Definitely cute and classy tea place perfect for the girls brunch and dessert. It has great vibes overall well decorated with thoughtful selection of the interior. Service and food was good.

I think it is crazy that I have not made a review for this place yet. I have been taking daughter here every year around December to enjoy the cmas decor and place settings. I love that there is a child's menu. The scones and sandwiches taste pretty good. I always finish it and never have leftovers! I can never decide what tea I want because there are so many but you can never go wrong with anything. The parking is limited in the back but there is street parking so there is nothing to worry about. Service is always so sweet and nice

    Elegant table setting.

This is the perfect place in Campbell for a Mom's gathering, a Mother-Daughter day, a shower, or even just a delightful afternoon out. The staff are so warm and friendly. You are greeted when you enter by kind staff who escort you to charming tables which are elegantly decorated. The different menu options for the various tea services are tasty and well thought out. The portions are extremely generous, and the teas are so tasty. They have a rotating seasonal menu as well as some traditional items which are also available. The gift shop in the front has all kinds of great gifts if you are ever in need of something unique. This is absolutely a hidden gem that is worth the afternoon adventure!

My Goddaughter chose Lisa's Tea Treasures to help me celebrate my birthday. The ambiance is a lovely Victorian tea setting complete with beautiful and elegant tea servings. There is a magnificent and extensive selection of teas and wonderful combinations of lunch menu options. Karen(our server),was knowledgeable and delightful and offered suggestions on how to best enjoy each selection. We ordered three different lunch choices and enjoyed every one of them!!! The fresh scones with Devonshire cream and preserves was the best I have ever tasted!!! All the tea sandwiches were so yummy!!! Mostly everything here is truly wonderful, except for the hostess,Keena/Kina(sp.?). We arrived at around 4pm. There wasn't friendly greeting whatsoever. With a scowl on her face,we were informed to "hurry up"as the kitchen was closing soon, and she was quite rude and a bit cold about it. I don't think I saw a smile on her face the whole time we were there...only a sour attitude. My contention is to why a 4pm lunch reservation would be taken if there isn't adequate time to order. We fished our lunch at a little after 6pm. The restaurant was empty except for our party of three. My Goddaughter was listening to the different sounds of the service bells and Kina enters telling my Goddaughter to "stop playing with the bells". My Goddaughter stated that she wasn't playing with them but was only curious as to hear the delightful sound of each bell to see if they were each different. She was rudely told not to play with them as the servers would think that assistance was needed. The place was empty!!! It was blatant that Kina did not enjoy our presence there and we never felt welcomed by her at all. It's really a shame,Kina put a dampener on what was supposed to be a wonderful celebration... On the fair side though, everything else was absolutely lovely.

A nice snack/lunch spot to enjoy afternoon tea with some treats and with some great company or solo. The vibes here give cozy and high noon tea at the same time. There's a private room available and open area seating. Highly recommended to make a reservation. The savory treats were delicious and I enjoyed the different unique teas. Service was also great. I recommend and would come back again.

Pricey but you are paying for the service, decor and atmosphere as well as the tea/treats. Leasurely pace that allows you to fully relax and enjoy your dining companion(s). Everything was tasty and fresh. Would be a fun Mother's Day, bridal party or baby shower venue.

For special occasions, we love going to afternoon tea and particularly choose to go to Lisa's because of their kid friendly menu and warm/friendly service. Kids can choose from unlimited hot cocoa or lemonade. The food is very fresh, too. Delightful interior decor and even staff uniforms bring you back to the Victorian era. I personally just surf on my phone while enjoying but I encourage my kids to bring a book and read, too.

I had an absolutely amazing time at Lisa's Tea Treasures! My best friend booked us a reservation for afternoon tea for my birthday. Upon arriving, we were seated immediately to one of my favorite spaces, where we had the side where the couch was. We were greeted by our server, Rachel (great name!), where we ordered our tea sets and were provided with such great service. The ambiance and the look of the room was great, super floral and really gives that Alice in wonderland tea party vibes. We were served our tea, which I got the English breakfast tea with a side of honey, sugar, and milk, and had some biscoff biscuits along side it. We had 2 hours to enjoy ourselves and felt very comfortable in the space. Then, our teaser came out for our small sandwiches and don't let the photos fool you because they filled us up very quickly. The egg sandwiches and spinach was my ab solute favorite, and once we were done eating and got to the dessert menu, tbh surprised me with a happy birthday candle and small spoon. I highly recommend to come here and I will be coming back, it was so fun and the food was great! They also have an area where you can buy Knick knacks as well :)

I went here with a friend for tea on a Friday afternoon. Making reservations was simple and the establishment got back to me right away with a confirmation. Note that they are closed on Mondays. We arrived and we're seated promptly in a charming tea room. Service was fast and friendly. Our tea and food selections arrived quickly and were arranged beautifully. We each had different types of tea with a selection of sweet and savory items. Everything was delicious. We found the experience peaceful and we didn't feel at all rushed. We had two hours to enjoy our tea and it was the perfect amount of time. Side note: there is ample parking in the rear.

I went into Lisa's retail spot since I called earlier to ask about clotted cream... was making a traditional English tea time for my son's English class - the kids were going to talk about the time period and experience "tea time." Had never had clotted cream before, so was hoping I could try a tester from the restaurant before actually purchasing a jar. The restaurant makes it daily, and was out by the time I arrived. The lady who helped me gave me the recipe... they add cream to the clotted and whisk it, so it's fluffier. She suggested whipping cream, but I actually used mascarpone since it wouldn't need the sugar. I really liked it.... Super fluffy and went well with the jam! The service was excellent though, I found her super helpful. Even told her what I was planning on making and she provided insightful advice on a traditional English tea time. Note: I ended up getting the clotted cream at Whole Foods, was $5 less! But I did buy two small divided dishes for the clotted cream and honey butter. Will need to come back to try their tea time... I had fun making my tiers, but it's a lot of work!

I'm always looking for excuses to have a high tea experience, and for that reason, I've been lucky enough to visit this location with friends twice this year. Note to those visiting for the first time, there's a fair amount of parking in the back and the location is easy to find in Campbell. Reservations can be constrained around holidays like Mother's Day, so be sure to plan ahead and reserve well in advance. You can come all decked out in your best English high tea floral dress or something a little more casual--the attire really does run the gamut. The decor is cute, fun, and everything you'd want and expect at a proper English tearoom. When you enter, you immediately step into their gift shop, which includes a fair number of tea sets in a variety of patterns and all the tea accessories and tchotchke you can imagine. During one visit, they were very accommodating of dietary restrictions, as my friends did not eat any pork products or gelatin. This was greatly appreciated. They were also wonderful with the kids, who had a fabulous time. The mini pizzas were a big hit with some very picky eaters. As alternatives to tea, the kids could choose from hot cocoa, milk, or lemonade, which were also served in teapots to their delight. The adult plate included a sundried tomato sandwich, a chicken salad croissant, cucumber mint sandwich, a ratatouille savory, a mushroom and cheese savory, and a scone with devonshire cream and jam, but the menu seems to change pretty routinely to keep things fresh and new. For dessert, I chose the black forest cake. All the food was tasty and plentiful, so be sure to come hungry. I noticed a number of tables had their desserts boxed up to take home, which I probably should have done in retrospect because the rest of the meal was so filling! All in all, it's a great high tea experience, and I expect I'll be back before year-end.

Just went with my two good friends and we had a great time. The fact that they now have a gluten free menu made my heart so happy! I finally could enjoy tea sandwiches with my friends again! My only "complaints" are the crustless quiche could have used a bit more flavor/spice/something and the gluten free brownie was just ok. But the sandwiches were lovely and the gluten free bread they've chosen is great. The gluten free scone was WONDERFUL. I love "high tea" and it's been a special outing off and on most of my life in some way. I'm so excited to be able to enjoy this again as I did when I was younger before gluten allergies ruined lots of special food outings. I appreciate Lisa's for making it happen. My girlfriends and I are hoping to make this a regular holiday thing when I'm in town for a visit. Btw, the Christmas Spritzer was REALLY tasty. Definitely recommend. And as always the tea selection, service, atmosphere, and experience was worth the price. A bit of a splurge but special occasions are often worth it. Word to the wise: parking is tight so carpooling is advisable if possible.

We stopped by for tea to celebrate a friend who is having a baby. They were great at accommodating our party and sat us at a nicely set table. We had a two hour reservation and got to enjoy our own pots of tea and tea service. There were tea sandwiches, quiche, crumpets, and petit fours galore. The service was quicks, and the company was exquisite. Like taking a step back in time for an afternoon.

Here's what we got: **Sunny Side Up Matcha Einspanner $7.75: A vibrant matcha base topped with a dollop of silky whipped cream, finished with a sunny side up 'egg' where the yolk is a sweet mango syrup. This drink had me saying "Oh wow!" after taking the first sip. After the second sip, it was "Was that a really ripe mini chunk of fresh mango?" This was so well executed that it felt effortless. It wasn't overly sweet-- the Matcha and the Mango flavors blended together beautifully yet you could make out the flavors of both. I usually scoff at how expensive drinks are these days but I could justify the price on this. **Black Sesame Coffee Einspanner $7.50: Signature espresso drink with our house-made Black sesame cream with your choice of milk. Another hit. I love Black Sesame and when I can find it, I order. This was also on par with the Sunny Side up because of how distinctly flavorful it was. You can taste the nuttiness of the black sesame seeds. Add in the espresso and it makes for a coffee that you could gulp down. Both of these drinks are dangerous because if it was up to me, I could have probably drank these both in under 5 minutes. Sigh.

Better yet, I'M GONNA WRITE A LETTER!…read more This is my first time writing a Yelp Review, but this must be done to warn others. While I typically love 7 Leaves, I think today will be my last time going to this location. I usually go exclusively to 7 Leaves out of all the other tea shops around here because I think they have a great Rewards system but today was highly disappointing. I would like to start by saying this has nothing to do with the staff onsite at all. They were both lovely and did their best to try and make an awkward situation less awkward. They also tried to help me troubleshoot on the app as well so kudos to them! This message is directly for the management. I got a reward offer a couple of days ago of which I assume was related to a Retention Marketing campaign. They wanted me to come back and spend $5 on an online order and I would receive a free Sea Cream Black coffee. It said it would expire in 6 days so I decided to go today as I only had a couple days left. I was having trouble getting the offer to redeem and couldn't get it to reflect in the cart when I tried to check out. So, I went into this Campbell location and asked if the cashier could help me. Of course we both struggled trying to figure it out, so it was suggested that if I complete a drink order it should give me the free drink. And guess what? I ordered 2 drinks which was double the minimum amount and there was still no way to get the free drink to work. Once all of our efforts failed, another staff member ended up contacting their manager, which is where it got interesting. Unfortunately to my disappointment, the management reported back and said that the reward was invalid due to a possible error in the app from Corporate. The staff let me know that there wasn't anything they could do, which I assume is due to management not wanting to redeem the offer for the ONE drink. Now, I get there can be errors in communication between corporate and the individual franchises, but the way management handled this was pathetic. The Marketing Campaigns/Rewards are a way to get customers in the door, like myself, and for them to disregard that after I already spent my money is even more pathetic. It was like I paid them money to inconvenience me. And again I'd like to reiterate, the staff were extremely lovely! The management is just wack! Don't get fooled by the reward system and don't spend your money unless you can ensure you will get the bonus reward if that is what you're there for! The management will seemingly take the greedy route regardless. Sincerely, A former repeat customer who has also attended a couple of other 7 Leaves Grand Openings around San Jose to support the community!
