Waiters are not helpful. Had a reservation for 8:30pm when seated on the 3rd floor, the waiter we had was not helpful at all. She was an older lady, didn't get her name, but we felt like she didn't want us there due to being a big group smh. If you are going with a big group, be aware, all she did was complain that our group was too big and was adamant that some of us go to the bar instead. Horrible service. read more

This burger truly wowed me when it arrived to the table, and yes, I added avocado like the smart woman I am. The black bean patty held together so well while I was eating it, so that's a plus in my book! Delicious tater tots and fries too. I would suggesting eating this first AND then go play, just friendly suggestion lol. read more

I was finally able to visit since it's been built and had a lot of fun with my family. The facility is really nice and the staff is very kind and welcoming. My only issue was with how slow the food service was. Our food took almost an hour to get to us with no updates. We were told there was only one kitchen for the entire facility, so maybe more cooks would help them serve their customers a little faster. Kate and Izzy were very good to us and made sure we felt welcomed and heard. Thank you for contributing to our experience. read more

Food was delicious, service felt like we were getting vip treatment, the environment was beautiful, super modern interior, unbelievable technology. If you want to watch sports there's huge TVs at the bar. I loved my time here, yes it's a bit pricey, but you'll be having a blast! Make sure to get on the waitlist as soon as you can on the weekdays, or if you're going on a weekend, then I would suggest making your reservation ahead of time. read more

Could learn a thing or two from the Las Vegas location. Looks the same but runs completely differently. Pros: Free parking and electric charging available. Cons: Lots. Super disappointed with their lack of attention to our group and needs. I made a reservation for two bays for a special occasion. I requested bays close to the entrance/ground level because two of my guests have accessibility issues. We were assigned to two bays that were soooo far away, and on the 2nd floor. Also, we had a few newcomers/beginners, and our host was friendly but didn't give any advice on the different types of games, and club choices. The Vegas host was very different, and we had lots of tips and more guidance on the games and equipment. Food was tasty but took awhile to arrive, and they came at different times. You could only order food and drink from your host. The bussers and other staff seemed to be useless. They didn't clear our tables. We had stacks and stacks of plates. We had to repeatedly ask for refills, or napkins, or cutlery. Paid nearly $1000 for food and play. Happy to pay good money for a good time and service. Unfortunately, both were missing here. read more

Never made it there because the online booking was not user friendly, I tried to call to make a reservation and could not get through. I had 5 male adults, drinkers and golfers that wanted to go and spend time the to golf and drink. We ended up making other plans. read more

The service is horrendous like everyone else says. They either need more staff, a better hiring process, or more efficient processes. The time is limited here, so why does it take more than 1/3rd of my time to get drinks and food? The servers are not approachable, they don't check in with you--you have to search for them and call them over. Portions are small for the price and drinks are not strong. Second time here and it was same both times. Will make sure to eat and drink BEFORE I get here. read more

Didn't even make it there. Terrible customer service. The website had a glitch and reset my page in the middle making my advance reservation the current day. I didn't realize until after the reservation passed because the text confirmation didn't have the date. When I called to sort it out and apply the reservation amount to the correct date (so I can still spend a bunch of money to hang out), they refused. Won't be trying it out on our upcoming vacation. read more

I've been to this location and have always had a good experience with the service! Everyone who works here is great and the ambiance is very chill. Shoutout to Demi for taking such good care of us tonight!! She was very attentive to our needs and made sure we got our drinks and food ASAP. This experience was better than other times we've been to this location because of her. Will definitely come back soon! read more

We hosted a work event here at Topgolf and had a great experience! I was able to reserve 2 bays for my group of 12 people in advance to make sure we didn't have to wait. A good selection of clubs are available to use at each bay. Everybody said they had a lot of fun, didn't need any experience to play. Aside from the golf part, we had AMAZING service from ROBYN. We ordered a bunch of food that took a little time to get, but she was very apologetic for the wait and made sure it was rushed out. She added a complimentary appetizer that came out quickly to ease our hunger. Biggest part of the night, my husband lost his wedding ring while playing! It had fallen off while hitting the ball into the green, and we didn't notice it was gone till a couple rounds in. Robyn went to look for it after they had closed and FOUND IT! SHE'S A FREAKING LIFESAVER!!! Talk about service, she's amazing!!! The manager, Gabe, was made aware of the situation, and he was able to hold it for us until we were able to come back. We thought it was a lost cause, but Robyn did it! We will definitely be coming back, yes, because it was fun hitting a few balls, but also because of Robyn's amazing service. Thank you!!! read more

I swung my best here. I really enjoyed my experience at Topgolf. I liked unlimited balls and having our own table to order food and drinks at. I would highly recommend a visit. We went on a Monday and the wait was still 2-2.5 hours if you didn't have a reservation. It was full when we arrived. Parking is free in a large lot. No complaints from me! I would definitely return! read more

Wow this place was SUPER CROWDED on a Thursday! The parking lot was just super full, i was overwhelmed both inside and outside. Upon entering the place you can either check in with the front desk or check in through your phone app. My friend happened to check on through the phone app so we did not have to wait for our bay. They give you a short grace period to get to your bay and we were running late. Also it is very hard to just walk in so you will need to make reservations in order to even play here. I'm not sure about the minimum $ food/drink or how much that they actually was but it seems like it's pricey. There are three levels to this location, each level has a bar. I got a drink from the bottom bar and the drink was spectacular and strong. Ordered an array of food which included wings, flatbread and a turkey avocado wrap. What is very reasonably priced and on par with most bar food. Coming here I feel like people can just hang out at any of the bars , enjoy games and just chill. I'm not a big golfer so I wasn't really impressed with the bays although I observed that they had an awesome system of collecting the balls and keeping everyone in play. Perhaps when I actually get better at the driving range I can actually appreciate it here. read more

These people are so unprofessional. Saying they need a respond within 10 minutes after we've spent $200 at the bar waiting 2+ hrs. Their original wait time was 4 to 5 hrs. Even after talking to someone and seeing empty tables they couldn't accommodate to seating us. Don't come here without reservations. They said we were the lucky ones they even added us again to wait in line. read more

Checked in about 1pm. Said the wait would be 1-2 hours. Seemed long, but we waited. Actually we're still waiting 3 1/2 hours later! It's currently 4:30pm! A half dozen open tables on the first floor, but we never get called. I asked about the open tables and they said they have to wait for those who checked in who don't show up and give them a grace period. Not sure how long the grace period is but multiple tables still remain open. I went back to the front desk twice already and they keep extending the wait time. At one point when we went to check the status of our reservation, they said they didn't see our reservation. Then they checked another computer found us and said the computer must be glitching. First time ever coming here to play. Traveled all the way from the Bay Area to visit my kids who live in the area. Not sure I'll be trying this place again. UPDATE: about 15 minutes after my original post, we got a text saying a "bay" would be opening up. Thank goodness, cuz we were really thinking about giving up and walking out. But, in the end, we ended up having a really good time, although limited. We had planned on playing golf for three hours, but because our wait time was almost 4 hours, it ate up our playtime. We only got to play for a little under 90 mins, and literally had to leave from the location and head straight back home, which was a 6 hr drive. Although our initial experience was not the greatest, the reception desk staff were very nice and the wait staff at our bay table were also a very nice. The food was above my expectations. Although they were out of quite a few menu items, we were still able to order a variety including tacos, hamburger and fries, mac & cheese balls, cheesy fries, chicken strips, etc. Everything was tasty. And just as we were finishing our session, and about to head out, the Hospitality Manager stopped by our table and asked us how we enjoyed Top Golf. I briefly explained our not so good experience with the extremely long wait time. And he apologized, and kindly gave us his card and asked us to come back with a free one hour play time. We appreciated that. Just a sidenote... To pass some of the the LONG wait time we played foosball, and shuffleboard. read more

My family and I had a great time yesterday at Top Golf. This is my second time visiting and the weather was perfect so we decided to have a Sunday Funday here. Checked in by text when we arrived and quickly was assigned our bay. Our server Matthew was great. We ordered drinks and also ordered the pepperoni flatbread along with some nachos. I've enjoyed other Topgolf sites before but this was the first time at the El Segundo location. Our bay hostess was rude from the beginning, unwelcoming, lazy and ruined the whole experience so we decided not to order anything and just play. We asked for some water multiple times, took her 20 minutes to give us 3 glasses of water (for 4 people). 10 minutes before our time was up she made me pay the tap "because I have a table after you" and when I told her I'm using Topgolf gift cards, she told me that I have to stop playing and go downstairs for that, then when I was on my way down she yelled "excuse me" from afar to go back to where she was because she could run the gift cards there. She would also walk at times past the red line while not only us but other people were playing, such a safety hazard. There's no way that she will last one more week there, if she does, she'll deter a lot more people from returning to this site. I know I will for sure avoid this place in the future. read more

First off, shout out to JT who helped us, checked on us, and made sure we were happy during our visit. Thanks for awesome customer service. Now on to the absolutely fun time we had. Booked our reservation on line, easy and quick. Checked in and off to the races! Game play was so much fun. There are tons of games and you can customize each player level. Personally, I am the level before beginner, but that did not stop me!!! By far the best game is Angry Birds. It allows even the worst player to win. Food was reasonably priced. We ordered: Pretzel bites- 10 --soft and fresh. Pepperoni Flatbread- 6 - small Boneless wings-7/10. No spice, but good Chicken Bites kids meal-8/10 DONUT HOLES- WINNER WINNER DONUT HOLE DINNER!! 100/100. OMG GET THEM! Our final bill was 180.00 + 20% tip. For 90 minutes plus food. It was well worth it. My family had a blast. We will definitely be back. read more

Hosted a Team Building event for friends here and we had a blast! Reservations were made two weeks in advance in hopes of avoiding scheduling conflicts. Our reservation provided us two hours of gameplay along with $250 food and beverage credit. Our main choice of food were the wings and steak nachos, which were smaller than expected. Food quality was great and the service from Camille (Millz) was stupendous. Will be back? No doubt about it! read more

Two stars, one for fun and the other for the food. Everything else was terrible. We passed three clean tables to be taken to a table where people were still finishing up their drinks and was told to wait for someone to come over to clean it. We had to wait 10 minutes for it to be cleaned. That ate into our playing time. The server took a long time to greet us. Our food took forever. We got our food 5 minutes before our time was up and was told to box it and move to the bar. This was my husband's 45th birthday and we were not happy with the experience! The family, aaaaaal of us, had a really great time. YIPEE! I treated to chips and guac, which I was told was made fresh in the kitchen and I'm not going to say they lied, buuuut umm, lasted like it came from a bag and like they just added some onions on top. You know, I was dumb to expect more. The kids wanted pretzel bites, they enjoyed them. The hubs and I had some great draft beers. As far as the golf goes, it was truly *LOADS* of fun, MUCH more than I had anticipated. The balls have a tracker and did a good job (most of the time) to match where it went in relation to the targets. We went in the afternoon and for 5 of us for 90 minutes, two apps, three beers, we were outta there for $150 or so, not a bargain, but I didn't feel ripped off either, considering how much fun it was. Also, they have heaters, both at the table and at the deck, so I was nice and warm. There is plenty of fresh air since half of it is open to the outside, so made me feel okay (Covid-risk-wise). read more

Top Golf is down the street from me, and I finally got to visit it over Thanksgiving weekend. I booked about a week in advance and my check in time was 10:45, we showed up early and got our bay right away. The staff was helpful in getting us going and also getting our food and drink orders in. I wish I had found Top Golf sooner, it is so fun! You don't have to be a pro either, you can enjoy it if you are a total newbie. For food try the sandwiches and go for tots instead of fries and then thank me later :). Full bar too. On Sundays they play all the football games, and one of the games is on the big screen at the end of the range-so cool! We stayed about 2 hours, I would say 90 minutes to 2 hours is the right amount of time to expect to be there. 3 stars for the actual play. We reserved two bays to celebrate a bday and had a lot of fun with the actual game. The food was lack lustre, very small portions, & not as many options. My biggest issue was the random $80 booking fee that was attached to our bill simply for making an advanced reservations. I understand, many businesses require a deposit or to pay the full price, however theirs is simply a fee for the reservation. And $80 just feels ridiculous. You also have to pay a $5 lifetime membership for each member that attends, even if you don't want it. It feels scammy read more

Topgolf was fantastic. It was my first time at this location and my third time overall at a Topgolf. I came here with a group of friends on a random weekday and we were able to get a spot with no reservations. Beware of the weekends, I highly recommend a reservation because it's apparently crazy to walk in without one. The food and drinks are so-so, but what you come here is for the swings.
