When organizing the party I was looking for a place that could accommodate our big group and the tea party options were explained very clearly on the website so it was easy to book. We had the my lady's respite as our menu and we were able to pick 3 teas for our group to share. The menu included several sandwiches and scones plus some desserts at the end, although I am not sure if the desserts are always included or just were for tea parties. The portions were perfect to leave us feeling full but not stuffed. For the teas we wanted to make sure there was something everyone would like so we picked the English Breakfast, Blackberry Jasmine Oolong, and Chamomile Lemon. All three were great but the blackberry tea was the most popular. The service was amazing! Everyone who helped us was so kind and they included bells in case we needed anything. The service was excellent and the tea selection was wonderful. Even the kids enjoyed the experience. Come for the beautiful British tea-room atmosphere and impeccable service -- just don't come expecting the food to be the highlight. The sandwiches and scones were fine but nothing particularly memorable, and the rainbow cake we tried was extremely sweet. For the price point, I expected the food quality to be better. I was also surprised that the food was not served on the classic tiered tray -- everything came out on separate plates instead. Another thing to note: they do not allow sharing plates. If adults share with kids they add about $15 per person, which can add up quickly. Typical pricing from the menu is approximately: Afternoon tea selections: about $28.95-$52.95 per person Children's tea: around $29.95 High Tea for Two: about $99.95 Tax and about 20% gratuity are added, so the total can climb quickly. Our bill for two adults and two kids came to about $215, and we ordered fairly conservatively. You walk into a charming shop filled with wonderful tea-related items for sale. I think it is crazy that I have not made a review for this place yet. I have been taking daughter here every year around December to enjoy the cmas decor and place settings. I love that there is a child's menu. The scones and sandwiches taste pretty good. I always finish it and never have leftovers! My Goddaughter chose Lisa's Tea Treasures to help me celebrate my birthday. The ambiance is a lovely Victorian tea setting complete with beautiful and elegant tea servings. There is a magnificent and extensive selection of teas and wonderful combinations of lunch menu options. Karen(our server),was knowledgeable and delightful and offered suggestions on how to best enjoy each selection. We ordered three different lunch choices and enjoyed every one of them!!! The fresh scones with Devonshire cream and preserves was the best I have ever tasted!!! All the tea sandwiches were so yummy!!! Mostly everything here is truly wonderful,except for the hostess,Keena/Kina(sp.?). We arrived at around 4pm. There wasn't friendly greeting whatsoever.With a scowl on her face,we were informed to "hurry up"as the kitchen was closing soon,and she was quite rude and a bit cold about it. I don't think I saw a smile on her face the whole time we were there...only a sour attitude. My contention is to why a 4pm lunch reservation would be taken if there isn't adequate time to order. We fished our lunch at a little after 6pm. The restaurant was empty except for our party of three. My Goddaughter was listening to the different sounds of the service bells and Kina enters telling my Goddaughter to "stop playing with the bells". My Goddaughter stated that she wasn't playing with them but was only curious as to hear the delightful sound of each bell to see if they were each different. She was rudely told not to play with them as the servers would think that assistance was needed.The place was empty!!! It was blatant that Kina did not enjoy our presence there and we never felt welcomed by her at all. It's really a shame,Kina put a dampener on what was supposed to be a wonderful celebration... Lisa's Tea is one of my go-to spots for special occasions with friends and family. I've celebrated my 21st birthday here, and for a group of 15 girls the total came out to around $600, which I think is pretty reasonable considering we had our own private room, a gift table setup, a birthday tiara, and two staff members who were super attentive the entire time. I recently came back to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday with a party of five. We ordered three Lady Respite plates and two Duchess Delight plates, which came out to about $288 (including tip). The staff were friendly and attentive, but the only small hiccup was that our server didn't seem to know it was a birthday celebration even though I noted it in the reservation. Once I mentioned it, she kindly brought out my mother-in-law's dessert with a candle, which was really sweet. The food here is always consistent and delicious. Each tea set comes with a nice variety including finger sandwiches, a savory treat or quiche, seasonal scones with Devonshire cream and jam, and dessert, all paired with your own pot of tea. People sometimes think finger foods won't fill them up, but after a few cups of tea, great conversation, and enjoying every bite, everyone at our table was full and happy. Overall, Lisa's Tea is a South Bay gem and easily one of my favorite tea rooms. For special occasions, we love going to afternoon tea and particularly choose to go to Lisa's because of their kid friendly menu and warm/friendly service. Kids can choose from unlimited hot cocoa or lemonade. The food is very fresh, too. Delightful interior decor and even staff uniforms bring you back to the Victorian era. I had an absolutely amazing time at Lisa's Tea Treasures! My best friend booked us a reservation for afternoon tea for my birthday. Upon arriving, we were seated immediately to one of my favorite spaces, where we had the side where the couch was. We were greeted by our server, Rachel (great name!), where we ordered our tea sets and were provided with such great service. The ambiance and the look of the room was great, super floral and really gives that Alice in wonderland tea party vibes. We were served our tea, which I got the English breakfast tea with a side of honey, sugar, and milk, and had some biscoff biscuits along side it. We had 2 hours to enjoy ourselves and felt very comfortable in the space. Then, our teaser came out for our small sandwiches and don't let the photos fool you because they filled us up very quickly. The egg sandwiches and spinach was my ab solute favorite, and once we were done eating and got to the dessert menu, tbh surprised me with a happy birthday candle and small spoon. I went into Lisa's retail spot since I called earlier to ask about clotted cream... was making a traditional English tea time for my son's English class - the kids were going to talk about the time period and experience "tea time." Had never had clotted cream before, so was hoping I could try a tester from the restaurant before actually purchasing a jar. The restaurant makes it daily, and was out by the time I arrived. The lady who helped me gave me the recipe... they add cream to the clotted and whisk it, so it's fluffier. She suggested whipping cream, but I actually used mascarpone since it wouldn't need the sugar. I really liked it.... Super fluffy and went well with the jam! The service was excellent though, I found her super helpful. Even told her what I was planning on making and she provided insightful advice on a traditional English tea time. The tea sandwiches, scones, and desserts are good for Bay Area standard. (We tried afternoon tea in London at a highly rated place so that shifted our standard). They also do catering which is great. Parking can be hard due to limited spots in the parking lot but you can find more places to park along the streets. I'm always looking for excuses to have a high tea experience, and for that reason, I've been lucky enough to visit this location with friends twice this year. Note to those visiting for the first time, there's a fair amount of parking in the back and the location is easy to find in Campbell. Reservations can be constrained around holidays like Mother's Day, so be sure to plan ahead and reserve well in advance. You can come all decked out in your best English high tea floral dress or something a little more casual--the attire really does run the gamut. The decor is cute, fun, and everything you'd want and expect at a proper English tearoom. When you enter, you immediately step into their gift shop, which includes a fair number of tea sets in a variety of patterns and all the tea accessories and tchotchke you can imagine. During one visit, they were very accommodating of dietary restrictions, as my friends did not eat any pork products or gelatin. This was greatly appreciated. They were also wonderful with the kids, who had a fabulous time. The mini pizzas were a big hit with some very picky eaters. As alternatives to tea, the kids could choose from hot cocoa, milk, or lemonade, which were also served in teapots to their delight. The adult plate included a sundried tomato sandwich, a chicken salad croissant, cucumber mint sandwich, a ratatouille savory, a mushroom and cheese savory, and a scone with devonshire cream and jam, but the menu seems to change pretty routinely to keep things fresh and new. For dessert, I chose the black forest cake. All the food was tasty and plentiful, so be sure to come hungry. I noticed a number of tables had their desserts boxed up to take home, which I probably should have done in retrospect because the rest of the meal was so filling! Just went with my two good friends and we had a great time. The fact that they now have a gluten free menu made my heart so happy! I finally could enjoy tea sandwiches with my friends again! My only "complaints" are the crustless quiche could have used a bit more flavor/spice/something and the gluten free brownie was just ok. But the sandwiches were lovely and the gluten free bread they've chosen is great. The gluten free scone was WONDERFUL. I love "high tea" and it's been a special outing off and on most of my life in some way. When we arrived, everything was already beautifully set up and everything was very well thought out. She was very helpful and was the corner stone in making our selections truly delicious. When the food came out, everything was beautifully plated and totally Instagram worthy. To start, the petite savory we got was a little mushroom tartlet, and as someone that loves mushrooms I thought it was delicious. Next we had the scones which were served with cream and preserves. Some people in our party got a chocolate scone and others got a fruity one, but you didn't get to choose which one you got. I preferred the fruit one overall, and many others agreed which is was some of us wished they were able to choose their scone. The sandwiches were all super yummy! My favorite was the sun-dried tomato goat cheese sandwich, and the pesto nut sandwich. Everything paired really well with each other and was a perfect addition to the tea. I highly recommend the decaf French vanilla tea. And for the size of the plate, the lunch was surprisingly filling. Finally, the dessert was probably my favorite part. We had the option for a dessert trio or a mixed berry cake. I opted for the mixed berry cake and have no regrets. The cake was super moist and when paired with the cream was very light. Despite being slightly full from lunch, we were able to finish the cake slice. The fresh berries and whipped cream were a great way to end the meal. I also recommend a stop in the gift shop. You are able to purchase some teas and they have an amazing assortment of tea cups and tea sets that are really fun to look at. Overall, the party preparation was made very simple, and came out very elegant and beautiful. The presentation of the venue and food was amazing, and every bite of food was light and flavorful. The overall experience was kind of disappointing. We had looked at the menu before so we're not surprised about the prices. We were surprised about the amount of food. We ordered the 49.49 lunch. It came with a plate, not even the size of a regular dinner plate. It had three sandwiches two triangles and one heart shaped in total. I would say it probably barely equated out to just two pieces of bread for like the top in the bottom with the cucumber cream cheese sandwich, which I just usually love had very little cream cheese, and the cucumber didn't even cover the entire sandwich and then there was a scone. We did get a full pot of tea, each of us, and then dessert. The bread was not very fresh. I can't say that it was stale, but I always think of a piece of bread, especially a white piece of bread as something that would be soft, The service was very slow. It was not crowded at all. Most of the time they were only our table of four and another table. They put a bell on your table and you ring it when you're ready to order when you need something we found our self ringing the bell quite a bit. It's a two hour slot that you're allowed, but we didn't get out of there till closer to 4 o'clock because everything was so slow from getting our tea to the meal to the dessert and then even the bill. The Christmas decor the China, the tree they had and all the other decorations were very cute. I would not go back. Fresh scones with Devonshire cream & preserves Tea Sandwiches - Egg salad, chicken tarragon, Sundried tomato, pesto nut and cucumber mint. This was such a lovely dining experience. If you're looking to just have a relaxing fun tea and light sandwiches Lisa's Tea Treasure would be a great option. The gift shop is great and filled with lots of adorable tea treasures. I've purchased some items to add to my tea collection for my own tea parties. The Chicken Tarragon is my absolute favorite and often order these now for when I'm hosting tea parties at my home. One of my favorite tea places to go to! My mom and I love this place so much! I recently found out about Lisa's Tea and haven't stopped coming since. I had a girl's day with my mom, my birthday, and my graduation here. I took one step into the tea house and fell in love. The smell made me feel like I was transported to Bridgerton (they have tea containers of them!!) There were so many varieties of tea cup sets and tea leaves, that you could buy after or before. (we bought 2 tea leaves) I didn't know what to expect as it was my first time in a tea house but it was so cozy. They had a variety of tea sets to choose from and each one paired so well with each tea we chose. Each set comes with scones, sandwiches, and desserts. My favorite would have to be the Summer Regatta Tea (Peach Strawberry). I love floral, fruity scents so this was perfect for me, but if you aren't into that, I suggest My Lady's Respite or Louie XIV's Favorite, it's not as floral and less sweet. The service was even better. They took the time to explain to my mom and me about the menu and even asked us if we needed any substitutes (if you do, like being lactose, they can subsitute it for you). They were so helpful and patient throughout the whole time. They came back constantly to check on us and ask if we wanted more hot water for the tea. (we got like 4-5 refills, I love me some tea) 10/10!!! It was such an amazing experience, I guarantee you'll enjoy this tea house. So I have so many mixed feelings about this place... it's really a 3.5 star but I bumped it up to 4. First thing - I LOVE the atmosphere and environment - Love how cozy and spread out everything is. Was so excited as my oldest and I had attended a private event at this location and everything was sublime, hence we got the fam together to have tea together. I'll start with what we ordered and get to the ding on the rating later. A few of us had the "All American" which included mac & cheese and tiny cheeseburgers, along with a cucumber sandwich, a scone and some odd fruit and cream on a hotdog bun... or at least that was the texture of that one. I don't recall what they called it. So THAT was a bit odd... eating fresh fruit atop some cream but it clearly was a cut piece of hotdog bun. Took away from the nice "tea party" sandwich experience... At least they could have toasted the hotdog bun? Anyway - the others had the "My Lady's Respite" which included a scone, and various little sandwiches like cucumber, egg salad, chicken tarragon, and sun dried tomato, along with a little biscuit of some sort. Was okay - nothing out of the ordinary... We LOVED our tea choices - given there was seven of us - we got to choose 3 flavors. We chose the "Louis XIV Favorite" (black jasmine oolong), the "Duchess Delight" (boysenberry) and Kiev Crush (cranberry orange herbal). They were all delicious. Here's where we were "challenged". During our whole meal - they NEVER came to check on our teapots. NEVER!! I had to get up and ask the lady in the front to send someone in to get water added - all three pots were dry... for a LONG TIME!! Then they finally came out and filled it and got our dessert order. Brought out our dessert and AGAIN... NEVER came back to check. We were so low and tea was getting dark and bitter... We gave up! AWFUL service - so unlike the event we attended where they continued to check our pots and we always had hot tea and never had to ask. That's what we were expecting and didn't get. AND they of course added quite a bit of tip even though service was pretty non-existent. HELLO - we're having TEA... wouldn't it be nice to keep the tea flowing?? That lack of service put a slight damper on our meal but overall it was still fun due to the company! For the amount of $$ we dished out ($60 a person) you'd think we'd get at least SOME decent service... :( Ok I just dropped it down to just 3 stars now that I think about it... it's just okay... OH though the dessert offerings were good - they had a trio.. with a petit fore, cupcake and delicious lemon cheesecake. This is something everyone should treat themselves to! It is a lovely place to go relax and enjoy your afternoon. The Staff is really kind and friendly. I've been to a lot of tea shops. This is by far the best! read more

4.7 Stars Such a cute place with calming ambiance. I enjoy how they play instrumental music of modern day songs. My favorite Lisa's was the one at Sanatana Row but they had closed. Since then, I have been bouncing from the Campbell and Los Altos locations Unlike the Campbell location, the Los Altos location offers sugar cubes instead of sugar packets. I prefer the sugar cubes because it's more efficient to add them to my tea, unlike sugar packets which I have to open and leave empty packets on the table. I also appreciate that Los Altos has a high tea for two and a smoked salmon sandwich option, which I love. I love them both but I wish they had the same menu. read more
