Our first visit to a Top Golf and it did not disappoint! We had such a great time! They had the Rams game on in the bar areas (bars on all 3 floors) and a giant screen behind the bar on the first floor - like so giant you can stand on all 3 floors and see the screen perfectly! The weather was great and the food was decent - we ordered buffalo wings, cheese fries, and fried Mac n cheese bites. Truly the perfect place to hang out with some friends, eat, and have some friendly competition. The employees were all so kind and helpful also! read more

We came into TopGolf off of a walk-in which ended up having a wait time of 2 hours. In hindsight, definitely should've reserved in advance given it was a Saturday evening, but that's on us. There was plenty to do around the area to fill the time and once we got in, we were greeted by Emily, who took care of anything and everything we needed. Over the course of the next 2 hours, we were consistently checked in on and had various food and drinks brought to our table in quick succession. It never felt like we were left hanging. Definitely recommend checking this out as a fun way to pass an evening with friends. read more

I went to Top Golf a couple of weeks ago, as part of a work event. Since I am handicapped, I did not take swings and just ate, drank and socialized. But I think I could have possibly taken some swings. The atmosphere was stellar. Now, if I was getting a group of friends together, and had to choose between boring bowling and Top Golf, I'd certainly choose TG. I tried four different drinks (I had a DD!) and all were amazing. We were served a Mexican fajita buffet which was quite tasty , and they had these amazing donut holes. Parking was super easy as it is in the South Bay area, and place was readily accessible for those on a wheelchair. read more

Topgolf - What a nice touch! - Golf Near Me - El Segundo, California

First time for me and my friends at Top Golf. Food was excellent and fulfilling for everyone! Everyone was impressed. Would have like a larger selection of food items- that would be a great improvement. Service was good and attentive. Had a few folks besides our attendant check in on us since we're a large group of 16. Ambiance was very nice could've used couple extra chairs but I understand why they couldn't due to restrictions in area space safety. Will definitely go again! read more

The waiter was super nice and attentive! We never had to ask for refills or for our order to be taken. The ambiance was relatively clean but everything is outdoors. The food was a little but pricey but to be expected for this type of environment. The pretzel bites with the sauces were good! I loved how they wrote happy birthday on the doughnuts and a portion of the cost of the doughnuts is donated which is a big plus! My family also ordered flat bread and fries and they were okay for the price. Top golf was super fun and not that crowded on a week night! read more

This past Saturday Oct.19 we celebrated my son's birthday and we invited 5 of his friends. Our appointment time was 1:30pm which was EASY to reserve online. This was a great time of day because it wasn't busy, we saw other adults bring their kids, and there was ample parking. (They also have EV charging stations.) The staff at the front desk were very nice, our bartenders on the 2nd floor were great, and our BAY HOST at 227 was amazing!! She made sure we all were taken care of. I wish I would have remembered her name but she was professional, helpful, and polite during our time there. There was also a nice young man from Washington who provided our party with the rules of the bay. He even assisted us with a left club for one of our guest. Our son and his friends never golfed before so this was the perfect activity for them. They played the Angry Bird game to make it more entertaining. It took them some time to warm up as they joked about missing the hit a few times but by the end of the day, I'd believe they were Golf pros! The vibes are always amazing at Topgolf. The place was tidy and restrooms were clean. I love the mixed crowd, great food, drinks, and music! We ordered the tasty nachos, chicken tenders and fries for all the kids, and macaroni bites. It all came out very quickly!! We also had the Happy Birthday Donuts with filled vanilla! Unfortunately I didn't take photos of the food this time because I didn't want to invade the boys space and be "that mom" hahaha. read more

Came by on a Monday afternoon for a corporate outing and had loads of fun. It was my first time golfing at a driving range and the building and facilities are super fabulous, clean and new ! We made reservations so they had the food ready - Mexican food - steak and chicken tacos. It was good but I recommend the stead to be in smaller pieces because it was kinda hard to eat. The chicken was also a little spicy and rough. Food could be slightly better The girl who helped us out was really nice and always made sure to welcome us with drinks, making sure we were taken care of. I really appreciate it! Some of my coworkers brought their own gloves and clubs but they pretty much have everything you can ask for - clubs and balls. Big parking lot - don't have to worry about that but there is hardly any shade around. I also saw a couple of electric chargers around for Teslas haha I wish they had a menu selection for the drinks so I can see what they have. But it's possible that I could have just missed it since everyone was busy talking and hanging out read more

The customer service was dope. My server was really sweet, she checked in with my group periodically which I highly appreciated. I liked the ambiance. I'd say if you go try to be on the 3rd floor. We got bay 334 which was on the top floor all the way in the corner. When we were leaving we noticed how crowded all the other bays looked and I felt like because ours was in the corner it was more intimate. The food was alright. We ordered buffalo boneless wings. In my opinion they were very salty. But as far as the goldfish experience it was fun :) read more

Came here on a Saturday around 8pm. Free parking lot was full so might take a few turns to get a spot so recommend carpool. There is also paid parking if you don't want to look (I think it was 7$). This was my first time at top golf but my friend reserved 2 bays for 2 hours which included credit for food. We were a big group of 15 and we were at the second floor far left two bays. Ambiance it was packed so loud talking and music but vibez were cool. They have heaters on top of the bays for when it gets colder at night. Service was good they explained rules before we started. They have lefty clubs available if needed. Each bay had a screen which you can choose a game or regular play. Food wise recommend ordering everything you want the first time because it took a while to come out. Serving size was shareable. Somethings were better than an others I enjoyed the chicken wings. It is on the pricey end. It was a total of a little over 800$. We all chipped in so was 55$ per person for us 15. So recommended saving up lol. read more

This was my second time at TopGolf in El Segundo. I had a great time on both occasions. Staff does a great job and can memorize your orders without writing it down. That's a lost art, but Top Golf staff is bring it back. The food is good and the catered food is even better. The catering food comes in large quantities and has a great layout on the table with plenty of options from snacks, deli meats, and salad options up to cooked food. Great layout. Each hitting bay holds 6 people, so if you have a large group, you may want to reserve two hitting bays. It's so much fun, and don't be afraid to shank a few balls. We all do it. You get 20 balls per person per game, which is plenty. Their are different style games you can choose from on the interactive screen at you hitting bay. The scoring system sometimes messes up but have no fear, You can adjust to points on the interactive screen. The atmosphere is alive, and everyone around you has smiles on the face, really cool and friendly joint to hang out at. They have open bars inside each level, and yes, they do look different on each level. Parking can be hard, but the valet is cheap, $4-$6. This is a place I can call one of my favorite places to go. I'm so happy they are close to my house. read more

Good spot for hanging out or chilling. If you have never been, they have different sized holes at different distances and the screens show where you hit. But overall, I want to shoutout the service from Ming. She was very kind and accommodating. Updated review a year later - So I came back again over a year later, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. The game itself is fun. We always have a good time playing, and vibe is great, but the service and the food. WHAT IS HAPPENING. Truly I have never had consistently bas service over and over at the same place with different servers. Our food and drinks took FOREVER to come out. Our bay was right by the bar / kitchen so I have no idea why. It was not a busy morning - a lot of bays were empty near us - and the bar was not packed. I have no idea why it takes so long to get service / have anything delivered. At one point we had been waiting for a while, finally most of our drinks came, except one. Our server mentioned the beer keg was being switched over so it would be a min but our friends beer would be there soon. A while later, maybe 20+ mins, it still hadn't come. We flagged our waitress down, asked about it and she says "oh I don't know. I haven't been back to the bar at all..." We also placed food orders and some items we ordered didn't make it out and when we asked about it a while after, she told us she forgot to put it in... Just overall terrible service and attentiveness. The golf is fun but essentially, this is also a bar and restaurant! The service - speed and quality - really needs work. It was not a busy morning so I truly have no idea why this can't get fixed. As far as the quality - the drinks are good, but the food is just fine... I really think they can do better. read more

Today we returned to TOPGOLF and it was a totally different experience. We would like to thank Gino and Brandon for their hospitality and time to bring us back. The food was pretty darn good. We had the following Buffalo chicken dip - yummy. Not too spicy with corn chips Fries were fresh and warm. Shared a Smokehouse smash type Burger. Very nicely cooked. Drinks was a Mango virgin drink. A little sweet but good, Lemonade and Waters. We were taken very good care of and thanks to the staff that greeted us as well. Also want to thank them for setting us up with 2 hrs of golf. I usually love Topgolf, and the issue here isn't the food or the drinks. The real problem is the security. Some of the Top Flight security guards act like rent-a-cops on a power trip, abusing whatever little authority they have. A lot of other reviews mention the same thing : security ruining what should be a fun experience for friends and families. One particular guard ( white male chubby) stands out as especially unprofessional, and on top of that, some of them wear masks, refuse to identify themselves, and won't give their names. That kind of behavior completely kills the vibe and makes the place uncomfortable for no reason read more

I always have so much fun at Topgolf! First time at this location that opened over a year ago and it wasn't any different. I'm very not good at golf but it's always fun competing with my friends that are also not so very good over some drinks and food. Got some AMFs, Tequila Shots, Cheese Fries, Pizza and Pretzel Bites, yummy. The food isn't going to blow your mind but it's something decent to snack on. This is just such a fun way to hang out, I love it. They have a big parking lot but can get pretty crowded so you'll just have to drive around a bit to find a spot. I can on a Tuesday night around 5:45 PM and there was already a lot of people there, I made an online reservation ahead of time, I think it's $5 to make the reservation, reserved one bay which holds up to six people. Service is very friendly and it's casual yet modern here. My friends and I stayed for two hours, online it says you can't extend your play but my friends and I were able to if we wanted, most likely because there were a lot of open bays at the time. If you have less than six people, it can get pretty pricey but otherwise it's a reasonable deal. Drinks and food are reasonably priced, but price can add up quick if you order a lot. read more

With the way technology is today trying to trying to convey my needs and wants for 2 bays for a 65th bday party was impossible. We had to drive from Mpk to Elsegundo just to make sure our on line reservation was correct. It was a good thing we made the drive because we didn't get what we thought we signed up for. Thanks to Michelle Sheedy and Rebekah Pedro's it took them some hard work to get it finalized. They even ran into some glitches so they had to call the Operations Manager Chung Lei to confirm and approve our 2 bays for our party tomorrow night. Ah yes, top golf. The place who will nickel and dime you for every second you're there. Granted, I had some fault here too that was out of my control, but my party showed up 15 minutes after our reserve time due to police activity on the freeway. I called them to let them know that we were running behind because of a freeway closure, and the lady over the phone told me no problem and that we'd play our full 2 hours. We got there 15 minutes after our timeslot, and the manager absolutely refused to give us our 15 minutes back. Their excuse was that they were fully booked and couldn't honor it. Out of curiosity, I asked another employee after he left if we could buy an extension to our time by another hour. He said "of course" and was ready to book This place has clowns for managers. read more

Food... had the "nachos" with chicken.. Soo bland.. guacamole just tasted like mushed avocados. Service was prompt & attentive. Particularly when you came up to the 15 min warning asking if you want to to extend or close out. Super chill venue. Has both valet and self parking. Looked like a lot of people coming for family outings or after work to blow off some steam or practice their swing. Adult beverages small but mighty.. heavy on the ice but drink faster so it doesn't water down. Haha read more

This is a such a great place to hang out, work on your stroke, hit some golf balls (whether you're a pro golfer or an amateur), and grab some light food and drinks. It's perfect for a group of friends or family, a company work event or a celebration. It's a fave place of my friends and I when we want a change of scene. The service is great, the staff come by and check on us regularly. They have a decent menu of apps, snacks, typical fast-food fare and a variety of drink options. The food isn't great but we don't come here for the food. The atmosphere is fun and there are different golf "games" to choose from. read more

First time and definitely the last time I will be going to TopGolf. We paid for a full 120 minutes but they took too long to check us in so we were late to our bay. Then they cut our game time short by 10 minutes. Apparently they book the reservations back-to-back so the clean up was on my dime. If this is the case, then they should just said it was for 110 minutes. 10 mins doesn't sound like a lot of time but it is! We could have hit a few more balls and just enjoyed our time vs getting asked to leave before our reservation time officially ended. When we expressed our frustrations to the front desk the manager, Sai, she was very matter of fact. She didn't care or even have any understanding to our frustration. The manager upstairs was kind but he said his hands were tied. Feels like a bait and switch. There should be laws against this type of deceitful business practice of cheating customers. The only plus was our server. She was amazing! With so many different experience options out there, I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. read more

It's fun! However there are some downfalls. Plenty of parking but it was already packed around 7PM. Thankfully our friends were already in a lane so not sure about wait times. The service was slow. Looks to be understaffed which is confusing considering there was a group of workers just hanging out with each other. The drinks are overpriced and half the size of what you would normally get at a restaurant. There was nothing special about the cocktails, tasted just like a Chili's drink. The Buffalo wings were basic but I did appreciate how they were just cooked and not sitting around. The American burger was good. read more

This Topgolf open in April 15 2022 in the city of El Segundo Ca, with lot's of free parking along with EV stations. The Lakes public golf course in right next door. They take reservations or you can just walk in and try your luck, there a golf shop there with nice Items as you enter going to the front desk, there were three staff working there at the time, I had a e gift card for a hour, and a $15.00 game play bonus card in a bay, so as they were trying to explaining the process to it was so confusing with young people speed talking, never the less we made our way to the 3rd. floor. Our waitress Alyssa was very nice, polite, friendly and took her time explaining everything to me where even a cave man would understand...take points front desk. This place is really large, bright plus clean, there are 3 floors, a cover patio with umbrelllas, a few bar's and resturant , there are large HDTV screen all over this place. This Topgolf is truly a one of a kind entertainment / venue for the whole family. The rates are $55.00 per. bay and hour from opening to 12 noon, $65.00 per. bay and hour from noon to 5pm, and $ 75.00 per. bay and hour from 5:00 pm to closeing. read more

Aggressive, Unprofessional, and Disrespectful - Never Coming Back I don't usually write negative reviews, but the treatment my friends and I received at Topgolf was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to speak up. While waiting for our bay, we returned to our car to regroup -- we were there for less than five minutes -- when a security guard stormed over and confronted us in an aggressive, hostile, and completely uncalled-for manner. He accused us of "loitering" and began pressuring us to leave, speaking to us like we were criminals rather than paying guests. We weren't blasting music, smoking, drinking, or causing any disruption whatsoever. We were simply sitting in the trunk of the car, quietly waiting for our reservation. He treated us with blatant disrespect, barking orders and posturing as if trying to provoke a confrontation. He was unprofessional and condescending -- it felt more like being harassed than anything resembling customer service. The encounter was deeply unsettling, and absolutely unacceptable. This wasn't my first bad experience here. On a previous visit, I showed the front desk staff my reservation invite and simply asked where my friends' bay was. I was rudely told to "find them myself." The staff member was extremely hostile until another employee finally stepped in and helped. It was unprofessional and entirely unnecessary. Topgolf treats its guests like problems, not customers. The staff act like they don't want your business. Security behaves less like people trying to ensure safety and more like bouncers trying to provoke confrontation. Not this location -- nor any Topgolf -- will ever get my business again. If you expect to be treated with basic decency and respect, take your time and money elsewhere. read more

Always a fun time! I was able to hop on a reservation for a Saturday night at a reasonable time that morning. Two hours went by very quickly, but it was a great night. Mehhh...I finally got to experience they hype of Top Golf after hearing people rave about the one in Las Vegas. I was not impressed. ‍ Pros: It seems to be a good place for young adults. The place offers food, drink, has a bar, outdoor patio which would be a cool setting for a small party and the facilities were clean (minus the women's bathroom on the 2nd floor). Cons Wayyyyyy overpriced!! Reservation fee is a rip off. It should be applied toward the hourly price. The later you play, the more expensive the hourly fee AND reservation fee gets. A second rip-off. If the place makes money by charging less earlier in the day, then prices need to be consistent. The $5 registration fee - ANOTHER rip off!! I thought we needed to rent special shoes or equipment. The fee went toward absolutely NOTHING but adding your name to a screen. No explanation is given to first timers. I did not like how time started immediately upon check-in before we knew what to press, how to play, etc. No privacy between bays. The noise is distracting for a first timer, imo. You can barely enjoy your group because of the goings on around you. One of the 3 bays we had was SUPER hot!! The family next to us just finished playing on one of the bays we were assigned to, #231 and had the heat on hell status. It was soooo unbearably HOT that I had to stand back on the wall fanning, asked for ice water, then was told by Chris to ask the manager, Jerry, to turn off the heat. Jerry told us the heat could not be turned off, but he was able to turn it down instead. That was about 15 minutes of wasted time spent trying to cool off and waiting for a temperature that was comfortable enough to sit and play in. I would be okay if I never return. It is not worth the hype or prices!! read more

This place is so fun! You can have a total of 6 players at each bay. They have clubs for you to use or you can bring your own. I have never played golf before, so it took some time to understand how to hit the ball, but once we got it, we were hit it far. Golf lover or not, top golf is a good time. Each bay has clubs for men and women. There is also space if you want to bring and store your own clubs. There are different golf games. Coming here is the new bowling. Can be pricey, surge pricing - peak times cost more than off hours. Mornings are cheapest and progressively get more expensive. Night time is most expensive, the holes light up when it's dark and adds to the overall vibe. There are food and drinks, either at the bar or you can order directly to your bay. read more

TopGolf in SoCal? I dont have to go to Vegas anymore?? Sign me up! Our friends were telling us how crazy packed this place is so what do we do? We're all free on a Monday evening? TopGolf it is. We arrived around 7:30pm on a Monday night, rates are higher in the evening and goes by per hour. $67 from 5pm- close, $57 12-5pm and $47 from open to 12pm. Each bay allows 6 players max and we decided to get 2 side by side. I'm pretty sure the weekend prices are more expensive ($10 more than weekday pricing) $5 one time member fee but if you played anywhere else and used your phone number you dont have to pay for that fee again. This place is huge and had a bar on every single level! The views were awesome and they had heat lamps on different strengths and it was great. I was not cold at all. Our waitress was super nice and helpful. She explained how to play and the safety guidelines. Super quick with service and even gave us extra time to play! We were celebrating a birthday so they also give us several options to pick from and we got the brownie pzookie with ice cream and that was delicious! The drinks were good and the food was yummy. We got the trio wings (garlic parm, asian and lemon pepper) they were goooood. Nachos were a bit small but decent. You can also order at the bar if you want a slightly quicker service for your drinks but youre busy mingling and playing so might as well just order from your waitress. Golfing is hard... I could barely get the swing down.. but just aim for the yellow and make it easy for yourself to get points. Fun experience. Great spot to hang out with drinks and swing. read more

First of all planning an event here is crazy. They charge so much for what I'm assuming is a "fast pass" lol like Disneyland. Like an arm and a leg man! Haha ridiculous. They were going to charge me $440 for 2 hours at a bay.that was it. Nothing included. Then 2 platters that feeds 6 people for $220 hahaha cmon man! Don't do that to people. Not nice, top golf. I thought the $440 included drinks but nope. That's for 6-12 people haha crazyyyyy!! But we finally made our way here on a Sunday around opening (10am) for 2 hours like my previous event haha for 6 people. We got in right away. We ordered smokehouse burger and fries. It ran us $155 haha so I really don't understand where that $440 came from but the lady insisted she was saving me the 4 hour wait I would have to wait, so that means top golf charges $100 an hour they are saving you? You're def more expensive than Disneyland, top golf. food was ok. service. WOW! AWFUL!!!! We got in.. no utensils or napkins or plates. then when i talked to the server he told me that they are out of a lot of food items. hmmmm YOU OPEN AT 10am???? its only 11am! where did all the food go??? so i ordered kids cheeseburger took them 15 mins to tell me they dont have that but they have adult burgers? hahahaha thats hilarious. then i waited a good 30-40mins for someone to finally get me water after asking 4 different people. and i was given fries and had to ask for our plates, napkins and knife to cut my kids burger. it was ridiculous!!! maybe understaff? i dont know. service needs A LOT OF WORK!!! Fun for group parties! Came here recently for a friend's birthday for a group of about 10 people. I didn't have anything to do with the reservation so I'm not sure about the logistics, including minimum orders and rate, etc. The food we ordered was pretty delicious. Solid bar type food. Pretty decent selection in terms of beer and distilled spirits as well. I got here a little early and I ordered some scotch from the bar on the second level. Now I'm definitely not the best golfer but I've been to the driving range a few times over the last decade. So I was hitting some balls with pretty decent consistency. They have fun games that you can play so it doesn't really necessarily depend on your skill of hitting the ball, but really, just trying to hit the ball towards certain targets. Definitely would come back with a group. This place makes for a fun group outing especially when you have a reservation. Great atmosphere and everybody around you seems to be having fun as well. read more

came here twice with a group of friends both times. I didn't even know this place existed until my friend brought me here. I am not a golf person or into playing real golf but I like the games that are offered in the golfing lanes. I feel like the best spot is on the top floor where you are above the first two levels so when you hit your golf balls, you don't have to worry about the balls from the top, falling down and hitting your ball. It's pretty fun for groups of people. Everyone takes turns and you can choose different golfing games. So this is pretty user-friendly for people that don't know how to play the real golf sport and just want a fun and relaxing place to hang out. We ordered some appetizer nachos and they were pretty good. My friends ordered a few drinks and they said they tasted the cocktails tasted pretty good. even though it can get pretty pricey, we just reserve the lane for two hours and time passes by pretty quickly. They have a pretty large parking lot so you don't have to be worried about not being able to find parking. but you can tell this is a popular spot for companies or casual gatherings because even on a weekday, the parking lot is 75% filled. you can also see that they have a real golf course to the left of the building for people that come in and play the sport. read more
