Great prices. Terrible service. There are some products on the website that are discounted but you have to wait for an email quote, I wanted to purchase an LMT barrel that was discounted this way but the link didn't work. Every time I added it to cart through the link they sent it just popped up for full price. I called them and they answered through a call center that was unable to help me get the quoted price and told me to drive 30 minutes to tell the manager about any discrepancies because they don't have any phones in store and can't transfer my call. I was not greeted and between two and three employees always were carrying on casual conversations among themselves. I went and took a number from the front ticket counter. Every time I have purchased something (which supposedly was "In Stock") it has taken at least 2 weeks for them to actually have the items I purchased available for pickup. And with my most recent purchase, they tried to bait and switch me with a different, less-expensive pistol than the one I ordered and paid for. When I pointed this out they tried to blame me and gun.deals for supposedly having the "wrong link" to THEIR website! When I told the guy that was BS, he immediately said I had to leave--as if they had the right to hold on to a gun I had already paid for just because I said the word "bullshit." This BRAND NEW firearm is unsafe and a rusted , pitted , gouged , pile of pure garbage. I can Not believe Tombstone Tactical would sell this to anyone. On August 7th 2023 I emailed Tombstone Tactical with complete details and 14 photos clearly showing the beyond horrible condition and issues. The next day Malcolm from Tombstone Tactical replied to my email stating , " Based on my knowledge, most Heritage firearms are released from the factory with that kind of quality. I have sent a return label to your FFL dealer for a return of the firearm. " So Tombstone Tactical is fully aware that Heritage Firearms are piles of dangerous junk and yet sell them to their customers. I worked 10 days straight and I work out of town. On my only day off I drove near two hours in the sweltering heat with no air conditioning to pick up the firearm. I was absolutely shocked when I opened the factory packaging and saw the condition of the firearm. The employee there kindly told me to leave it there and not to accept the transfer as it would have been an even bigger hassle to return it if I did. So I left the firearm there and drove near two hours back out of town as I had to work the next day. Almost four hours of driving in my Jeep Wrangler that gets 8 miles per gallon when it could have been avoided if Tombstone Tactical did not knowingly on purpose sell me a complete dangerous garbage firearm. It is now August 12th 2023 and I have called the Gun Store twice that the firearm is sitting at and they do Not have a return label for the firearm from Tombstone Tactical even though Malcolm stated on the 8th of August 2023 that he sent them a return label. On August 10th 2023 I replied to Malcolm's email from Tombstone Tactical stating that they do Not have a return label from them and that a manager needs to call me ASAP. I have Not received a phone call or a response from anyone at Tombstone Tactical about any of this and it is now August 12th 2023. I also have contacted the manufacturer of the firearm that is Heritage Firearms on August 7th 2023 via a support ticket and have not received any response from them at all. I highly advise everyone to Avoid Tombstone Tactical and Heritage Firearms at all cost. I currently am out the cost of the firearm and $80 in fuel plus wasting my only day off work. Nothing has been resolved and Tombstone Tactical offered no compensation nor have they even retrieved the dangerous firearm or refunded any of my money that they took from me for the purchase of it. Absolutely zero remorse or genuine concern was shown by Tombstone Tactical or Heritage Firearms and I have explained all this and more in great detail to them and included 14 photos to them as well. Please don't get ripped off as I have been by Tombstone Tactical and Heritage Firearms. Avoid Both of them at All Costs. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone looking to buy a gun. Seriously, stay away from here and their website. They offer a layaway option for buying a gun on their website, and state no terms or conditions for it. Layaways aren't refundable if you don't like the gun, and sales offered in the store and online don't apply. The price you agreed to with the layaway is the price you paid. Their customer service and support over the phone is completely non existent and unhelpful. I was also told I was supposed to get a phone call/email when the gun came in stock. Didn't happen (shocking). Waited my estimated two weeks for shipping to call and it got delivered to the store 7 days before. To start off the store experience portion of this review, here is a quote from their Layaway Policy. "Our Layaway program is designed to allow you to take advantage of our huge savings even if you do not have the funds immediately available." Now I'll begin to explain why that quote is meaningless to them as a company. Alright, time for the disheartening domino effect store experience. Walk in, no one is at the front desk and there's a line. They even had a suppressed rifle sitting on the back counter that anyone could've taken because they literally weren't there. So I walk to the back gun counter and was ignored while staff were having a conversation till they were done. Brushed it off, kept with a good attitude till the next experience. Keep in mind, I had just passed the gun I ordered online listed for $750 on their shelf. Was told to go to the front desk to pick up the gun I ordered online and well, there's still a line. Kevin (the extremely arrogant store worker) personally owns the loaded suppressed rifle on the shelf and it's still unattended. Finally, after sorting through their line, it's my turn! The guy I'm now talking to was wearing the H.K shirt, no name badge, homeless looking black beard and black hair. I tell him my name and the order number for the gun I bought and he immediately points out that there's something wrong with my order. Said it would just be a few minutes. Pointed out the same gun I'm buying on the shelf for $900 is $750 back there and he said because I used the layaway, all sales aren't applicable. So much for great savings, Tombstone! Alright, so now there's 3 people looking at the computer trying to figure out what's going on with my order (homeless black beard, very nice black guy and a young woman with attractive tattoos all trying to figure out what's going on with it. After THIRTY MINUTES, there's finally a solution. They claim their system is poorly designed when it comes to online orders and that this happens frequently. Would love to see that fixed! I recommended they cancel the order, give me store credits and continue on with a separate order under the store shelf price. They said no and that it would only be a few more minutes. After 30 ADDITIONAL minutes spent looking at the same screen and my order, they CANCEL MY ORDER, GIVE ME STORE CREDITS, REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE STORE SHELF PRICE ON THE GUN, and ring me up with the original price deducting the layaway price I'd already paid. So now I'm not doing a layaway sale at all as I have a NEW ORDER and they still charge me for the price of the layaway and refuse to give me the same price as in the store. All while filtering through roughly 12 other costumers who all seemed to leave with negative emotions because they had zero customer support. Alright, time to go for the ATF forms! The guy with the homeless beard is away and now enter our experience with Kevin. Kevin, who personally owned the suppressed rifle that was left unattended for 15 minutes, is one of the most stuck up, arrogant and rude person I've met at a gun store. He was entirely unhelpful with a question I had about the wording of one of the questions. Things are finally looking good again, I got past an hour of waiting for them to rectify their system with my order, get cleared from the ATF/FBI and now time to walk out with the gun...right? No, black beard takes it out of the box as I was taking a picture of the gun and walks in the back with it. Comes back 10 minutes later and says I'm good to go. No other info on what just happened, where he went or what he did with my gun. No "apologies for the inconveniences we caused and the time we wasted", just goodbye, you're set. And that concludes the second negative review I've ever had to leave. I would never recommend any order from this store online, over the phone or in the store. They quite literally dropped the ball on my experience and kept digging deeper into making my experience worse. Stay away from this store. read more

Went to Tombstone Tactical today to check out a couple shotguns. I was impressed with the size of this store and the great selection of guns and accessories. I waited maybe 15 mins and was helped by employee named Connor. He was great and took the time to show me the shotguns I was interested and shared his knowledge. Last few guns I purchased were from large online sellers. I found prices online were cheaper with the large volume they sell..... But Tombstone Tactile has very competitive pricing. I had a very hard time walking out without the shotgun but I will be back. I like spending my money at a local store over online. With the selection Tombstone Tactical has along with the excellent customer service, this is my new go to gun shop. It can be intimidating walking into a gun store as I simply do not have the knowledge and hands on experience as the employees do. But Connor answered all my questions professionally. I've been going to Tombstone for about 10 years, prior I went rarely, but as I've gotten more into firearms I've gone twice this week, I made a purchase and left my card yesterday, someone used it twice and then turned it in, when I came back for my card and explained that there were two extra charges on my card the employee was as professional and kind as humanly possible 'we wil get that fixed for you right away' off the rip with nothing but professionalism, a couple days earlier I went in to make a purchase and the other rep was also incredibly kind and respectful always making you feel welcomed. If you're pickin up in-store in can take THREE WEEKS which they don't tell you up front. My gun got to Phoenix pretty quick actually. But then it just sat in their warehouse. And sat. I called and got the run around. It sat. They wouldn't move it from one building to the other for some reason and were all too happy to lose the business. Somehow Tombstone Tactical thinks that in stock means you tell them what you are looking for, they order it and in a month or so, when your item arrives you can pick it up. I was shopping online found 2-3 items that I believed to be great values, and was interested in purchasing. I began the checkout process online and decided to just go to the store the following day, (my only day off). The store is 55 miles away, one way, so I decided to call to ensure that I didn't waste my time. The call was answered and I asked if the items were in stock, the answer was "this is just a call center, not the actual store). I asked, how can I ensure that the item is in stock? "If it's on the website, it's in stock". This turned out to be false. Over an hour drive, each way, in a truck no less, and about $20 in gas wasted, let alone my time. When I arrived people were milling about and the person that asked if I needed help, put so little effort in, I understood why there were help wanted signs all over. I explained that I had called to ensure the product was in stock and driven a significan distance, only for all of the items to be out of stock. Nothing was mentioned about recompense, neither a discount, comparable item, nothing. He just went back to daydreaming behind the counter. As a previous customer of firearms and accessories from Tombstone, I expected some courtesy; but I guess not. I had purchased a light and light bearing holster online : both for a Surefire X300. The listing on their website for the holster clearly states: "Omnivore Semi Auto with Surefire X300 Multifit Belt Holster Level 2 Retention Right Hand Polymer Black". As I am local in PHX, but live 45 minutes away, its just cheaper and easier to pay the $10 shipping fee. Both items arrived and after a few weeks, I finally had time to mount the light and try it out. Well it doesn't fit in the holster. Seems that I ordered a X300-UB light and the holster only fits X300-UA. Seems like a simple fix. I called the store and explained the situation; with the employee telling me that its a Sales Mgr issue and that I need to come in talk to one. As most folks I work during the week and finding time to drive 1.5 hours round trip and in store time: had to wait for the weekend. Came out on Sunday (day 35 since receiving the items) and waited 1/2 hour in line for my turn. Explained the situation to the clerk. He said " Sorry, over 30 days, nothing I can do". I told him that I called and was told that I had to come in to resolve, which is a scheduling issue. I asked him to get the sales mgr. He went in the back. Reappeared a short time later, grabbed the light(which is packaged and unused in the original box). Then came out a few minutes later and said I can return it with a 25% restocking fee. Sales Mgr never came out. So to summarize, all I wanted was to exchange one item for a correct one of the same price, in the same condition. I should have paid more attention during online ordering, but I just referenced the description on their website. They could have caught this issue before shipping the order and called or emailed me. They could have said, "Hey did you the holster and light you are buying don't work together?" They could have provided good customer service and just swapped them and kept a satisfied customer. Yesterday, Sunday we went in to pick up some Black Rifle Coffee and while we were there spotted the HK SP5 9mm pistol at an extremely reasonable price. We left, made a call down to our pals at Bear Arms, unfortunately they were unable to price match, so we we went back to Tombstone today, Monday to purchase it. If you're looking to walk in get what you want and get out, Monday is the day to accomplish this. We walked in, pulled a number, within five minutes asked if we needed anything, within fifteen minutes already checked out and moving on to the paperwork. WOW. Had we been able to price match we may not have been able to experience the improvements that have transpired and although our loyalty does belong to another business, Tombstone certainly needs to be acknowledged for the service we received today. I didn't see any name tags and nothing was on the receipt for names so I cannot give a shout out, but nice young man, late 20s/early 30s with long blonde hair pulled back into a ponytail, facial hair, and a green holster on his right side.
