Their signature coffee is just ridiculous...in the best possible way. Creamy, perfectly balanced, topped with cinnamon, and thick enough to feel indulgent without being over the top. It's basically drinkable art. I've seen the internet rumor that it has zero calories. I'm choosing to believe that rumor... and I don't want anyone to ruin it for me. The staff at the drive-thru has always been friendly, the drinks come out quickly, and they're consistently excellent. That's harder to find than people think. Part of me wishes they'd open a location in Huntington Beach. The smarter part of me knows that's probably a terrible idea because I'd be there way too often. With the shop being empty, I would have expected John to just splash the missing little bit of coffee into the drinks, but he chose to have a debate. Not a great experience at this location. All in all the location is beautiful and it's great that they have a drive through but spend the extra time and go to the OG in Westminster. You get what you pay for and don't get the attitude. While it does require more preparation, it would make a noticeable difference. Ripe bananas are naturally sweeter, and removing the strings would eliminate much of the bitterness while creating a smoother, creamier syrup and cold foam. I also ordered the regular Matcha Latte, and personally, I found it more enjoyable than the Banana Matcha. That said, my all-time favorite drink here is still the Butter Honey Latte. It's incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. I highly recommend giving that one a try!

It tasted like a good regular latte but maybe they held back on the caramel and cinnamon to the point I couldn't detect it. Seating is first come first serve. It was actually really busy and difficult to find an ideal spot. Since I was alone I sat at a high top ledge, strategically near an outlet. From what I saw, they had a really good amount of outlets in the indoor seating area. Later on I went back and ordered an iced Blueberry Lavender Matcha with Cold Foam ($9.25/large) and a Deluxe Avocado Toast ($15) which comes with egg, bacon, and herb oil.
