit high, although the sizing does match the pricing a bit nicer than most spots so this is a hit or miss for me. Overall I think it's just a matter of trying them out at a better time that they have fresher ingredients.
