Salmon toast

What a great find! Love the location and it's so cozy with the big tree in the middle. Came here for the first time and tried their items. The best drink so far was the pomegranate refresher! Tasted like the frosting of a cake but not too sugary! Made me want a second one. Also had their salmon toast which was delicious and fresh. The salmon did not taste gamey or anything. It paired well with their sourdough bread which was very fresh too. The flatbread had a lot of flavor! Service here was great. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely come back!

SUCH a cute vibe!! It's very colorful, with tons of indoor and outdoor seating. The specialty lattes are great if you love sweetness! So many unique and flavorful drinks! I think they specialize more in the iced drinks. It's a very cool spot with lots of pops of color and pieces of art. The staff is friendly, and I love the location.

Pop Haus Coffee is a wonderful new Saratoga spot with a welcoming atmosphere and genuinely friendly service. I tried the Rose Cardamom Latte, and it was excellent...smooth, aromatic and lightly sweet, with crushed pistachios and rose petals adding a distinctive finishing touch. You can tell they care about both their drinks and the overall experience. I'll definitely be back!

What a fun discovery in Saratoga area. I love coffee spots and this new place hit the bulls eye in terms of vibes. A great indoor and outdoor space and very calm and beautiful ambience. We placed our orders at the counter and they said someone would call our name when it's ready. We got the rose latte and orange marzipan. It wasn't too sweet so it was great. Also got the salmon toast and the walnut ricotta toast which were kinda perfect. The almond croissant was good but I wish they heated it up so it didn't taste as good as it could have. I was expecting more baked goods but didn't find many. The items on the menu were on the pricer side.. an avo toast or a ricotta toast for $15.5 seemed a little on the higher side.. the coffees averaged around $7.5 ish and some are specialized ones so I get it. Overall I liked the space and the coffees and would be back again here soon.

Left, orange marzipan latte (whole milk by default). Right 8 oz americano

Vibez: Located off big basin, towards the end of the village towards highway 9, sits the shop. It took over an old wine tasting room, pretty large footprint. No music was playing. Large outdoor patio space with shade was a highlight - vv comfortable and inviting, you wanted to stay awhile. Inside was colorful and hip. Back to the point, needed hip music to set a vibe. Coffee: got an Americano to set the tone. Not bitter, not super acidic. Pretty solid coffee flavors, maybe a tad too mild for me, somehow tasted a little too watered down despite being an 8 oz. Orange Marzipan: fire. Orangey start, milky middle, almondy finish. Sweetness hits and lets you know you're having a treat.

Saw this place on social media, decided to try it. Was a little bit of a drive. The drinks were okay probably wouldn't come here again. Took a while for them to make the drinks as well. I got the banana matcha and it was good but nothing to get obsessed over. Also tried this s'mores latte and that was just mid.

What a beautiful new coffee shop in downtown Saratoga!! This place has a beautiful and spacious interior, with so much seating and gorgeous and lively interior decoration. They have plenty of outlets inside if you wanted to come get work done. They have pretty strong wifi as well. It is Pop Haus Guest and the password is pophaus2026. Coffee was absolutely delicious. The dalgona was perfectly sweet but still strong. Decent price of $8. The toast was also delicious however a little pricey, $16. Baristas were super friendly and lovely. There is street parking or a nearby parking lot. On weekends it might be difficult for a spot. Im so excited to come back!

We discovered this cute little coffee place when we were walking around Saratoga and have the most creative drinks. The cashier was completely overwhelmed with a long line and he didn't know what was gluten-free, but we made the best of the situation! So adorable in here and very dog friendly. I love the artwork and the cool vibes here. I highly recommend stopping by!

Delicious food and drinks! Wonderful atmosphere and service. Loved the design of the space.

We came across this little new cafe in Saratoga downtown and had a nice morning hanging out with family. Both the food and drinks are on the quality. Staff is friendly. Vibe is good.

pastries left at ~5:20 pm on a Saturday

I had a bad experience picking up my TGTG order today. When I arrived and told the male owner (or worker) that I was there to pick up my TGTG order and showed him the pick up screen in the app, he immediately showed annoyance and asked me "What is this?". I explained and then he turned to the female worker with the same annoyance and asked "Who did this?" and "When?". He further on murmuring that "these (the pastries) are from today" before walking aside. I was there around ~5:20 pm and the shop closes at 6 pm so I am not sure if the male owner planed to sell the day old pastries the next day. If the shop didn't want to participate in TGTG then it didn't need to, I don't think giving customers and fellow worker a bad attitude is the way to go about this. Shout-out to the female Asian worker who stayed calm and polite despite the male owner's bad attitude.

I have been coming here regularly since they opened about a month ago. I'm always there fairly early morning. I love sitting under the giant oak, a little sun on my face, drinking my coffee with my faithful dog, Bubba, by my side. Saratoga on a weekday morning has that lazy, small-town feel, and Pop Haus is now my favorite spot to experience it. Today I splurged and added the salmon toast. Talk about FRESH! Wow! It starts with a delicious multi-grain sourdough that is soft inside with a nice exterior crust. That allows me to take a bite without everything falling off which happens when the bread is too tough, yet without losing the signature sourdough crunch. It is topped with just the right amount of cream cheese, on top of which sits the most delicate, fresh, mouth-watering salmon I've ever had. The micro-greens, sliced cherry tomatoes, and miniature cucumber slices make it feel like you are eating straight from a garden. Topped with just the right amount of salt and pepper and we have a Good Morning Saratoga moment! When I come in, Pierce is always working. His service is excellent - attentive, thoughtful, intelligent, welcoming - all wrapped up in an overall positive vibe that matches the fun, artsy, vibrant, interior aesthetic. Can't say enough good things about this place. I'm a Saratoga native, and I welcome Pop Haus with open arms (and mouth)! And a paws-up from Bubba who fully enjoys that outdoor deck!

So glad this finally opened! Cute coffee shop with a lot of outdoor seating. Fun and trendy vibe. I had the s'mores latte which I really enjoyed. They had other interesting specialty drinks on the menu again.

The ordering process on their website made things very easy. Ordered on a Wednesday and the site let me know that the order would be ready for pick up by Friday. And as a high compliment coming from Asian parents, it, in fact, was not too sweet. Instead of committing to one flavor, I had the genius idea of Frankensteining a cake together. 8 different flavors, 8 different slices: - Chocolate Gateaux -Sweet Corn Cheesecake - Dubai Chocolate Cake -Black Sesame Gateaux - Pink Guava Sponge Cake - Hojicha Sesame Crumble Cake - Earl Grey Sponge Cake - Strawberry Matcha Sponge Cake Now, this method of trying different cakes was, in my opinion, genius. But would I recommend it? Not necessarily, as it definitely totaled more than what a single flavored whole cake would have been. Though, worth it. Also disclaimer, I did also get a couple of extra pastries (vanilla canele, cream cheese cookie, earl grey madeline, and the butter mochi vanilla bear), which is why the total ended up being more. My absolute favorites were the black sesames, sweet corn cheese cake, and the pink guava sponge cake. Definitely recommend the canele as well as the butter mochi vanilla bear. I will 100% come back for their cheesecakes, as I think they do them very well because they're light and airy, while still being satisfyingly creamy. In terms of their cakes in general, while I can absolutely appreciate their lower sweetness levels compared to many other bakeries, for me personally, I did not think they were sweet enough. But if you're looking for that perfect not-too-sweet dessert. This is the bakery for you. Didn't try, but they also have a wide variety of cafe drinks as well. Service was quick and thorough- much appreciated.

Staff was attentive and really fast at helping people, so the line went quick. I went midday, right before lunch, and several pastries were already out. It sounded like they don't make the pastries at this location and they are brought over from the main location (which is much larger). This location is fairly compact, just enough room for folks to order in a line, and all seating (still limited) is outside facing the parking lot. Even then, there was a good selection of pastries and even a few "sandwich"/savory options (although quite limited). There's a handful of coffee/drink options as well. For the price, I thought it was a tad expensive, but overall I got the ham & gruyere sandwich and the matcha chocolate croissant and both were pretty good (although the matcha chocolate was sweeter than I expected). I would come back as a treat to myself, but it wouldn't be my first stop for pastries per se. Cute cafe though and very friendly staff.

The menu offering is limited but has enough variety to please most palates including kids as they do offer hot chocolate. The lavender latte was delicious. The coffee beans had a deep flavor reminiscent of Vietnamese coffee. The lavender flavor was unlike any other. It didn't have that artificial syrup taste. It wasn't overly florally, instead it just enhances the coffee without overpowering. Even more so, the vanilla latte was even better because that Madagascar bean flavor really shines through. I recommend getting this one if you're unsure what to order. We got to chit chat with the owner and he makes all the syrups from scratch. Both the lavender and vanilla bean syrup are homemade which is why you can really taste and appreciate the difference. The owner was very personable, open to criticism and all around a pleasant person. He seemed very knowledgable about coffee and clearly passionate about what he does. One thing I really appreciated was the temperature of the coffee. The lattes were served nice and hot. They prioritize the coffee experience rather than latte art which I appreciated. Check them out at their next pop up!
