I visited Steepers for the first time during the Campbell farmers' market. My friend and I both ordered iced tea, mine was on tap and hers was a Thai tea latte they made to order. My tea was about $5 and was refreshing without being too sweet. The person at the front was very meticulous about the latte they were making, so it was very fresh and my friend said it was tasty as well. This shop has been here forever and I've been gifted tea from here many times, but I only recently visited for the first time on my birthday. It's a cute little shop with an incredibly wide selection of teas, so I enjoyed perusing the selections, which were separated by tea types. By the register, they have a selection of singles bags for $2, which is a perfect way to taste test teas without committing to an entire bag. This is such a cute tea shop with an insane variety of loose-leaf teas and fresh brewed teas to go! We tried the iced peach ginger tea which was incredibly fragrant and refreshing, perfect for a hot day at the Campbell farmer's market. Service can be a tiny bit slow especially on farmer's market Sundays, but it's worth it. The staff is very friendly. The iced tea was quite large and about $5 or $6. We also got a earl grey green tea loose leaf bag for about $9, and it was exactly as advertised, and very good. I hope they bring back the smelling trays with their teas and spices soon! I love how this place has a lot of different variety of teas, I was in paradise. I even found just regular spices that I couldn't find in grocery stores. I like how there were some prepackaged tea and it gave a peek-a-boo of what 's inside. I ended up getting a lot of different black teas. I love Steepers because they use loose leaf tea and their drinks are so refreshing and natural. I love the raspberry lemonade as it's not very sweet but is made up of loose leaf teas that are all caffeine free. To be honest, this easily beats Starbucks as it's flavorful but not full of sugar. You know what's going into your body and it's all healthy. I wish that more people knew about this place because it's so unique! The lady that works there is very kind and knowledgeable. I was walking around downtown Campbell and passed by Steepers. It really reminded me of the old standalone Teavana and David's Tea circa 2014. They have a ton of loose leaf teas all labeled and ready to go. They also separated them by tea type so it's easy to find. I asked a couple of questions regarding their decaf options and the ladies working there were all very helpful. They also sold hot or iced prepared tea drinks as well, so I opted for their seasonal item: a lightly sweetened iced raspberry tea lemonade. It was very refreshing on a hot day and I would definitely come back for more. I loved looking around and will be back for all my tea related needs! read more

The tea they sell is pre-packaged so if you want to explore new tea it is no different than buying tea online. Except online you can read reviews. I am late to the tea party but dancing now. Let me try a sandwich approach This was my first tea shop experience. The shop looked nice, clean, and had a large verity of tea and spices. The lady seemed knowledgeable but didn't quite walk me through , little to no suggestions as I navigate the Great Wall of tea. I was wondering if people add tea leafs and spices together to make up their own combo because I saw something on the site about $6 a pound. I also tried to explain the reason I am buying loose leaf tea for the first time was due to an automated tea maker. She stepped all over my tea maker because she use the traditional method. Happened to stumble on this place after coming to Campbell for the Sunday farmer's market. It's a wonderful store, packed with unique blends of tea. In addition to their dried teas, they have cold or hot teas available for single, immediate servings. I ordered a hot Monk's brew/blend tea. It was a black tea with deep and sweet scent. They also have fun tea-themed cards, that come with a tea blend of your choice (from a basket) to insert inside. I found the perfect birthday card for my tea-lover friend. It is very fun to read all the interesting names of the various blends. Service was wonderful and I will definitely be back for a drink or gift! read more

They have an overwhelming variety here--in a good way! I was looking to buy tea because I'm running a cold and I wanted some tea for my office when I need a caffeine spike. They have SO many to choose from and different regions. There is also an explanation of certain teas on a poster on the wall. I ended up getting a tea for "Cold" and it is an herbal tea. It is SO good and soothing. I have yet to try my ginger/black tea blend that I got. You can also get your own blend and that goes for $6.99 an ounce. They also have hot/iced tea concoctions if you want a drink to go or for there, and you can actually add CBD to it (I have never noticed that at places yet hah). You can add flowers or other herbs to your teas too. It's great to know a local shop that sells tea leaves! read more

This is a pre-COVID review. Steepers is a fun stop in Downtown Campbell. I enjoy looking and smelling all the teas they have to offer. In particular, I like all the different ways you can purchase your tea. You can get pre packaged lose leaf teas or you can ask for them to make a special blend. The tea they serve is great as well. I like to get their chai latte in color days. Overall, Steepers is not fancy but it has a lot to offer. I like the variety and being able to smell the tea before purchasing it. It was my first time coming here and I was really excited to see what they have to offer. My cousin has been looking for roots and such but had no luck in our area. They sell many loose teas from around the world as well as dried/loose tea ingredients. I had never seen loose tea ingredients in larger quantities. He found everything he needed and I picked up some teas for myself as well. I was really pleased with their large selection of teas. Their teas range from $7 to around $25. They also sell tea hot or cold to go. I bought a peach iced tea and it was done in about 6 minutes. When she gave me the tea she told me she did not sweeten it but if I would like more she could sweeten it for me. When I try loose teas for the first time I do not like to sweeten it because I like to experience the actual flavor. I was thrown off by the first sip because I'm so used to the sweetness of boba tea. After a few more sips it was excellent. Strong peach scent and flavor. I have no idea what other flavors were in it but it was very good. Also for $3.75 in a fairly large cup made with ACTUAL TEA and not some artificially flavored peach syrup is a damn good deal. At any other tea place they would've charged around $6 or more. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I will be back to buy more teas and leave with a cold one! read more

My best friend and I were looking for a place that offered tea (as in loose leaf, not drinks if that makes sense) yesterday and found Steepers! The atmosphere is very lovely and we were able to peruse at our own pace. Julie, the owner, is such a welcoming person and is more than happy to share her knowledge when it comes to blending etc. I've tried two of the three flavors I purchased (Blood Orange and a Lavender Early Grey) and they're SO good! Very delicious and have a wonderful aromatic quality. I haven't tried the Georgia Peach yet, but I'm very excited to try that next. My best friend also bought us a Watermelon Oolong iced tea each, and that was delightful as well. No sweetening needed (for our taste), so that was a pleasant surprise. All in all, the quality of these teas is great, the place is great, and Julie herself is great!
