There was only one person inside studying, and the music was playing softly, making it a comfortable place to relax. The employee greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me place my order right away since it wasn't busy at all. I asked what their most popular latte was, and he recommended the Biscoff latte. The pastries by the register looked beautiful and delicious, so I decided to try a s'mores bar and a mallow cookie topped with Oreo and Biscoff. Everything I ordered was amazing. My favorite item was the s'mores bar, which was absolutely delicious. The friendly service, relaxing atmosphere, and great food made for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back.

I love their strawberry matcha and my sister loved their mango matcha. The fruit matchas are definitely on the sweeter side but you can always adjust the sweetness. If you've been wanting to try an iced biscoff latte, I highly recommend trying it from here. It's absolutely delicious and probably my favorite drink there. This is a small coffee shop with minimal seating inside so it can get crowded when busy but you can always order for pickup.

Parking, however, due to the other popular neighboring restaurants can pose a challenge. There was a line forming, but it goes by quickly and the drinks seem prebatched to save time. Even if that was the case, their drinks are amazing. My recommendations are their Double Matcha, Matcha Einspanner, and their Pandan Coffee. All are excellent choices and the sweetness level is a good ratio for me. I kept my matcha at a regular sweetness and it was perfect. Any less, the bitter taste may be too strong for me, so I enjoyed it. The service was fast, and the matcha was definitely up to my standard. I would highly recommend Airoma for your matcha and coffee fix!

And the matchas already come with oat milk so you don't have to pay $1 for milk alternative unlike most places. I love their blueberry matcha, less sweet and their banana coffee. I always make it a must go spot whenever I'm in OC and will happily stand in line for it. Seating wise there are a few tables and chairs but not the best place to study imo since it's quite loud.

However, I had errands to run after work and this was the only coffee shop in the area that was open before 7:30 AM which was perfect for me since I get off work at 7 AM. I got to Arc a little after 7:15 AM and they were slammed with orders (mostly online/phone). I ordered the following: **Goth Latte: Opted to get oat milk but I forgot to adjust my sweetness level. That nutty vanilla flavor with the activated charcoal was amazing. One of the most flavorful lattes I've had by far that isn't too complex. (5/5) **Iced Americano: Solid Americano. It had the perfect balance of acidity which is hard to find these days. (5/5) One thing I'm not a big fan of is how huge the ice cubes are. Also, this place is not ideal for studying because the music is really loud. Parking is quite small but you shouldn't have a problem if you come early in the morning. The service was rushed but very friendly. I can imagine how busy this shop can get during the late morning/afternoon. I would consider ordering online if I decide to come here again after work.

I wasn't trying to debate what it should be called. I was just ordering my coffee the way I like it. Instead, the conversation immediately turned into being told I was ordering an Americano and that they were going to charge me for one. The funny thing is I never cared what they charged me. I was happy to pay whatever the price was. I just wanted my coffee made the way I asked for it. It felt like they were more concerned that I might be trying to get away with something than simply making a customer happy. A simple, "No problem, we'll ring it up as an Americano," would have been perfectly fine. Instead, the interaction felt unnecessarily argumentative. Hopefully it was just an off day, but customer service matters just as much as the coffee.

The location has plenty of parking and plenty of seating. There is an outdoor patio, and inside there is a first floor seating area, and a second floor seating area. The interior had high ceilings and modern practical decor. Staff will take your order at the cashier, but they also have a kiosk if you want to avoid human interaction. I was here for a few hours, so I started off with a hot beverage since I saw that they have mug service. I had the hot Churro Latte ($8.15/large) and I was warned it's a bit sweet so staff suggested that I get it less sweet. I appreciated the gesture but maybe that's why I didn't taste too much of the churro flavor. It tasted like a good regular latte but maybe they held back on the caramel and cinnamon to the point I couldn't detect it. Seating is first come first serve. It was actually really busy and difficult to find an ideal spot. Since I was alone I sat at a high top ledge, strategically near an outlet. From what I saw, they had a really good amount of outlets in the indoor seating area. Later on I went back and ordered an iced Blueberry Lavender Matcha with Cold Foam ($9.25/large) and a Deluxe Avocado Toast ($15) which comes with egg, bacon, and herb oil. I like that this location serves the avocado toast with a knife and fork cause it was much needed. It was a bit on the wet side. Maybe I should ask for light herb oil next time. For how much this avocado toast cost, I would have liked more avocado. The avocado was more of a spread, not whole slices of avocado. Still good, just an observation. The blueberry lavender matcha was okay. I could taste the lavender but it was overpowering the matcha and the blueberry was hard to detect at all. Honestly the location and plentiful seatings is what stood out most from this experience. I would consider coming back since I know their products are good from trying their other locations but I wouldn't get the drinks I ordered this time. For how expensive coming here was, I wish I was a little more satisfied.
