I ordered ahead for pickup using the 7 Leaves app. I got a matcha soy tea upsize, easy ice, easy sweet and assam milk tea upsize, no ice, easy sweet. It was ready on time and convenient to just walk up to the counter and pick up. I didn't like the soy taste, and would've preferred to just get it with dairy milk, but I could still taste the matcha decently, so not terrible for a matcha. The assam milk tea tastes like what you'd expect for a classic milk tea (except I didn't add boba). But it was definitely sweeter than I'd like. I wish that 7 Leaves would offer a lower sweetness option than their "easy sweet," their drinks are still way too sweet. The upsize is indeed a pretty big cup though, I will give them props for having some of the biggest drink sizes that I've seen. Really happy that there's a 7 Leaves in Campbell even though it's in a cramped parking lot. It can be hard to enter and exit during peak traffic as it's near the freeway entrances (3-4pm, 5-6pm). It's moderately sized and almost never busy which is nice. Nice green accent color wraps the space well from chairs to plants. Service is as prompt as any other location and drinks are consistent. My go-to order lately has been a Thai tea with custard pudding if it's still sunny out. I like trying their fun seasonal stuff every now and then too like the Brazilian Lemonade, inspired by the Limonada Suíça). A safe bet is always the Mung Bean Milk Tea or the Sunset Passion. Better yet, I'M GONNA WRITE A LETTER! This is my first time writing a Yelp Review, but this must be done to warn others. While I typically love 7 Leaves, I think today will be my last time going to this location. I usually go exclusively to 7 Leaves out of all the other tea shops around here because I think they have a great Rewards system but today was highly disappointing. I would like to start by saying this has nothing to do with the staff onsite at all. They were both lovely and did their best to try and make an awkward situation less awkward. They also tried to help me troubleshoot on the app as well so kudos to them! This message is directly for the management. I got a reward offer a couple of days ago of which I assume was related to a Retention Marketing campaign. They wanted me to come back and spend $5 on an online order and I would receive a free Sea Cream Black coffee. It said it would expire in 6 days so I decided to go today as I only had a couple days left. I was having trouble getting the offer to redeem and couldn't get it to reflect in the cart when I tried to check out. So, I went into this Campbell location and asked if the cashier could help me. Of course we both struggled trying to figure it out, so it was suggested that if I complete a drink order it should give me the free drink. And guess what? I ordered 2 drinks which was double the minimum amount and there was still no way to get the free drink to work. Once all of our efforts failed, another staff member ended up contacting their manager, which is where it got interesting. Unfortunately to my disappointment, the management reported back and said that the reward was invalid due to a possible error in the app from Corporate. The staff let me know that there wasn't anything they could do, which I assume is due to management not wanting to redeem the offer for the ONE drink. Now, I get there can be errors in communication between corporate and the individual franchises, but the way management handled this was pathetic. The Marketing Campaigns/Rewards are a way to get customers in the door, like myself, and for them to disregard that after I already spent my money is even more pathetic. It was like I paid them money to inconvenience me. And again I'd like to reiterate, the staff were extremely lovely! The management is just wack! Don't get fooled by the reward system and don't spend your money unless you can ensure you will get the bonus reward if that is what you're there for! The management will seemingly take the greedy route regardless. One of my fave tea/boba places and I almost always pick this location because it's the most convenient for me. I always order the house coffee with boba or the black and tan (shh menu), easy sweet. I wish they had more options for sweetness adjustment than just easy or regular. It just depends on the day, some days it's a good sweetness level, some days it's way too sweet. Most of the time I add an extra shot of espresso to make sure it isn't too sweet. It's a bit inconsistent here, but it's not the worst. I still enjoy my drinks and always come back. I love that they have an app you can order and just come in, pick up and be on your way. I like that you can collect leaves and use it for free drinks later. I ordered 2 half gallons for our Christmas party and she placed them in the half gallon milk cartons which was fine and then placed them in a bag to carry. I noticed that the milk tea was filling the bag it was in. I checked the lids, they were both on. I lifted the hall gallon milk containers and sure enough, it was leaking from the bottom of the milk containers. It was disappointing. When I arrived to my Christmas party, I had to place it in a plastic bin since there was nothing we could do at that point. The presentation looked awful and definitely not worth the $58 I paid for 2 half gallons and a large cup of boba. I suggest they put the party size tea in the containers like Starbucks or Sincere Tea. It would prevent any leakage. The inside of the store was decorated nicely upon pick up, no customers and the worker would benefit from smiling more. Either that or go to bed earlier. read more

Had 7 Leaves a bunch of times at various different locations (SoCal and Bay Area). Always a solid choice. I usually get the green Thai tea. My back-ups are the Vietnamese coffee or mung bean milk tea. Most recently, I got the green Thai tea (less sweet) and it was ready within 5 mins. Tasted delicious as always. Ambience inside is nice. The drinks have been consistent and delicious the past three times we've been. We were given some gift cards for Christmas, which were pretty much drink vouchers. The first time we went, the nice lady who helped us upgraded us to larges, we didn't know why but hey, we'll take it! The second time, a new person helped us and didn't mention anything about the large upgrades. The third time we went (today, 2/2), the person helping us told us that because we weren't getting any additional toppings, she can upgrade our drinks to larges with the drink voucher gift card. She said: if you get a topping with your drink, the voucher gift card will only cover a regular size, but if you get a drink w/o toppings, they can upgrade your drink to a large. It just wasn't clear anywhere on the cards that this was a thing, and the second time we went, the person helping us didn't say anything so we were a bit confused. Anyway, we aren't toppings people so we got upgraded to larges. The sea cream tops are my fave. This time around, I got the sea cream Jasmine tea and it was delish! The sea cream black coffee is also really good. My partner likes their milk teas and matcha. Today he got the Assam Milk Tea, less sweet, which was also really good and creamy. This is my least favorite 7Leaves location and I try not to go here unless there's just no other option. I'm not sure if it's just my "good" luck or not, but the few times I've been here - there has always been a problem. The first time - the staff wouldn't scan my app for my points. I pointed this out to them (maybe they were new) and they said that it was how it was done - that they would scan my app after I paid. Okay... 3 days later and yeah - no points. The 2nd time I came, I ordered through the app to avoid the above scenario... except that they didn't have my drinks ready and when they finally did get them out to me - one of them was wrong, so I had to go back inside and wait some more. I thought I would give this location one last shot to prove that their customer service had improved - yeah, didn't happen. I forgot what I ordered, but it included some drinks and a half gallon to share at work, easy sweet. The individual drinks seemed to be fine (I guess, since my co-workers didn't say anything), but the half gallon was entirely too sweet. I also asked for full cups of ice since we were sharing the half gallon, but once I got to work, I realized the cups were half full, sealed and no lids were included. The worker at the time also didn't seem very happy that I was asking for all these things. While I now avoid this location entirely, it doesn't mean I won't go there with friends when they want 7Leaves and know no better. After dinner one night, my friends and I walked over to this location as they wanted something sweet to drink. One asked for easy ice and got a cup full of ice and a very watered down drink while the other said their drink was fine. I didn't order anything as I had learned my lesson. 2 stars as the drinks themselves are usually good. Customer service, on the other hand, can really use some training and refresh. read more

First of all, there was only one worker for the cashier AND making the drinks for everyone. A bit of a wait but that's a given with only one worker so can't blame them. But 7 leaves overall just gives 50% ice in their cups even if you ask for less ice. I pay $0.80 extra for custard pudding topping and I always get a sliver of topping in my drink. Not sure if that's just the company's standard measurement given to their workers now but they definitely need to go back to giving toppings that fill 1/4 of the cup. We had some good boba here! Came here on a Saturday afternoon so it was quite busy. We ordered the Mung Bean Milk Tea and waited about 10 minutes for our drink. The decor inside is very cool, with comfy couches and tables to work/study on. The one downside is that it seems that almost every seat was taken while we were there, so it might be hard to find seating here. The mung bean milk tea was very solid. It had a distinct sweet mung bean flavor which was refreshing. I like how it didn't taste too grainy (mung bean tends to be grainy sometimes) but rather blended nicely with the other ingredients.
