Such a cute place with tasty drinks! We were greeted when we came in and were told if it was our first time, we could just let the kind man know what kind of coffee we like and he would recommend something for us. We got the caramel macchiato and the black sugar caffe latte which were delicious and beautiful! They offer kiosk ordering as well so if you'd prefer to be in and out, that's an option. We live nearby and are so happy we found this place - we will be back to try the boba and other beverages!
The space was very quiet when we visited. There were a couple of people who had picked up their online orders. Owner was thorough when we had questions. At first, I didn't order a drink, but my husband and daughter did. Once I took a sip of the mango thai coconut latte, the husband had to go back k in to get "his" own drink! Tasty!! Tip: if you want to sweeten your unsweetened drink, add it to the description.
Just ordered the smoothest cappuccino that I have had in a great while. The milk was steamed to to a silky smoothness with creamy foam and good latte art. The only thing I wish about this place is that the pastry selection could be little better. Service is not fast as it seems to primarily be owner-operated, but the quality is worth the wait. Ambiance is clean, simple, and intimate

Came here with the bf after brunch on a weekend. The previous time I came, it was too early for the boba to be ready, so I didn't get anything. Thankfully, the boba was ready this time! The shop is located in a small shopping center, next to a thai restaurant that I frequently go to, so I've seen this shop many, many times. It's small and while there is enough room for people to hang out after grabbing their drinks, there's not as much space as some other shops to spread out and have conversations. It's mainly enough space for people to wait for their drinks, grab it and go. We ordered at the kiosk, asked the barista a question about the drink I wanted and then made our purchase. Our drinks came out - I got the black sugar boba milk latte while my bf got the velvet oat espresso - we sat for a bit and tried our drinks before heading back home. Bf said the coffee was good, but on the pricey side for what it was. I enjoyed my milk latte, but the boba was not worth it - it didn't have the chewy consistency I like and was on the softer side and it was pretty flavorless. I've also tried the mango thai coconut latte in the past as I like both mangoes and coconuts - it was also just okay and I wasn't really impressed. Overall, cute shop with a few coffee/teas and pastries. While it wasn't bad, it wasn't awesome - I'll probably not visit again unless someone really wants to try it.
Friendly staff member accommodating with my drink order. I got their energy Boba because I was looking for a mix of coffee. I requested whole milk versus oat milk. They honored that request. They also warned me not to shake the cup because it's a plastic top pop on style which I appreciate. Wasn't bad I would try them again but not enough ice and I might try a different drink because the coffee was a little bit on the back end Boba nice chewy light.
The iced velvet oat espresso was alright. It was warm inside the establishment even with the fans blowing. Customer service was okay. Plenty of parking. Kiosk available.

I went early AM so no line was formed! He even made some art in my latte which I really liked! Nice touch! Inside was clean! Chill vibes! It's definitely worth a visit or 2 or more!

I don't think anybody had the same experience as I do. My partner and I came in on a Sunday while we were having argument, and somehow this cafe music/atmosphere calmed both of us down. Whatever was in the coconut latte and the rose latte just melted our heat. And the barista/owner knew exactly what he was doing. What a great little gem in the area! read more
Nice spot adjacent to Willow Glen to grab a Vietnamese coffee. They had a lot of non-dairy options with coconut and oatmilk, which is great if you are avoiding milk. There was plenty of parking. You walk in and there is a kiosk where you order. There is some seating but mostly of the individual chairs type, not necessarily a place where you would hang out. They do have a lot of options for both hot and cold caffeinated drinks. I got the Thai Coconut Milk Coffee that has three shots of espresso! Quite good and really woke me up. read more
Hmm, I came here because of the positive reviews and interesting flavors. The shop is a hole in the wall with limited seating inside, but lets talk about the drinks first. I did like the idea of the flavors and coconut latte and such, so I got a coconut latte and it was tasting pretty good, but it did make my stomach upset. Not sure if it was coconut milk, or expired milk or something, and it was quite small for its price. The shop had no AC and it was quite hot on the inside. I did like how you can just order via the kiosk. Service was fast and nice. But yeah just dropping stars because of the coffee, I wouldnt come here again, maybe it was a one off. read more

Located in a small strip mall next to Thai Spice Restaurant and close to Walgreens. The tiny store is clean, organized, but geared mostly for a grab and go. Iced Vanilla Latte - this was creamy, good, and you could taste the coffee flavor. A tad pricey for the size. read more

We stopped in here to try their milk tea in the morning. To our disappointment, boba milk tea is not ready until 10 am. This place does offer pastries, coffee, and lattes. T-Square Coffee & Tea is located in the Willow Glen Plaza. This is a decent sized plaza that does not seem that busy, so there was a good amount of parking when I stopped by. Ordering was through the kiosk - there was 1 employee (probably the owner or manager) working, he seemed a bit awkward and flustered, but he was accommodating, which I appreciated. I originally wanted some sort of jasmine or green milk tea, but they did not have any options for this. I narrowed it down to 2 drinks that intrigued me - I was torn between the Organic Milk Boba Tea or Mango Thai Coconut Latte and I ended up getting the latter. I wanted to replace the lychee jelly that comes with the drink with boba instead, which the employee agreed to, but he still put the lychee jelly on top of the boba, which was not a huge deal, since I got my boba anyway. I felt like the mango flavor was strong with a good sweetness to it, while the coconut flavor was not that strong, which I did not mind, as I am not too big on coconut anyway. About $8.50 - they have a small operating fee factored in as well. Also, they have cute cups that the drink came in, which I wanted to reuse after I was done with my drink, but unfortunately, the cap / lid ended up cracking. Overall, the interaction was somewhat awkward, but I do appreciate that I was accommodated and was able to get boba, even though there was a misunderstanding. read more

Cute coffee shop with some boba options! There were a lot of tempting options, but I always get a vanilla latte to test the waters at a new place. The espresso here is definitely good! The latte was wonderful, but it's a bit pricey. My brother got a mango coconut latte which came with lychee jelly -- it was $7.25 (!) but tasted good. Overall, this is a very cute/quiet place. There's some seating available, but not too much. Parking is ample :) read more

T-square is a nice little coffee shop. We stopped by the shop after having breakfast down the street. The gentleman working behind the counter took some time to explain the flavors of the lattes. We tried the black sugar,and the rose flavored lattes. The black sugar had a chocolate and caramel flavor,yet not too overwhelming. The rose was very faint and not to sweet. Will be back again when we're on this side of town read more
I came here as my car was being worked on a few blocks away. Though it's in a somewhat sketchy area the coffee is great here. The owner gave me free WiFi and I was able to get some work done. :). When you come inside you go to the Kiosk and order your pastry or coffee. Notifications can be sent to your phone in case it gets crowded. The Cappuccino with Oat milk I ordered was indeed tasty. Came here in the morning wanting to try a new place for some different coffee flavors. They did have a few different kind of lattes and espresso but not so much than your usual coffee shop. Very small and quiet here. Seats near the window for you to enjoy your drink. Worker was nice and friendly. You order through a kiosk as well. I ordered their Thai style coconut caffe latte and although I did taste the coconut it was wayyyy to strong for me and it just over powered everything. Also got a vanilla latte and it was just a vanilla latte. Nothing really special. But if you're into some strong coffee and regular coffee flavors this place is for you. read more
Yum! Cute little boba shop in the Willow Glen area. Parking is easy with a huge lot which is a big plus. Customer service was friendly, kiosks to place your own order which is kind of nice. We got the brown sugar latte bobas which were good (the boba is fresh and super soft!!). They come in really nice takeout cups, but the size was smaller than I expected (maybe just used to other larger sizes at other boba shops). Tasty! Would come back if passing by and in the mood for some boba. I really want to try their mango coconut drink next! read more

I would rate this as a 3.5 star, but bumped up to 4 for really some wonderful and pleasant service. As you walk inside, the decor is really simple and clean. The espresso machine looks really professional, and I love the live edge bar tables and stools they have, enough seating for 6 along the window. I was more in the mood for boba than coffee, so I ordered the black sugar boba milk latte and also the mango thai coconut latte. The black sugar boba milk with whole milk was delicious, the right amount of sweetness and creaminess. The boba texture was a little softer than I prefer (I like it slightly chewier), but seemed fresh. I came home and stuck the drink in the fridge for a few hours, and the boba firmed up more to my liking. The mango thai coconut latte was also pretty good, especially if you like thick drinks with lots of QQ (texture, in this case). I think I would have liked it a little bit thinner, so I added some milk at home which I then felt the ratio of mango and lychee jelly to liquid was better. I still had a lot of jelly by the time I finished my drink. What I appreciated most was that the barista was really nice. He was serving some customers ahead of us, who were still deciding their drinks, as were we. But he offered us to use the kiosk in the corner of the store, which allowed us time to look through the menu. And just after we submitted our order, you could hear a "ding!", and the barista, while he was busy making other drinks, said "thank you!" out loud. I felt that was a nice touch that we were being acknowledged. I'd love to come back and try their coffee, and I appreciate they're open early, not only for the coffee crowd, but the boba crowd as well. read more
I was looking forward to supporting a local business, but sadly, but experience at T-Square coffee was good but not quite great. They are a small cafe tucked into the corner of the Walgreens plaza, and are located next to the Thai Spice restaurant. At the time I went, they still had butcher paper covering the main door- I hope they remove that soon, since it was difficult to tell if they were open or not. You can order through Snackpass, through their QR code (displayed on the standing sign right outside their door), or on the kiosk inside. Their menu of drinks isn't extensive, and they offer around 11 options, including different types of coffees as well as a couple of boba milk teas; however, I thought the drinks were priced on the higher side for the size of drink. Oat milk is the only plant based milk alternative offered, and it was an extra $1 for this option. It wasn't busy the day I went, and I was in and out in 5 minutes or less. I tried their Caffe Latte ($5.95 + $1 Oat Milk, https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=RUOAB_YXG_1vdWu50ZmxDw&userid=76vIFZcC7owykCBjMfGVXg), which was very smooth; however, there wasn't much coffee flavor, and what coffee I could taste left a slightly bitter aftertaste. As a plus, you can grab a square of Ghirardelli chocolate to go with your order! I would come back to try their black sugar boba milk latte if in the area. I hope I came on an off day, and I'm sure the consistency of their drinks will continue to improve. There were only a few chairs available for indoor seating (this isn't a cafe you can hang out at/do work from), and they had hand sanitizer. Parking was easy to find at the time, and this plaza has a decent number of spots available. read more

My partner and I came here on a Saturday morning. There's sizable parking lot so we didn't have trouble parking. It's a quaint, minimalist coffee shop. There was only one person working at the time, but it wasn't busy so the wait wasn't bad at all. I got the matcha latte, which has no sugar. It was refreshing to have a matcha latte that was unsweetened! I do prefer my matcha with sugar, but I still enjoyed the matcha flavor nonetheless. My partner got a hot chocolate and it was tasty. The barista put hearts in our drink which was a cute touch. I would come back and try their mango thai coconut latte some day! read more
I visited T-Square Coffee & Tea on a Sunday morning and was the only patron in the store. The interior was white and minimalistic, with some indoor seating available in the small space. I ordered through the electronic kiosk, which was very convenient. Once the order was processed, the barista came out from the back to make my drink. The beverage menu was fairly large, but featured a lot of boba and specialty drinks, with less coffee options. Since they didn't have cold brew, I chose the Iced Velvet Oat Espresso. For food, they only had sweet pastry options - nothing savory. Service was quick, with zero social interaction required. I did enjoy the Iced Velvet Oat Espresso, but can't say it was super memorable. I did like the smooth texture of the drink though. Overall, good but not amazing! read more

Yes, We have wi-fi and wall plus. Pets always welcome, just depends on the customer at store at that time. we have a lot of dog walkers here, they usually ask how other customer thinks to let their pets in. We just respect our customer's opinoin.
