Previously, I had only been to the Vegas location where I had just an okay experience so I wasn't sure what to expect this time around. I'm happy to report I had an absolute blast during my time at the driving range. We came here as a work event where we had 4 bays and a catered dinner. The food, honestly, was nothing to write home about. It was just so so buffet food that apparently we were not given the choice on what was offered. Luckily a few of us ordered our own food off the regular menu and ended up getting much better dishes. I will say, however, the little churro balls they had as part of the buffet were delicious. I definitely ate more of those than I should have. For the game, I have nothing but great things to say. There were 30 of us in our party ranging from people who gold regularly to those who have never touched a club outside of a minigolf course and everyone had an absolute blast. We were all laughing and cheering the whole 3 hours we were there. Scores didn't matter We just wanted to have fun and see what we could do. I really don't think anyone didn't have a bad time. I will say, Topgolf isn't cheap. We were lucky on this trip that someone else was picking up the tab. But, it's a fun experience. It's definitely something I would recommend everyone to try at least once. And I would definitely suggest this location over Vegas. Plus....free parking! Who would've thought? read more

Not the cheapest activity but it sure is fun! Much more affordable if you split a lane with like 4 people for an hour. My buddy and I had a great time ripping swings here. Clean location, great service. Will definitely take a group back. read more

Had an amazing time at this TopGolf with our super wonderful server Milan! She was so sweet and attentive, and took great care of our group!

Went here on Saturday. Played for 2 hours. Fun atmosphere. Food was good. Definitely coming back!

I've hosted a couple of birthday parties here at TopGolf el Segundo, and while I can say the prices may be a bit steep, the experience and overall ambience of this facility is well worth the coin. Ana Vlad is the sales manager that helps me with all of these events and she is such an amenable, professional individual. She's easy to work with, and very understanding. I had tried to reserve something for my boyfriends birthday and was so busy I forgot to put down the security deposit and she followed up with a gentle email and phone call, which I greatly appreciated and followed up right away to secure the bays I needed. Highly recommend Ana. read more

We had the BEST time at top golf experience we've ever had. We were excited to have our party here, my son had an absolute blast! Not only were the pods great but our server Collin was AMAZING!! He even anticipated our needs and brought us drinks before they were empty! He really made our experience top notch :) read more

Came here for the first time for a friend's birthday on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed (and so hot, thankfully there are tons of fans going!). Make reservations! If you have never been, there is a one time member fee of $5 and you need to make an account beforehand. Parking can be a bit tricky, however there is valet parking if you really need it. You walk in and the first thing is the shop and then check-in to the left. There are several stories, the higher the better! We ended up ordering a bunch of food and drinks, which don't necessarily come cheap. We ended up ordering wine, shots (Green Tea shots... super sweet, but also refreshing!) and we got a bucket of seltzers which you can mix and match. As for food, we ordered wings, flat bread pizza, my (healthy friend) ordered a chicken wrap... food was good and got the job done! The staff was kind enough to bring a dessert for my friend's birthday, candles and people singing and there were Birthday signs (we paid for the dessert ;)). To top it off, they were super sweet and gave us more time to play! (for free!) Overall, staff was super friendly, food was good, and we all had a great time! read more

Great time to spend with friends. Make sure to reserve your time & sign in early to go straight into playing. Will be coming back again.

Came here with a party of 12 to celebrate a birthday. Such a fun atmosphere but service is extremely slow. Initially, it took 30 min to flag down our server to order a round of drinks. When we asked for plates and forks they only provided enough plates for 8 and even less utensils, which was odd to me. I was a server years ago so I do understand how it can be busy but for the 2 hours that we were there we had to flag down our server two times just to order drinks -and not once did they check in on us to see how we were doing. Reading the other reviews, seems like this is an ongoing problem with this establishment. Would love to do more functions here if service improves. read more

We went to top golf to celebrate my sons birthday. Our table was in the second bay and we enjoyed that level to play golf. Our server was very nice and attentive to our needs. He had the staff bring out signs and say happy birthday to my son, such an awesome way to make someone feel special. You can have 6 people to each bay and you pay by the hour. It does get cold at night but it was great vibes. The food is why I gave this establishment 4 stars. The best thing on the menu out of all of the items we tasted was the shrimp tacos! Amazing. Everything else was subpar. Nachos, wings, Mac bites, tots and fries were not spectacular. We ate it because we were hungry but not the best food selection. If they improved their food it would be a 10/10, however, I would give it an 8/10. We would go back but I would eat in advance. read more

Holy moly! Take the Lucky Strike concept but sprinkle some over the top sports bar/ Las night Club lounge and a driving range and you have Top Golf. The top is a 4 level driving range with bars every where. The thing that caught my eye was actually all the free charging EV stations in the parking lot. It's a nice touch for those that aren't filling their cars with fossil fuel. The beauty of top golf is the fact the golf element is almost removed. I attended top golf with a vendor event. It's like having a party but with occasional golf swings. You may not want to wear heals. Don't worry I didn't but I did see some women hit in heals. That was very impressive. You don't really need to know how to swing. Just pick a high level and towards the middle and it doesn't matter if you shank every shot it will go into one of the holes. As long as you score a point just say you meant to do that. TG is great for large groups. Not sure if I would recommend for small parties or serious golf players. I guess maybe if you can put money on your golf game to add more pressure or play teams. I recommend trying Top golf if you have any interest. It was unique experience and I have no complaints. My only tip might be to show up early because parking can get busy. read more

Shwing! I just scored 40,000 points on Angry Birds with a 3-wood. What? This is one part of a fun golf adventure at Top Golf. I was invited to attend an event that included golf games, food and drinks, plus swag. I'm a decent golfer who loved playing at The Lakes before it blew up into this. Although I miss our little simple 9 hole course I can see why this attracts all kinds of people. You don't need to be a good golfer to have fun. Some of the scoring system is a bit wonky but who cares. The food was decent and we enjoyed the variety of beers and wine. Worth checking out. read more

Overall a fun venue but lots of room for improvement. Event booking process was a bit disorganized but we got there in the end. The original person helping either quit or got fired so that caused some delays. I didn't love an automated email the night before with some crucial details that were never discussed. I even called a week before the event to make sure we had everything in order so that would have been the time to mention in my opinion. Staff during the event were great, fun, attentive. Definitely will take a while for a drink, even basics like beer/wine/soda. Food portions were tiny for our event. Trays were super shallow and would feed a group half the size of our group. Honestly it was embarrassing to run out of food. So if I did another event there I would order at least 30% over the actual headcount so that everyone gets to eat. Overall not a bad experience, we had fun. But food portions and general event organization leave some room to improve. read more

This location was great, for a tuesday night it was packed full of people lol would've thought it was a friday. The bartenders were super friendly, and so were the staff. Only issue I had was with the bathroom, we drove from Orange County to meet up with a friend at LAX so I had to go, (like crossing my legs and bouncing around type deal) while the bathroom was being "cleaned" after a good while of waiting a male and female worker exit the bathroom...um okayyyy.... interesting. And when entering couldn't help but notice the bathroom wasn't clean at all! The first stall I walked in the toilet was covered in wet toilet paper, it smelled, and there was no soap to wash our hands. So yeah everything else was great, the food, drinks, we did the 10 hole and the driving range and both were fun but that bathroom situation wasn't cool. read more

It was great some minor set backs that didn't take away from the fun that the children had. We went for a party we had 2 bays to seat 12 people. There were some bad reviews from my party about not receiving timely service from the bartenders. My party stay A-Aron was amazing. He was attentive to this party with teenagers. The food was good. Drinks were good. The boys had a good time. The price for the private party was equitable to what we received. $250 in spending on food and drinks and a set fee for the party with the host. I don't remember the exact fee. Total May have been $750 minimum spend on food drinks host and golfing for 12 people. Ask for the couches that made the experience. I don't think we would have enjoyed the tables, sitting in those hard seats. Go have fun! read more

Had a great time for a birthday party! Fun lively environment! Good bar food and drinks! Service was great!

First of all, I recommend that if you are planning to visit Topgolf, you should make a reservation at least a week ahead to avoid waiting to be seated. Don't hesitate because the reservations require a two hour minimum and I believe that two hours is actually a good time to enjoy and visit each other and just enjoy family company, so I highly recommend you make a reservation at least a week before that way you don't sit around and wait like we did for two hours, although we had to wait for two hours or maybe a little more than two hours, it was nice to have good hot wings and good food at the least I can say is that the food was great atmosphere was great and the customer service was good. With food and a two hour minimum and might come out to be a little pricey, but it was a good time. read more

My boyfriend made our reservation ahead of time and we were meeting another couple. We hit some traffic on the 405 due to a car accident so I called and asked if it would be an issue if we were 5 mins late. The person on the phone said there was a 10 minute grace period so not to worry. Once we arrived we were told to go to floor 3 to lane 323. We went right up there and our server assisted us and got a manager. The manager was extremely rude, told us our grace period began 10 minutes before we got there, and that the our time had already begun. I've never heard of a Grace period starting before you arrive so I was confused. She got agitated and said she was done talking as she had already explained it to us. I was shocked by the poor attitude and service. Our friends arrived and we chose to just move on and have a good time. I then saw her pointing at me while talking to another co-worker. Overall the experience is cool, food is ok, our server was great, and that manager needs an attitude adjustment. read more

My first time at top golf and I don't think it will be my last. Super fun for birthdays or events. My friends reserved two spots because it was 12 of us. The waitress was super nice and attentive especially for our big group. Wish I got her name, she def deserves a shout out for how well she took care of us. The food was blah nothing too exciting. The nachos were super bland. The place was packed but still felt like you can walk around without bumping into anyone. I'm not a golfer at all lol so this was a great experience. Don't expect much from the food but the ambiance was great. Thanks! read more

hello, whoever's name is Troy and was working the Saturday night shift on February 7 was extremely rude to me and my group of friends. We asked him a simple questions and we were very nice (because we all work in restaurants so we care about treating people with respect), and he responded rudely and said " there's no point in talking or explaining this to you, I'll get my manager". Backstory: we were at a lane downstairs, we wanted to add more time and they said we would have to go to a new lane upstairs and just do another new round. Completely understandable. We go upstairs and the game won't start, it won't let us login. We ask TROY about this very nicely and we try explaining our situation since we know they weren't taking reservations anymore but the manager let us have another lane. He proceeded to say what I said he said. Okay rude, whatever he walked away and got a manager. We actually decide to leave because 1. It smelled bad and 2. Everyone was just being very rude like everyone working on the second floor that night was rude. Once we decide to leave and walk out my friend notices that TROY mouthed "thank fucking god" to his coworker. Now I get it you're tired, guests can be annoying but don't ever be rude like that. Coming from a group of about 8 people who all work in the service industry it was highly disrespectful. Will be emailing upper management about Troy. He was wearing a black hat and black shirt and has light brown hair, thin, and is white looking for reference. Thanks. read more

Average score for average place. I know there aren't many local golfing places like this in LA so they're gonna get business n I might go back but they could honestly do way better considering the prices. With a group, the rental for bays isn't too bad cause you can split. I believe for an hour and a half my group of 4 spent like $90 total just for the bay. Butttt the food/drinks service?? HAHA Standard $$ prices as expected, $18 for a flatbread pizza and $15-20 each drink. I wouldn't have minded bc they' were honestly good but the bartenders/servers--idk. Maybe most of them were new? There was also an event going on so service was slow. Our wait time to get a bay was 1 1/2 hours and we spent that entire time mostly waiting for our food n drinks. N we finished them quickly. There was a bartender who seemed new and no one was assisting her she was taking on everyone's orders and multitasking like crazy. I noticed she had to keep going back n forth the bar to make a single drink. Like maybe organize and teach your workers teamwork. I also had extra charges on my card the next day after, which I'm waiting to dispute bc I have the one receipt from what I paid so it was really weird just shows the disorganization going on. read more

I booked 2 bays here for my brother's birthday. It was of course, a lot of fun but I was really blown away by their service. Our waitress was great and fun. this is the worst place to work along with spending your money here. the management treats their staff horrible all the servers and bartenders hate working here. the food is horrible, its not properly made. don't waste your time and money. the turn over rate in server & bartender are very high here. don't waste your time getting a job here you will quit in a month. you wont get enough shift and you will be splitting your tips with the support staff throughout the whole venue and you will receive any help what so ever and management will tell you to get over it or there is nothing they can do about it. you will hate your job. read more

I booked my son's 9th birthday party here, and was surprised at how easy it was. I loved how I did not have to worry about anything that comes when you have to host a party. The food was good, my server was AMAZING, and it was just a nice day to have a party. We did have a problem with one of bays, but the staff was really helpful in trying to fix the problem even though they could not fix it. Besides my bay not working, I would book again. :) read more

Came on a busy Sunday evening. Most of the bays were reserved. Thankfully I was here for an event that had booked 10 bays. This is my second visit to this location. We enjoyed a fajita buffet & played several rounds with friends. My highest yardage was 95 with a 7 iron. They could use more staff for the bays - bartenders and golf pros. Some staff were attentive while others seemed ready to clock out. Parking can be a hassle so if circling the lot several times isn't your thing, they have $7 valet. Overall I would return but perhaps on a less busy day/time. read more

Went here yesterday for my bday, my wife had coordinated everything she bought the two bay flex package for 2 hrs which according to the website covers everyone's lifetime memberships includes a demonstration on how to use everything and $250 food and beverage credit pre paid according to the website... turns out the 250 is a minimum spend on top of the 480 for two bays for two hours. In other words you're paying almost twice as much to play than you would otherwise, and thay includes the "free memberships". When we showed up our waitress looked lost like she had zero training on what to do for an "event" or really how top golf works in general. She did not set us up she did nor give a demonstration which would have been really nice since half the people of our large group had never golfed let alone been to a top golf location. So service was bad due to no training. And price to play was double because you get two bays next to eachother, and 60 dollars worth of "memberships" if no one in your party has been to a top golf before. When we were there, there were plenty of bays open. If you plan on going just reserve two bays and buy food and drinks to avoid overpaying. read more

Currently sitting here waiting, we got here and were told it'd be a 5 hour wait, okay we're excited and get the hype so we wait. While sitting at the bar, having drinks we look out at the bay and there are 8 bays fully open in our view (there's more we we keep checking them out). They're not available for the public but yet their employees are freely allowed to play on them, so their paying customers are allowed to just sit back and watch the employees just play while we wait endlessly? Something needs to improve. Mind you we called a week ago and were told reservations weren't available. Definitely need some improvement in that area. Glad the bar staff is amazing and great, customer service is on point but all other areas have been rude when asking any questions. read more

This was my first time at a top golf location. We hosted our work happy hour here. I understand they just opened and are working out some kinks however I don't understand what the hold up was since the place didn't appear to be busy at the time we were there. Our group had buffet style catering which consisted of fajitas, nachos, rice beans, salad and dessert. Some food was cold and some things didn't have serving utensils but we didn't make a big deal about it. We were all hungry and just wanted to eat. I ordered a margarita and it took ( I wish I was kidding) one hour to arrive. Luckily we were there for about about 3.5-4 hours and I had plenty of other drinks from there after.
