WOW, what a great experience! This was my second time at TopGolf (the 1st time was in Florida), and I was really impressed! A friend wanted to celebrate his bday here and I came for the food lol. I knew I wasn't going to embarrass myself by playing. So while my fiancé and everyone else played, I ordered a whole spread and enjoyed myself. I was soooo in awe of our server Ming. She was so attentive! Each time someone asked her for something, you would think she didn't write it down and forgot? But she'll come within 5 seconds with the thing you asked for. Water, coke, extra napkins, you name it! She was also friendly, patient and helpful. She even applied a discount for celebrating a bday here. Love that. It makes you feel appreciative and wanting to come back for other celebrations. The whole staff was actually very welcoming. No one has a bad vibe and all seemed happy working there. Everyone helped each other out and I loved seeing that. The food was also delicious!! I was really surprised on how affordable everything was. I would come here just for the food (LOL). Ohh, the portion size is also veryyyy generous. The only thing I would recommend is having hand sanitizer near by. Just because there's food involved, and everyone's playing golf, so it's back and forth of touching items and food. Other than that, 10/10! IG :cantbetam_ed read more

This was my first time at Top Golf. Is it expensive; definitely. Was the food awesome ; definitely and the drinks were YUMMY!!! It was my brother's birthday so about 10 of us got together to celebrate. We had an absolute amazing time. All the food was delicious. Considering how packed the place was (it was a Sunday at 3pm) we were shocked at how fast the food and drinks were coming out. Our serving was amazing. I have no idea how she kept a smile on her face all day but somehow she managed. As for the golfing part, that too was a ton of fun. My only complaint would be that the balls needed to be cleaned up a lot sooner. When I asked the manger he said they clean them up about every two hours if the staffing permits. But other than that I have zero complaints. As I have already stated, Top Golf is pricey but it was a lot of fun and definitely worth the price. And prices vary depending on the day and times. So, go on out and have a blast!!!!! read more

Popped in during the day to take advantage of their weekday half off special with some friends, and it was the perfect midweek hangout. The sun was out, the vibes were chill, and the food... well, Topgolf once again reminded me why I always leave full. We ordered the pepperoni pizza, chicken sandwich, buffalo wings, and of course the star of the show every single time the mac & cheese bites. Crispy on the outside, creamy and cheesy inside, dangerously addictive... so addictive we ended up ordering more. Drinks were solid as usual, keeping the day rolling smoothly. I've been to Topgolf in Oregon, Las Vegas, and multiple California locations, and one thing I can say with confidence no matter where you go, the food is surprisingly good for a sports/entertainment spot, and the drinks are consistently solid. Between the half off deal, the daytime energy, and the unbeatable mac & cheese bites, this was easily one of the most enjoyable Topgolf visits I've had. Definitely save yourself some money and time dealing with the crowd and go for the weekday half off special read more

I'm honestly shocked by the overall low rating, but upon first glance, it seems some of the negatives relate to the food. I came into the experience looking for a golf outing, not a fancy meal, and I had a wonderful time. We were celebrating my father's birthday and rented two bays side by side. Our servers were pleasant and brought drinks and the few apps we ordered (guacamole and chips and pretzel bites). Both were decent, and exactly what I expected for an entertainment venue. The golf was so much fun -- I loved all the games and even as a non-golfer, had a blast. Can't wait to return! read more

Always a fun time at top golf! There are many options for games, making it fun for whatever level you're at. The snacks and drinks are great and servers are attentive. Would recommend for a group of friends, coworkers, or date night. read more

Great venue for socializing and for swinging some golf clubs. Came here for a birthday party recently and they are able to provide hot food and cold food buffet in addition to tickets for alcohol. It's a full bar. If you choose to come here not for an event, it is good for a casual hangout (day or night). You rent a bay and can do so by the hour. It's good for beginners and the systems are pretty intuitive. The service is a bit slow but nice. It did take 30 minutes to get my drink at one point. There's a lot of parking available and there's three levels of the place to golf. There is a bar indoors with seating if you're not golfing. read more

My sisters birthday party yesterday = private room of 3 bays, 3 golfing areas, couch's, tables, buffet food, golfing on the 3rd floor for 4 hours $4,000 and we bought drinks open tab. Only thing we didn't like was that we couldn't take the left over food we paid for to go. We had a party of 20-30 people family and friends and it went really smoothly as planned. Everything worked out. We all had fun golfing! I just wish they put a sign up on each hole letting us know how much points you get if you hit the ball that particular hole. Golfing takes focus on the ball and your swing. Otherwise, so much fun! The location in Vegas has pools and I've been there but it's a good date idea. read more

Fun experience but I found it extremely ridiculous they only put 5 chairs at a table when we are a group of 6. Ordered drinks, they were fine mostly juice and not enough alcohol. Service wasn't the greatest we had to ask for someone to take out order. All the lights were broken which was unfortunate as that is apart of the experience. read more

We hosted our sons 13th birthday here on March 9th. First off, Hilary Chattler (the sales manager) handled the booking effortlessly and with such grace. My wife and I were delightfully surprised at how easily and efficiently Hilary made the process. I was concerned how the team on the ground would handle our group of 36 (predominantly 12-13 year olds but it was amazing. We were greeted so warmly by our host - Ming and her partner Evie. They made sure the kids drinks were always full and set up an amazing lunch buffet. The sliced bbq beef, Mac and Cheese and jalapeño cornbread were great! They also set up our son's name with large letters and a number 13. Ming set the boys up to take some amazing pictures with the signs for our memories. Couldn't have asked for more and so grateful for everyone at Topgolf for making such a wonderful experience for our son! read more

So I came here on a date and was under the impression that it would be something like mini golf... totally wrong. Lol I had to take a picture by the sign that said "TopGolf" I mean it's giving "picture vibes". We sat at the bar at first, and that was the spot for entrainment. Anybody and everybody was coming in there. We seen people who were business men down to pregnant women trying to sit at a bar. Just wild! Once we got to our spot, there was a "rude" family of ten...( only one person was golfing) spread all out like they lived here and had the nerve to look at us like we interrupted them. We asked to be moved because "we didn't pay for ghetto special features." Once moved, we were able to enjoy our time. I'm left-handed, so my date asked the attendant for left hand clubs, and he came back with them before it was my turn. (Love those clubs) We ordered a pitcher of beer and wings, and it came out cold and hot. (Cold Beer and Hot wings) just how we wanted it. There is also a huge parking lot as well and its free to park there. Definitely will be going back...just not with the same person. lol I would of given it a 5... but I'm gonna lie it was a little too ghetto for me, especially some of the staff members. read more

First time! My company held their summer picnic here today and I am a fan. Location was easy to find and plenty of parking. Very open and clean. Our group had several bays reserved. The bays were easy to use and equipment was in good condition. We played for at least a couple of hours. I have little to no golf experience and I still had fun playing. The food we had was delicious (fajitas style buffet) and the staff were awesome! Great first experience and would love to return. read more

I have to admit, I'm certainly not a golfer but I still had a really good time at Topgolf. Basically try your best not to look foolish, although those were the really funny moments for some of us, and if you happen to make contact see how many points you get. Kind of reminds me of going bowling with a group. Drinks and food were ok but not really what I was going for, I wanted to check it for the golf/game aspect. Worth a try, even for the novice, heck it may even pull you in to the sport! read more

Way too much fun for a date night! I highly recommend you put your name down early, as on a weekday, we had a 2.5 hour wait (which ended up being quite pleasant with the variety of restaurants and bars close by). Staff is kind and attentive even under such busy conditions. People can get rowdy, but hey, "golf" is serious! read more

I have to give credit where it's due. Everytime i visited here, I always had awesome service. While golf really isn't my thing, I do enjoy the venue since it's a good spot for you to hang out with your friends and do something active. I like how there's a video game integration with the golf too. They are a bit spendy since its over $1 per minute, but split between a group of friends it's reasonable. If you have an EV, shell recharge allows you to charge your car for free! read more

Top golf is actually fun and I really enjoyed it. Our server was super nice and the food is decent as well The only gripe I had was with the reservation process. My group had a reservation set a week and half in advance for the top decks but when we got there they only said the first floor deck was the only one available and we had to wait 3 to 4 hours without a guarantee if we wanted the upper decks. Definitely wasn't happy with that and I think that reservation process needs improvement. But we still managed to have a good time and made the best of what we had read more

For those new to this, this place is like bowling, but golf. This means you and your buddies take turns going to a stationary area and just hit the golf ball as hard as you can. There's a lot of game modes, a bunch of golf clubs to choose from, and there's 3 floors to this. Even on a Thursday night, the place is packed. Service is pretty good and I was actually surprised at the quality of the food for a chain place. It was fairly good. We tried various items such as a turkey avocado salad, tater tots, alcoholic beverages, and nachos. I do think it's a bit lame that their nachos are nowhere near as many chips as any other place, but at least chip is loaded with toppings though. I really like the novelty of "bowling" golf. The biggest issue with not just this Top Golf, but really all Top Golfs is that you get so much more disadvantages by reserving. First off, if you have a big party, they don't even make a 100% effort to ensure that your golf bays are adjacent. Unlike walk-ins, you are not allowed to add extra time to your play time. In this case too, we made a reservation only for them to call us to tell us that they failed in reserving our time so we had to push it back by an hour. read more

So yesterday we came here for a good time not a long time! We had a group of 6 me my wife and her siblings. We was on time but they wasn't. We was at bay 304 now how they know? Iykyk our server Shai was the bomb! Somehow we found out he was from Louisiana and so am I so I already knew was in good hands but he took care of us all night. We played 2 hours of golf and ate up 2 rounds of wings and a lot of drinks. Everything was good! Shai really was a 10/10 hands down customer service makes the experience elite and he did that! I had a disappointing experience at Topgolf due to the security staff. The security guard we encountered was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. Instead of being welcoming and respectful, they spoke to us in a dismissive and aggressive manner, which made the visit uncomfortable. The interaction left such a negative impression that we ended up leaving rather than staying to enjoy our time. Management should provide better training on how to interact with guests and ensure customers feel welcome. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined what could have been an enjoyable outing. read more

Topgolf is such a nice place to meet up with friends, practice your golf swing, and eat some light snacks! The crew is all attentive and kind. The service is fast and efficient, and the food is reasonably-priced! Parking is relatively easy, as the parking lot is massive and has plenty of well-delimited spaces. I feel like the 2nd or 3rd floor offer a better view of the driving range and a nicer experience, but I also saw most of the people in the 1st floor (this was my first time ever golfing so I'm not an expert, but I'm assuming the first floor offers a more real-life experience that then translates into actual golf skills in an actual golf course). read more

First time at top golf was a Friday night at 9pm as a walk in for two people, and they told us we had to wait for 1-1/12 hrs. We decided to stay and wait, but it was only about 45 minutes. We didn't get any drinks or food this time. Our server, KACE made our first time experience great! She made sure to check in with us constantly and recommended clubs and games for us to use. She got to know us quickly and we decided to stay an additional 30 minutes just cause she kept the good vibes going! We'll definitely be back, with a reservation. read more

After my daughter spent over $2,000 for a private setting for a birthday celebration, this establishment refused to allow us to have a nightcap on our own dime, because a youngster manager lacking in experience decided that a youngster server lacking in experience dealing with mature adults had better acuity in communication. The young, female manager had a trio of security on hand to ensure our removal. One of these officers wore the same face mask/gaiter as ICE Agents! Needless to say that none of us will ever return to this establishment and sadly, this was a horrible introduction to the venue that over 30 of us had looked forward to enjoying. DO NOT GIVE THIS VENUE YOUR MONEY FOR A PRIVATE PARTY! The service was good, the food sucked, and the sendoff was disgusting! To be honest I don't know what to rate this place. I've had one absolutely horrible experience and one great one I'll be honest, I was a little nervous coming here. I thought people would be in your business and watching / judging if you are bad. NOPE! Everyone here sticks to themselves and is focused on their game! So if you have anxiety, this place is still for you. When my best friend and I arrived we checked in and they said they were running a little behind and to give them a little while longer. No worries! We went straight to the bar for a drink while we waited. The two girls working the bar were extremely rude and just kept standing there talking to each other. It was extremely awkward waiting for them to come take our order (only two other people were at the bar) they just kept standing there looking at us but not taking our order. They eventually took our order but was extremely slow and rude. We even tried making friendly small talk with them (complimenting their nails and asking questions about the menu) still, nothing. Just kept staring at us not responding. We ended up getting a text saying our bay was ready. When we walked to it the girl working here was still cleaning it up (weird since the text said it was ready) but no worries. She said she would come get us when she's done (said in a very rude way) We went and tried to find a place to sit down since her and I both have health conditions with limitations. We ended up getting a text about 15 minutes later saying it was ready. We didn't know what to do since the girl cleaning it said she would come and get us when it was ready. We decided to walk back over and the girl who was cleaning our area rolled her eyes and said- I was just coming to get you, I said I'd come and get you when it was ready I honestly have no idea where they find the people that work here. But if you aren't good with interacting with others, you need a different job. We ended up ordering a bunch of food and other drinks while we played. It was all brought out extremely fast, so that's a plus. Downside is, the portions are extremely small in my opinion. The workers here were so rude that I actually wrote an extremely long survey that they send you saying how rude the staff was. Honestly I'll still come here with my friends and family. It's still a lot of fun but can be very off putting when you have such rude staff. All in all, I'll definitely still return. I still recommend this place as long as you don't let the rude staff ruin your time. (This place is beginner and advanced player friendly) read more

The security staff was extremely rude and argumentative, which really took away from what should've been a fun experience. They were enforcing rules that aren't posted anywhere in the parking lot or on the website, and instead of explaining things calmly, they spoke to us in an aggressive and disrespectful way that made the situation uncomfortable. When we went to the front desk for help, the employee there even acknowledged that security at this location has a reputation for being hostile and that similar complaints happen often, which says a lot about the management. Overall, the way the situation was handled made us feel unwelcome and unsafe. Maybe not the first choice to grab a bite to eat but it was late, it's near the airport so it's convenient. My colleague and I stopped in for some beverages and a late night snack. We were both in the mood for chicken wings so we gave them a shot. We ordered two styles. Buffalo chicken wings and lemon pepper chicken wings. The buffalo wings were rather small. You get six of 'em. The sauce was spicy but not too much so. It didn't drown the flavor. The blue cheese dipping sauce was OK. You don't much. They do give you a generous portion of celery and carrots sticks. I tried one of the lemon and salt wings. Not for me. The lemon was a bit overpowering and dominated the flavor. I will start by saying I love going to top golf and have visited many branches in many states. I went to this branch on Tuesday night after checking my app and ensuring that they have slots available at 10pm. I drove 90 mins to reach here to know that they have a 2.5 hours wait time. On checkin counter I showed the associate app saying they have a slot available in one hour and requested them to book that for me, surprisingly they said no we can't give you that. We have a 2.5 hours wait time and after that too we cannot guarantee that you will get a spot to play today. To me this did not make any sense and after requesting few times I gave up. Not sure if the associate was tired not wanting to help at all. Well I wasted my gas and time and dealt with unhelpful behavior from the staff hence giving them one star. read more
