Went here after a pedicure and this place has a 2 way drive thru. No line and I pulled up and was greeted right away I took a look at the menu and decided to get a lemonade refresher. It was quite good and for $5.50 was quite a steal. If they had a nice party they recommended to pair off I would definitely give it a try. I really like coming to Drinx when I'm in the area. They have a really great selection of drinks here that are sometimes hard to find at other coffee shops. This is what makes then different from your average drive-thru coffee shop. They have your regular drinks like lattes, white mocha, caramel macchiatos in both hot and iced varieties. They also have frozen drinks, frappes and smoothies. Recently they have expanded their menu to include specialty drinks that include lavender latte, horchata, raspberry white mocha, matcha green tea and they now have Latin inspired lattes which includes dulce de leche latte and marzapan latte among others. I really like their lavender white mocha, it's really good and does not have a strong floral flavor. Lavender coffee drinks are pretty rare so I'm glad that they have this on the menu as I love lavender. The dulce de leche latte is also quite the treat. It's not too sweet and has the duce de leche sauce as well as cinnamon and it's perfect for those cold mornings. I plan on trying to work my way through their entire Latin inspired menu which consists of 5 drinks and I plan to try more of their specialty drinks, coffee that I wouldn't normally order. It's great that they have such variety and you're not stuck getting the same drinks over and over. The customer service here is great, I had so many questions about the drinks and the employee was more than happy to answer them for me. I was in the plaza doing some shopping and came across this little drive thru. Their menu is small and a little basic. I ended up ordering the vanilla bean frappe for my friend since she can't have caffeine. It was little too sweet but I mean, it is a vanilla bean frappe. Nothing special. The young lady working was friendly. I got a large iced vanilla latte ($5.90). It was good, but it better be for that price. Note, iced drinks only come in either the small or large size. The frozen hot chocolate was surprisingly lacking in flavor. Maybe their coffee is good, but not this. On the bright side, service was quick and friendly, just a 2 minute wait for my order on a Saturday around noon.... but maybe it's cuz they forgot to add flavor to my beverage!?! read more

Long overdue review, been coming here religiously the past 3-4years because of their consistency and fantastic service and team members ! Ashley is a gem and she is always ontop of the flow during peak early AM hours, as well as being sharp minded with remembering the technical drinks I order, lol . Their espresso has way more caffeine than starbucks, peets, etc. Pastries are pretty good, bagels, croissants. Their Chai could be better, sorry. We had to wait a few minutes for our order to get taken since the worker was fulfilling an order for someone on the other side. It has been a long time since I've done a Yelp review due to the Covid-19, however Drinx located on Winchester Boulevard, Campbell CA (Safeway Plaza) really deserves your attention. I started coming through this little drive-through coffee Spot about a month-and-a-half ago and I was greeted by a young lady named Ella who was very polite, extremely interested in getting the order correct and was in full compliance with Covid-19 standards. She always wears a face mask and gloves and has a clean, professional appearance. My first experience was really excellent as I ordered a latte, which was one of the best I had ever tasted. I especially like the attention to detail that Ella would do such as ask me if I wanted anything else special on the drink. They also have fresh bakery items which are really good. I have tried other drinks, such as the iced mocha, perfectly made. Later another young lady named Fiona was helping her and she also was providing Superior Customer Service. I come to this drive-thru coffee spot at least twice a week as I really like everything that I have had. The employees are the primary reason for my return. I always feel so welcomed. Drinx is my go-to coffee spot in the mornings. The service/wait is always quick, they have a drive-thru close to my house, and the prices are cheaper than Starbucks! I just discovered the Drinx Drive Thru and I am hooked. I have been having the Large Iced Mocha and its one of a kind, not too sweet, not too chocolatey, just right. The pastries are awesome too. The staff is excellent. I met the new owner and he happened to be there when I passed through, he seemed to be very detailed oriented and dedicated to awesome customer service. What is there not to like? You don't have to get out of your car. It's hella cheap, the staff is hella friendly, and you don't have to wait in line in the hot sun. I've been going to Drinx for over 10 years. I've recommended them to my employees at work. The past 10 years I would have scored them higher than a 5 star. I prefer Drinx over Starbucks. Drinx' team always had my drinks prepared and ready for me when they saw me drive up. Staff was great and had outstanding personalities. This past month service has been disappointing. When I placed my orders some of them have been incorrect it has been averaging twice a week ...order a hot white mocha and get a coffee, order a hot white mocha and receive a regular mocha order iced white mochas and get whipped cream on them. I'm going to stop getting my drinks at Drinx for awhile. Go to the other coffee shops where I've been before...at least I know that I will actually be getting the coffee that I've ordered. Im used to a chain of drive through caffeine booths called Dutch Brothers. Drinx is eerily similar in that its good solid caffeine and customer service. Girls working are enthusiastic and friendly.
