This place was so refreshing. On a hot day, the slushie hits so hard. The honeydew and green apple slushie was sour and sweet, it was just hits so nice on such a hot day and I can't get enough of it
There is plenty of parking in the plaza. The interior is clean and small. There are a few tables and there are kiosks. Staff was friendly and the service was good. The drinks didn't take too long to come out either. I got the dragons kiss at 0% sweetness and it was still sweet enough. It is a strawberry and dragonfruit tea with strawberry jelly which was refreshing and tasty. I like the strawberry jelly as well because it was shaped like the typical lychee jelly. I wish there was a zero sweetness option for the matcha drinks. Their strawberry shortcake matcha and Banana brown sugar matcha latte were both pretty sweet even at low sweetness. I also felt that the matcha was overpowered by the strawberry shortcake flavor. If you like drinks on the sweeter side, you will enjoy the drinks.
I got the Turon matcha latte because it's one of their spring items and I have to say, this drink is so delicious!!! I got this drink with less sweet, and honestly I think that was the perfect amount of sweetness for me. I tried it first without a straw with just the banana brown sugar foam on top, and I thought the drink was fairly refreshing. Then after mixing the drink, I can rlly taste the jack fruit! I'm someone who likes jackfruit so I really liked the drink! I can't say for sure how similar this is to turon, I would say that this is a delicious drink!
I stopped by here today because I was craving a fruit tea. This was the 2nd time I've ordered from here. They are located in a strip mall off of Santa Teresa Blvd and Blossom Hill Rd. Parking is plentiful in front of the store. Luckily when I got there, it wasn't too busy. I placed my order at the kiosk. I got the peach, mango and pineapple green tea with boba, and with less sweetness. I don't like my tea too sweet. I was hoping they had an option for no sweetness but I didn't see one. I asked the employee, who was making my drink, if she could make it without the added sweetness and she said yes. It was ready so fast. I tried it there to see how it was before I left, and it was perfect. It still had sweetness but it was probably coming from the 3 juices in the tea. There are several tables inside if you want to enjoy your tea there. I would definitely return to try another flavor, next time I'm craving a fruit tea.
Was craving a tea treat so tried the pumpkin pie matcha oat milk latte. It was so good! I usually always get the regular milk tea with boba. Glad I tried something else. Service was quick!
Fruitea Refreshers located in the Santa Teresa Main Street Shopping Plaza. They are a new tea place to open in the South Bay. The parking is decent in this mall, though can be challenging during peak times. A couple of small tables outside and a few tables inside for you to sit at and relax. One kiosk machine and cashier to order from. They have one unisex restroom. Their menu features a great variety of choices from fruit teas, matcha, and milkteas. *Melon Matcha Latte: Premium Matcha, Milk and Honeydew. I'll be back to try some other drinks. I ordered the following Strawberry Shortcake Matcha Arabica Vietnamese Coffee Coconut Rush All the drinks were delicious and refreshing. You could tell they were made with quality ingredients. I met the owners and they are kind and friendly. They might sell savory snacks in the future. What would make this a 5 star yelp experience is if they had snacks. Kinda hard to find, but it is located in the huge Blossom Hill Shopping Plaza next to Foodmaxx. Fruit drinks are my favorite here. Ordered the Pom Twist. It's best with Aloe Vera. It's a small mom and pop shop and you order on a Kiosk. They have milk teas, Slushies, Refreshers, Matcha, and a seasonal menu. I go here for the fruit drinks!
I came here earlier in the week for a Yelp Elite Event to try this place out, and then we had to come back again during the weekend! I think that's the fastest I ever tried a place again after a YEE! They have a good selection of different beverages. I tried the watermelon refresher with coconut this time. I ordered it with no sugar, and it was sweet enough with the coconut boba in the bottom. Really delicious and refreshing. Service is really fast. This is a nice cute place to sit and drink, either outside or inside. Very easy to park here.
Fruitea Refreshers has taken over Teapresso with a new menu of interesting flavor combinations and classics under a fun spin on drink names. Store has been renovated. It's clean and bright. It is a small store, 5 tables with 2 seats each. There is one table and a couple seats outside of the store in the shade (depending where the sun is at and time of day). The staff were attentive and kind enough to refer me to their printed copies of the menu to view rather than looking up at their board while I'm waiting in line. My neck thanks you. Ordered quite a few drinks to take home. My green slushy wasn't sealed properly. So when I had inverted the cup to shake, a bit had spilled out. Drink quality varies depending on the drink. The milkteas were a little bland; the tea flavor seemed mellow. The slushies were well recieved by the kids.
Fruitea refreshers is located in a really big plaza so parking shouldn't be an issue. I bought the strawberry shortcake matcha (whole milk, less sweet). It tastes creamy and I can definitely taste the flavor. If you guys decide to get this id recommend trying less sweet before diving into 'regular sweet'. Customer service is very friendly. The inside is very cozy and decor is very clean and minimal. There are qr codes at every table if you want to order that way or you can use a self order kiosk to ofdwr your drinks. However if you're like me and want a personal 1:1 experience you can just go up to the front desk and order. Asking for recommendations for drinks on the menu is upon requests.
New tea shop in the neighborhood. There are a couple of tables outside for mild San Jose weather. Also some seatings inside to visit with friends over some refreshments. It's a social thing. BTW, there is a restroom inside. I ordered the Banana Brown Sugar Matcha Latte. It has a strong enough matcha taste; banana creaminess blends in nicely, a delicate flavor as it should be. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Overall the taste was good and the banana crema was fresh and tasted like actual banana (not chemicals). The brown sugar boba wasn't quite what I was expecting, so I think next time I'll try their regular boba instead. This place was clean and service was quick. Will definitely come back again!

If you're a fan of Filipino desserts, Fruitea Refreshers will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth here. With plenty of the typical milk tea to the Filipino dessert inspired flavors, you'll have plenty to choose from here. I tried the Halo Halo and the Turon Matcha and both were just right in terms of sweetness and not overly sugary as anticipated. The staff here were very friendly when I visited and the wait time was not long at all. I'm glad I was able to check this place out and would definitely come back again for more, especially on these warmer summer days! read more

If you want to switch up your usual boba routine, this place is highly recommended. Their drinks are consistently delicious, and the shop is always spotless. I highly suggest trying the Island Breeze, PMP, or Mango Passion--all perfectly dialed in at less sweet and less ice. They also run some awesome weekly specials, including $1.50 off specialty lattes on Wednesdays and a buy two, get one free happy hour on Thursdays. Ordering ahead online is seamless, and my drink is always waiting for me right when I walk in. Since it's located in a strip mall, parking is never an issue, making afternoon pickups incredibly quick and peaceful. Definitely check them out! read more

I was really intrigued by their matcha drinks. We got three items (although none were their popular fruit teas): 1. Strawberry shortcake matcha latte 5/5 - I love the creme on top and the strawberry had a good flavor 2. golden paradise 3.75/5 (brown sugar milk tea) - I chose my drink to be "less sweet" but it ended up being too sweet probably because of the brown sugar. I'd opt for the oolong milk tea next time 3. banana brown sugar matcha latte 4.5/5 - I liked that this was a unique spin on typical banana milk matchas although it had a coffee aftertaste (probably from the brown sugar?) I thought their matchas were better but maybe it's just because the Golden Paradise drink was a tad sweet for my preferences. read more

A friend invited me to come here to try their unreleased strawberry shortcake matcha. We also ordered the brown sugar banana matcha and house matcha latte. I would give their matcha drinks a 3/5. It's not the best matcha (I would rate it lower than other matcha places in the bay), but it's not the worst either. All matchas ordered were regular sweet. The brown sugar banana matcha strongly tasted of brown sugar at first, but as I drank the rest of the drink, I slowly tasted the banana and the drink evened itself out. It grew on me and is pretty good! The house matcha was also decent, nothing really stood out to me. I really enjoyed the thickness of the drinks and appreciate that they were not watered down. Added a star for that! The strawberry shortcake matcha was good! It has a slightly artificial strawberry taste, but overall the drink was still good. It definitely tasted like strawberry shortcake. It was a little sweet for me, if i order it again I'll definitely order it less sweet. The inside of the store is cute and small. Menu is displayed on a TV and there are ipad kiosks to order. There is an option to order at the counter. Seating available inside and outside. read more

I don't write a lot of reviews, nor do I write negative reviews (because there's already enough negativity in the world/ internet) BUT I will write a good review for a small business with good service/ products that you should support! That said, I stopped by today and ordered something I wouldn't normally order (but since it was a seasonal special, I figured why not?): the halo halo smoothie! Folks, we are living in an Ube era. What a time to be alive! Since ube has gone mainstream, companies have tried and failed (looking at you, Starbucks), but this was delicious! As a Filipino, I approve of this take on the quintessential Filipino dessert. This really captures the essence of halo halo. We also added boba. It was :::chef's kiss::: I will also add that I am from the Eastside where boba shops run aplenty, so I know good boba (RIP Tea Lyfe). I haven't found many good boba spots on the Southside, so it was nice to find this spot. I complimented the staff and learned that it was a Filipino-Vietnamese family owned business! Support this local, AAPI family owned business! And if you order the halo halo smoothie, add boba (you're welcome in advance). read more

Fruitea Refreshers is very clean and the staff very courteous and accommodating. I ordered a Halo- Halo Slushee, Milk, Ube Syrup, and Condensed Milk with Mix Jelly (Rainbow, Coconut and Green Apple) and it looked so pretty with the swirls of violet and canary Condensed Milk. It tasted quite nice with all the different Jellies. Looking forward to support a small business. read more

Perfect day for this very refreshing halo halo smoothie. I enjoyed the different textures in there. The sweetness should have been adjusted to 50% since it was too sweet for me. The cashier was pleasant & helpful. The drink was made within minutes. I would definitely come back to try the signature milk tea drinks. read more

This review is solely for the melon matcha. Given the name, I'm sure they specialize in more fruit tea drinks so I completely understand! Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan on the melon matcha (50% sugar). The melon flavor was artificial, and the matcha was not very strong. The drink was also a little too sweet even with less sweetness. I would give the drink 2 stars, but I didn't want to rate this place low as maybe the other drinks are better, plus the service is good and so are the employees! read more

I love the seasonal menu for fall so much. The matcha at Fruitea Refreshers always has depth in its earthy flavors which I love. I'm a huge fan of their new pumpkin pie matcha latte that has their speciality cream with bits of biscoff cookie on top. It's bold in pumpkin flavor but not too overpowering as you can still taste the matcha. The cookie butter latte is also amazing. It's nutty with a note of rich espresso that's balanced with the generous amount of cookie butter around the cup. Fruitea Refreshers never fails to amaze me with their line ups and I highly recommend trying their fun seasonal drinks! read more

I really enjoyed this location. I'm not a major matcha fan but this location had one that had an amazing texture which was easy to enjoy! The baristas were kind and helpful too with helpful drink suggestions. I look forward to coming back read more

From the minute they opened, I've been wanting to come try their matcha for a while and am so happy I finally did! They have new seasonal flavors out, so I couldn't decide between the melon matcha or banana matcha. The worker was so sweet and gave me a sample of the melon matcha, which I ended up ordering. Honestly, such a perfect summer drink. It was light and refreshing and my only qualm is that I drank it so fast!!! I'll definitely come back to try their other matchas and fruit teas. So glad this is in the South Bay! read more

Matcha was pretty good, usually when I go to boba shops, I rarely order a matcha because I am worried it wont taste as good! However, This matcha isn't that. The matcha flavor is light (not forward), a bit of bitterness but nothing too crazy. For a "boba shop" this matcha is great, if you like your matcha on the sweeter side, I recommend regular sweet. Self-service kiosk for ordering. Our drinks were prepared quickly and efficiently but we were also the only ones there. Oolong milk tea and house matcha latte were good. I ordered the matcha less sweet and it was just the right amount of sweet for me. Wasn't sure about the salted crema on top but it didn't detract or enhance the drink. Would have preferred the option for no milk with the oolong tea. Boba was a firmer than I like it but bf liked it just fine. We would return if we're in the area. read more

Starting with the Kiosk availability to order, it allows us to take our time to look at our options and customize our order. Place is clean with friendly staff. I'm obsessed with the Strawberry Shortcake Matcha Latte If you don't drink matcha you can't comment to understand their matcha is legit ! The color and taste are on point ! The honey bobba is perfect texture and flavor. Golden Paradise is the basic Milk Tea everyone likes so can't go wrong with this option ! Double Ube is also one of my faves it is type of creamy They also have coffee....which is a cool blend of classic Vietnamese coffee with seasonal flavors. I tried the Cookie Butter Espresso Latte ! You can actually taste the coffee, foam and the crunchiness of cookie...just amazing mix....i dared to add bobba to my coffee... why not I do recommend it specifically as frequent customers we get to enjoy their rewards program read more

I urge anyone looking to support local, Asian-owned and family-owned businesses to look no further. This place is a MUST for fruit tea fanatics and matcha enthusiasts. Fruitea Refreshers has unique, handcrafted drinks you cannot find anywhere else and a self-guided kiosk that provides visual aids and descriptions of each drink. For those who are introverted such as myself, you can skip the line altogether and order on their website! Coupled with their unparalleled recipes is their exemplary customer service. From the moment of entry, I have been greeted with a warm smile which seldom occurs in most boba places I have visited in the Bay Area. I shortly became acquainted with the manager who kindly suggested the House Matcha Latte with Salted Cheese Foam and Dragon's Kiss which I often find myself craving these days. While comfortably seated and reading my book, one of the bobaristas personally delivered my drink to me and thanked me for supporting their business. Within the hour that I was seated and enjoying my drinks, I saw the owners delivering drinks to other customers in my vicinity. It was pleasing to know that this is common practice among the staff here at Fruitea Refreshers. Although I am not a resident of the Bay Area, I am a frequent visitor. Fruitea Refreshers is officially added to my list of pit stops, and I will definitely be back soon to help me survive this summer! read more
