My quest of trying all of the local boba spots brought me to Jasmine Kocha. This is in a busy complex, and I love the Bagel Basket just next door, so I hadn't tried this location yet. (I do love Bagel Basket's Vietnamese coffee, so I usually get that if I want a caffeinated drink in the area.) Jasmine Kocha has an interesting menu of fruit teas and milk teas. Unlike most places, you order from a person not a tablet. The person I ordered from was a little brusque, but my drink came out quickly. I got the red moonshine with only 50% sweetness, and it was very refreshing and not sweet at all. They have some foosball tables and nice couches inside. The decor looks comfortable. read more

I'm always on the hunt for a good fruit tea. I happened to be close by to Jasmine Kocha. I stopped by to give it a try. There was one customer ahead of me and one employee make g the drinks. When it was my turn to order, the store employee greeted me and I ordered the passion fruit tea with zero sweetness. I paid and waited for my order. It's not too big inside but they do have a few tables with games on them if you want to play, like hungry hippo lol. I thought that was cute. They also had quite the collection of plushies for sale. My drink was ready so fast, I couldn't believe it. It was the perfect with a hint of sweetness. It was so refreshing. Not the best I've ever had but pretty good. It cost $7.50 which is a bit more than what I usually pay for a fruit tea. If I happen to be in the area and need a refreshing tea, I'll stop by again. read more

This place is such a treat! The inside is so fun, there's foosball tables and other games everywhere, and the vibe is so fun. The boba is great, and so are the smoothies; i recommend the Rainbow Smoothie, Taro Milk Tea, and the Passion Fruit tea (the last two with honey boba). It's fun to grab a drink and snacks and eat while hanging out! The service is super quick and this place usually isn't busy. I ordered the Soursop. It came out within 1 minute. I think it's a bit sweet. Overall the taste was okay. It actually tastes like soursop. I think the tea base could have been better though. Decided to check this place out after getting lunch one day, didn't realize it was so close to me! They have some rewards system where if you order enough drinks you get a free plush from them, which I think is super cute lol. The interior and decor were cute! Place is on the smaller side. We were brought here because we had a sweet tooth after Goku next door. Parking was not a problem. They sell cute lil' pandas that were so eye catching! As for the menu, it was pretty versatile. Some for the coffee, smoothie, milk tea, fruit tea, and even waffle and pork bun lovers! We opted for the Straw-Pa which consisted of real strawberries, bananas, and vitamin B12. This drink was healthy, but did not taste like it which was good, if you know what I mean. The other drink was Mango Fury. A mango smoothie with mango bits at the bottom. We arrived at the Boba shop and looked at the menu. We noticed that there was no things on the menu that when we asked in person if they had they didn't. The worker was also quite rude. she kept on being passive aggressive every time we would ask if we can order a Boba. When I asked for my Boba, she said it wasn't on the menu. When we asked for Boba milk tea, she explained to us that there was no tea in the drink. The chocolate Boba was quite disgusting and the brown sugar milk with Boba no tea. For this weeks boba, I swung by Jasmine Kocha. I ordered the lychee bliss fruit tea with 50% sweetness and honey boba. The sweetness was just right and the lychee flavor was wonderful. I loved that it includes a couple whole lychees in it too! The lady helping us was so sweet and helped us pick out what to order. I wish I found this place sooner! It's in my neighborhood and I just never really noticed it before. I was looking to buy a pandan waffle as I just had one recently and loved it. I arrived here on a Sunday afternoon and it was moderately busy. The lady at the counter was very nice and patient. I ordered two Pandas waffles and a Jk coffee , 50% sweet. The lady let me know the waffle would take a few minutes which I was ok with considering they make them to order. The coffee drink was really good! Not too sweet and just strong enough. My review is long overdue for Jasmine Kocha. We've been coming here for the past few years. Drinks are delicious, you can modify sweetness. I don't like my drinks super sweet so I order it at 50% sweet and it's perfect and refreshing. Our favorites so far are the salted cheese with green tea at 50% sweet (this refreshing drink is addicting be forewarned!). Another favorite is lychee bliss 50% sweet, add aloe vera jelly if you like some chewy deliciousness that's also healthy. When in the mood for a snack, we love their green waffles. You can call to order ahead and pick up in 5 minutes. The ladies here are very sweet, friendly and accommodating. The shop is adorable, clean and has a few games to play when waiting. read more

The decor in this place is super cute! I got the jasmine milk tea with lychee jelly (75% sugar), and I enjoyed it. It was still pretty sweet even with less sugar, so maybe their drinks run on the sweeter end, or the jelly was sweet haha. Another first timer! It was right next to the kbbq place we went to. A perfect coincidence! Always need some tea after food. The tea shop is a bit small. A very cozy vibe. They have a small sofa and 2 tables. So it's not that good for big groups but for smaller groups, it's a nice place to hang out in. They have an area near the back where you can take your pics. It's so cute and aesthetically pleasing. They have 2 foosball table, which is so interesting, not really a thing you see in a tea shop. Really fun tho! The tea barista was super friendly and quick. We order and went to sit down and before we even sat down, boom! the drink was done (mind blowing). It was a bit shocking The drinks we got were delicious. The honey green tea was refreshing and not too sweet. I think there the only place that lets you adjust your sweetness for this drink. The salted cheese green tea was even better. Arrived at the venue after getting pizza nearby on a Tuesday night around 8:15 pm. It was near empty when my friend and I arrived with only 2 others already enjoying their boba. The boba shop has lots of parking nearby since it's part of a larger plaza. Very bright lights and welcoming decor that attracts people to come in! The speed of service was quick as lighting and I got my order of a a Mango Fury complete within 5 minutes. While waiting for my order, I was admiring their aesthetics from two foosball machines for gameplay, plushies to buy, and flower wall for instagrammable pictures. The mango fury was a combination of shaved ice, boba, and mango juice. Super refreshing and semi sweet being 75%. The ice gave it extra crunch; I had some leftovers and my mom and sister loved the drink and wanted more! Would definitely come back to this shop :) read more

This place is small and cute! Their strawberry matcha smoothie was so good and I was able to sub it with oat milk instead of their regular milk. The cashier was so helpful when I was asking her questions and even let me know if I sign up, I can add points and purchase any of their small gifts. Came here while walking around after getting KBBQ and shared the Vietnamese coffee. It was so good because it was a balance of strong, sweet, and creamy and also had coffee jelly in it which I had never had that combination before. We also ordered a mixed box of the sugar buns which were very different than I was expecting and quite underwhelming honestly. I liked how there were games and the place was very nice. Smooth Jasmine milk tea. I got it hot. Perfectly sweetened to the level that I asked for. The jasmine tea flavor is well balanced with the milk. Not so strong that you can still taste the milk in the drink. Not all boba places can create a good balance between the tea flavor and the milk but this place certainly can. Even their cold regular milk tea has a good tea and milk ratio. The mango smoothie with yogurt was also good and reminds me of mango lassi. The only thing I didn't like about the smoothie was that it still has little pieces of ice. It was not thoroughly blended to be a smoothie. Reasonably priced for the size of the cup they use. The decor of the store is so cute with all the Squishmallow plushies. They also have a foosball table. Nice staff. Will definitely visit again. read more

This is a mandatory place to come to if you ever eat Goku Korean BBQ! It conveniently located right next to it as well. Very small boba shop with very friendly workers. Who I presume to be the owner is always present and very polite. They have a nice selection of teas, milk teas and coffee as well. They have a fruit tea series which I absolutely love! Most of the time I order the peach riddle. After consuming a large amount of Korean bbq, this is the perfect compliment to wash down all the heaviness from the meat. The tea is fresh and flavorful! I recommend getting 50% sweetness for this tea (I usually get 25% in general) but 50% in my opinion is the sweet spot. This place also offers cute boba plushies! My sister and I were around the area and wanted to try a new milk tea place out. We saw this place and was excited until after we got our drinks. I really want to like the places I go to but I have to be honest for this review. My sister and I did not like our drinks. :/ Let's start with the pros of this place. Pros - cute interior - sell cute boba plushies, iPhone cases, etc - really nice cashier Now I will talk about the drinks! My sister ordered passion fruit tea with aloe jelly (50% sweetness). She said that the tea itself tasted as it has been sitting out for a while and they haven't made a fresh new batch. Also, she said her aloe jelly was softer than usual. It was unusually extra mushy and she said she felt as if it was almost "fuzzy". When I asked what she meant by that she said "fuzzy" like when mold starts growing. I ordered the red moonshine with peach popping boba (75% sweetness). I also did not like my drink. Just like my sister, I also thought the tea tasted as if it has been sitting out for a pretty long while. I also thought the popping boba was unusually softer than normal. Normally when I get popping boba at other boba places, it doesn't just break right away once it enters my mouth. When I've had fresh popping boba and it enters my mouth, I can break it open with my teeth instead of it just bursting on its own. I hope I'm making sense to you. I am not sure if it's bc they let it sit in the syrup for a long while or if it's because the popping boba is getting old. It was just unusually mushy. I really hope it was just our drinks that tasted like that. Maybe it was a bad day? But I hope no one else has the same experience.
