Not bad but not great either. Came here because this was the better option of the 2 available in the Oakridge Mall offering boba. There were a few people in front of us but you are more than welcome to place orders via the kiosk or in person at the registers. Purchase: Lychee Berry Smoothie + Lychee Jelly [ request for 80% sweet] The drink was okay. Personally, I found the 80% still very very sweet and the drink it itself tasted kinda artificial as opposed to real fruit. 3 stars. I could see myself coming back but will need to lower the sweetener level by 50% or so.
I was visiting my brothers family again and we decided to go to the Westfield mall in Oakridge. I have been here before but it's been a while. I decided to give them a try again. Lychee Fruit Tea: This was a part of their new series they have. I swore there was supposed to be some cube pearls, but I think my sister in law informed me they did not have any at the time of ordering. Still, I was here for the flavor of the tea than the pearls. Overall, it was a decent tea. The lychee flavor followed through and paired nicely with the tea. Was not too sweet for me and was cold and refreshing. Overall, better than the last time I had it and will consider trying other things again.
I really like this tea store. It's new to me and it's inside the Oakridge mall. I was warmly welcomed when I entered the store. An employee explained to me how to order and to let her know if I have any questions. I decided to order two passion fruit green teas with less sugar and light ice. After placing my order I asked if they can make the teas with even less sugar and they did. It only took a few minutes for my teas to get ready. The level of sweetness was perfect. Both my husband and I really loved the passion fruit tea. I took the teas home to drink. They do have seating inside as well if you want to have your tea there.
Note: This is located in oakridge mall Taste: I've frequented TP tea with friends for years. It's a solid pick. I've liked everything I tried even the non caffeinated options :) They also let you get 15% sweetness. Give them a try! Service: They have a kiosk so ordering is pretty quick. They have snackpass as well if you want to skip the lines. Parking: I won't lie parking at oakridge mall can be difficult. But if you're okay getting your steps in, parking shouldn't be a problem :)
The staff here are friendly and make drinks super quick! Several tablets to order from and you can order from the cashier too. I recommend TGY Milk Tea or the Velvet Lychee Milk Tea! Sooo good. Their milk teas are so creamy, but still fragrant of tea! Can't go wrong. The pearls are also really good!! Sweet and perfectly QQ. Not a fan of the lemon jasmine tea though...
I ordered the lychee berry smoothie and it was so good! If you enjoy lychee flavor drinks you'll definitely enjoy this one. It was refreshing and not too sweet! I recommend stirring the lychee and berry syrup before drinking as it made it more flavorful. The staff were super friendly and helpful in deciding what to order.
TP Tea is easily one of the best milk tea spots in the South Bay. Their Tieguanyin is phenomenal. The oolong is super flavorful with nutty, floral, fruity, and mineral notes, and it is brewed properly so it comes out dense and rich instead of watered down. Honestly, it is tea heaven. The boba is just as impressive. Soft, fresh, and with the perfect chewy texture. No weird hardness in the middle, no mush on the outside. When a place gets both the tea and the boba right, you know they care. If you are serious about milk tea, TP Tea is absolutely worth the stop.

Ordered two drinks online and it was ready for pickup but when we arrived we were told the POS system was down so we waited for our drinks to be made. Got our drinks and left then realized the drinks were wrong. The cups were labeled correctly but the drinks in them didn't match. I assume they swapped the two drinks because what was labeled as yuzu emerald tea instead, had strawberry smoothie in it and the cup labeled strawberry milk tea had some sweetened tea in it. Even if they swapped our drinks in different cups, neither drink tasted like it should have. No trace of yuzu in the sweetened tea and no trace of milk in what should have been a strawberry milk tea. We're frequent customers here so we know how these drinks should taste. An extremely disappointing experience and a waste of money. I'm hoping this was just a one off.

One of my fav boba spots! Their fruit teas are delicious with lots of flavor and even slightly sour. I love their signature TP tea milk tea with boba and noodles and there may be a long line but it moves fast.
Always good here. It's in the mall so plenty of parking. There are a few small tables inside. Order on the 2 large kiosks. Enter your phone number and it will text your receipt and then your order is ready. I love the 3Q TP milk tea. It comes with all the topping I love! I get half sweet and it's perfect for me.
We ordered online and picked up our drinks in the store. I went with Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea, which is always my favorite. But when I started drinking it, the sweetness level wasn't what I had requested.

TP Tea is one of my favorite boba spots because the drinks are always consistent. My go-to orders are the Thai Tea and the Passion Fruit Tea--both have great flavor. I'd recommend getting them at 70% or 50% sweetness since they can be a little sweet at the regular level. It's conveniently located inside Oakridge Mall, so it's an easy stop while shopping or grabbing food. Parking is usually pretty manageable too. The lines can get long during busy hours, so service really depends on how crowded it is, but the drinks are always worth the wait. Definitely one of my go-to boba spots! read more

While shopping at Oakridge Mall needed a drink to quench my pallet and came across TP Tea. Ordered at the counter and then waited for our drinks to be prepared. They also have a kiosk for you to oder from. Ambiance, the place was packed with customers coming in at a steady pace. They do have limited seating inside and some seating in the mall hallway right outside. I went with the Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea. It was cold and cooled me off. It was refreshing and satisfying. Son got, Honey Jasmine Green Tea and I really like the flavor to this one. Got or drinks and we wereon our way. read more

TP Tea is the perfect spot for traditional milk tea. It's rich and creamy, not overly sweet and definitely sets the standard for milk tea. I usually get the 3q milk tea which is a tie guan yin milk tea base with coffee jelly, boba, and qq noodles. 30% sweetnesss is perfect for me since I prefer a stronger tea flavor. The slightly roasted yet floral blend of the tea makes it a special experience. I'd highly recommend trying the tieguanyin milk tea paired with the qq noodles. The bouncy qq noodles is a must try here since it's not a topping commonly offered anywhere else. It's unique and adds a nice chewy texture to your drink. This location is in Oakridge across from Auntie Anne's with multiple tables all around for seating. Shop is usually kept clean. Service is fast and efficient as there are multiple kiosks to order from and they do accept cash at the cashier. On busy days, there can be a long line but it typically goes by fast. Either way, the wait is so worth it. read more

Ordered two drinks online and it was ready for pickup but when we arrived we were told the POS system was down so we waited for our drinks to be made. Got our drinks and left then realized the drinks were wrong. The cups were labeled correctly but the drinks in them didn't match. Always good here. It's in the mall so plenty of parking. There are a few small tables inside. Order on the 2 large kiosks. Enter your phone number and it will text your receipt and then your order is ready. I love the 3Q TP milk tea. It comes with all the topping I love! I get half sweet and it's perfect for me. read more

We came here for their new product introduction. Saw their post on IG and they offered a BOGO deal on new drinks. We came here fairly often and noticed their service is kind of slow compared to other TP tea locations. The drink unfortunately was a meh, too watery and the jelly are very soft. read more
Got a couple of teas to go for the family. Overall quick service. But it's always annoying they try to charge $.10 for a bag. Usually I remember to take it off my order but I forgot today. Guess what? They didn't give me a bag! I had to ask for it and show them I actually paid for it. Normally I wouldn't care but I got 4 drinks and could really use the bag. The fantastic fruit tea has a good fruity flavor and not overly sweet. strawberry matcha was really good. Son said he should have shaken it first before putting his straw in it because the strawberry sauce was pretty thick. But he enjoyed it. Also got a Taiwan classic tea (not pictured) but it was good too. Little girl got the signature lemon black tea (also not pictured) and enjoyed it too. read more
Review is for bubble waffle. It is great and very filling. There are corn bits. Service was pretty quick for a Thursday morning. It took about 10 minutes. There is a sign next to the kiosk that shows all pending orders. Place offers snackpass. Good place to go ad it's located next to the mall food area. There's a cheese foam sauce that you can get with it. Unexpected quality snack. Busy shop, chairs inside. read more
Super cute TP Tea in Oakridge Mall!! I loved the holiday theme inside and christmas gnomes. Got to place my order immediately and got my drink in six minutes - pretty fast since there was a lot of people. The strawberry milk tea was great - like strawberry milk. TP Tea is located in Oakridge Mall. This location is super efficient compared to when they opened. They have 3 kiosk that makes ordering easy. They also offer a rewards program. They do offer oat milk as a non dairy option. They have great matcha drinks super flavor and not watered down. The fruit drinks are also good. I would get your drink 30-50% sweetness if you prefer your drink not too sweet. They have a few tables inside so it's easier to grab your drink and walk around. read more
TP Tea is located in its own standalone store within Oakridge. It was fairly busy on a weekend with a line out the door and pickups filling the table. Snackpass is used in multiple boba locations and makes ordering and pickup seamless. I was able to skip the physical line by using their online ordering system. The Tie Guan Yin Milk Tea was on the milkier side. It was not as sweet as I wanted it to be, but I had ordered it at 50% sugar. The tea has its own distinct flavor, but it faded overtime as the ice melted. Its ease in ordering and decent boba helped give me my boba fix of the day! read more

One of the better places to grab a drink at Oakridge Mall! Was waiting to pick up my phone at Apple around the corner, so made my way to TP Tea to grab a drink during my 10 min wait time. The shop itself looked crowded, but it was mostly people waiting for their drinks. There are a few seats inside the shop as well as out front. Order your drink at the kiosk and keep track of the status on the monitor showing your order number. Service was quick and easy. Drink status is easily visible on the monitor or you can be alerted via text message. Ordered the Kyoto, Uji Matcha Latte, 30% sugar. The Matcha is delicious and the drink at 30% was perfect as the sugar didn't overpower the taste of the Matcha. The Matcha was a beautiful green color, rich and distinct "grassy" Matcha flavor without tasting overly bitter. Good amount of caffeine as well. Got my drink in less than 10 minutes even with a bunch of orders ahead of mine. The staff here is efficient and neat, no sticky cups here! read more
Final Thoughts: 3.40/5 First time here. They do have multiple locations available for anyone that was interested in trying their drinks. I've actually hear of this place before, but just never tried it myself yet. We were in the area and mall today and decided to stop by here for some boba. Nothing too too significant to note. Very simple boba run after some shopping and dinner there. Very quick, order and grab-and-go kind of experience today. Drink: Strawberry Matcha Latte with Oat milk; 30% Sweetness: 3.1/5 Starting with the pros, the sweetness of this drink was actually quite good. I don't like my drink too sweet, but at the same time, there needs to be some sweetness to it. The balance of sweetness from the strawberry puree and drink itself balanced out very well. Perhaps the strawberry puree is made in-house since it really didn't seem that sweet to me. Usually storebought ones are overly sweet because the sugar content can help prevent it from spoiling. The strawberry is quite prominent, which is nice, but almost too much that it consumed most of the flavor. With that said, the matcha is almost too subtle and not that strong for me at all. The flavor is just barely there and it's this earthy and grassy tone. Definitely had a preference for other matcha flavors that I've tried. For the milk, I got oat milk today. Nothing too significant from this choice. Can't really say the drink was any thicker or smoother, which is interesting because this milk tends to lean more on the rich and thick side. Overall, mostly just an oat milk with some strawberry and mild taste of matcha, which is unfortunate. --------- Quality: Could be better For me, I've liked other matcha flavors more. Perhaps the quality of the matcha isn't the issue, but it's the type of matcha. Crossing fingers that it is ceremonial grade though. For the strawberry, I am slightly more convinced that it is made in-house because of the level of sweetness. Either that or it just mixed into the drink really well and diluted it. There were some strawberry chunks in there too, which is nice. Price: Fair and seems average The price is fair and seems average for a boba shop. Ranges in price will be between $5.50 to $7.00. There are different topping options and milk alternatives too. There is an upcharge for the toppings, of course, but also for the oat milk unfortunately. I always appreciate places that allow milk alternatives without the upcharge as many individuals are unable to consume regular fluid milk. Service: Limited Interactions There was honestly zero interaction with a worker today, which can be rare. Usually we at least see and greet someone when we pickup our drink. Today, we simply ordered on the kiosk, we outside to wait for our number to be called, and then came back in to pick up the drink. We came back inside to wait for our drinks just in case. There is actually one person manning the drinks at the front, but we noticed that our three drinks were done and went up to go get it. Right before that, the person managing the delivery of the drinks decided to step to the back of the kitchen, so we just got our drinks and left. Quite literally no interactions at all. Ambiance: Busy Because it's a mall, there's going to be a lot of traffic in general. It was quite the small little shop on the side. Some tables are present on the side with a decently sized walkway and standing space in the middle. If there aren't tables here, there are some tables outside that are placed for anyone to sit at. Quite a lot of background noise in general, so you'll definitely have to carefully listen for your number. They also send a message to your phone, so that seems to be the safer option than just listening for them to call out your number for pick-up. Location/Parking: Oakridge Mall It's located at Oakridge Mall. A little directionally challenged here, but it is kind of near the food court (ish) in the direction and around the corner where Jamba Juice is. To be more specific, it's next to Michael Kors and right across from Auntie Anne's. Parking probably shouldn't be a problem just because they have so many parking lots and parking garages in general. If you're trying to park at a specific location, it'll depend on the lot/garage. I've have multiple experiences where I've had no concern with getting a parking spot, but I've also had a fair share of experience where I've had to drive around in a few circles before getting a spot. Weekends and rush hours are definitely most crowded, but that's to no one's surprise. read more
Lots of kiosks to order from, makes it super easy and fast and there's almost never a line anymore! Service is fast and friendly- I love that you can see when your order is ready or being prepared from their display monitor. My go to is the TGY milk tea, with coffee jelly (sooo good), pudding and boba. The boba is super soft and chewy, perfect. read more

this place is really comforting and usually very busy but the wait is worth it. I recommend the mango passion drink because it's js so good 10/10. They have a lot of options and this is always my go to boba place whenever i'm craving boba! read more

Loved how they have an automated ordering system with estimated wait times for each order visible on a screen. Also ample chairs in the waiting space, overall pleasant space to be in I got the moo! My taro with 0% sugar which was perfect. The taro here is made with real taro paste, not powder like some other places. The boba was soft and nicely chewy as well. read more

This is the worst egg waffle that I have ever had. I was born in Hong Kong and I visited Hong Kong from time to time, so I know a good egg waffle when I taste one. Normally, a good egg waffle is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Here, we have rubbery on the outside and half cooked texture on the inside. It also smells like boba for some reason. I guess this is why they called it "original bubble waffle". Absolutely terrible. Do not get. read more
