I love Yopop as a convenient stop whenever I need a quick lunch or some refreshment. They have everything from seasonal drinks, bobas, sandwiches to a full yogurt bar selection! The store is located right at the corner in the same plaza as TJ Maxx. It's always well lit by those glass windows that let natural lights in. There's a bar area which allows you to sit and enjoy people's traffic if you like. I usually order my avocado toast and BLT sandwiches here! I didn't take pics of them as they ended up in my belly so fast LOL. But both were super delicious There are some gaming stations here too if you're into retro games or have your kids with you. Do yourself a favor and review the health score. Conditional pass on and off over the last few years. This was evident on my visit last week when we found bugs in our chocolate frozen yogurt. What an awful experience for my kids when we found them. There was not a manager there when this happened and the employees where trying to "text" the manager to figure out that to do. I called to follow up and again not a manager in the business. The employees again just said let me text my manager again let her know you're still waiting for a refund. Left my info and never heard back. Not at bash on the employees working as they were trying their best and should not be running a business without a manager on site. read more

I've been coming to this place since it first opened. Since that day, the food, service, and customer service has been extremely consistent. The constantly provide quality food, yogurt, and drinks and I really appreciate that! They have even started adding some new variety to their menu over the years and it's been doing them really well! We stopped by here after dinner for some soft serve. I really loved all the flavor options they had and the ability to fill my own cup. They even offer non-fat and no sugar added flavors. I asked the gentleman behind the counter for their sweetest drink, with no fruit inclusions (such as boba, jelly etc) and he recommended the peach fruit tea. Finally trying this place out after living in the area for a while! This place has tons of options from frozen yogurt, bubble drinks, regular cafe type drinks, and juices. There's definitely a lot to pick from! My husband picked the Thai tea bubble tea and I chose the brown sugar milk tea. We both agreed that the tea itself was very tasty! Ripoff place... November 25 2022 around 7PM it is so cold outside but felt like I really wanted to get frozen yogurt. I have never been here but decided to try. Because it was so cold, I got very small portion of yogurt and 2 spoons of jelly toppings. The lady charged me $9.03!!!! In other yogurt places, I get even more and costs around $6!!! If you look at the receipt, server's name is Celeste C. And also this receipt she gave me does NOT display weight and rate it charges. She just manually entered the number and charged me. No sample cups and major attitude about it. We very nicely asked for sample cups and were told they aren't doing sample cups at this time. My kid wanted to try some flavors before deciding which one she wanted and so my husband asked if there was any way that he could just get a spoon so our daughter could try a flavor before we get it and they said "No we don't do samples here" with an attitude. Well then we don't do business here. Other ice cream places do samples so we will give them our business instead. Covid or not sample cups should never be reused anyways so if that's their reason it's just an excuse to be cheap. This place is a gem for children. My husband and I have been getting frozen yogurt here for years, but when our 3 grandchildren came along, we began treating them to outings at Yopop. Items we tried: Thai tea with some type of 'pearl': This was way way too sweet! Next time I would ask for only half sugar, or even less. Grilled cheese sandwich: it was fine, a bit salty though. It's just regular sliced bread, nothing fancy. Also it looked like it was cooked in a panini press instead of a grill, so it got kind of squished. Plain "bagel": I'm not convinced whoever came up with this had ever had a bagel before. It was sort of like a dried out croissant.
