There are some interesting ingredients including kalamata olives, vodka sauce and gochujang chili powder. It seems the owner of the restaurant like to experiment with non standard ingredients. The pies were made detroit style with a crispy layer of cheese at the bottom of the pie. The food is quite delicious and the quality of the ingredients were very good.
