This review is long overdue. After a long period of rain during which we found out our roof had a leak, we couldn't get any roofer to come out because of how busy they all were. Finally, we called Top Quality Roofing and found Shane. Had leaks from two skylights. Contacted Top Quality for quote to remove the skylights and roof over the openings. Shane called mid-day, came by two hours later to inspect. Covered both skylights with plastic to prevent further leaks until repairs could be initiated. Crew came out three weeks later and completed the job in one day at a cost that was 40% less than a quote I obtained from another company. We had a stream of water coming into an upstairs bedroom caused by a roof leak. On the recommendation of a trusted friend we called Top Quality. Mike came out within an hour, went up into our attic and identified the leak source. He put a container under it to stop any further damage. He also did a complete scan of the rest of the roof from inside to see if there were any other problems and spotted an additional area of concern. A couple of days later he returned to get up on the roof to do a temporary repair until he and his team could schedule the complete repair which was accomplished a couple of weeks later. We had a roof leak during a really rainy period recently. Top Quality was referred to us by a general contractor friend. Shane was very responsive to my text and got out right away, even when they were really busy because of the rain. He assessed the problem and gave me a fair price to fix it. He was very open with me that the price reflected current demand, and that they would not be able to perform the repair for several days. Shane was able to get out sooner than expected, completed the repair, and also replaced some broken tiles. His price was lower than originally quoted because the leak was easier to find and fix than he had expected. He didn't have to knock the price down, but he did the right thing and adjusted the price for the amount of work. Hopefully, I won't need any more roof repair.
