I visited your location three times and was treated rudely each time by the lady at the front desk. Her attitude was unwelcoming and disrespectful, which made the experience very uncomfortable. I've also called to ask about a polish change for my daughter, and again, the tone and attitude were unnecessarily rude. Being told it would be $30 for a simple polish change right after she had just gotten her nails done was frustrating, especially when it was just a matter of not liking the color. The only reason I've continued coming to this salon is because of the young lady with the black glasses who does my pedicures and manicures. She's always sweet, professional, and does excellent work. Very rude experience. I simply called to ask for an appointment to remove my nails, and the receptionist cut me off, saying "sorry, we don't have anything, call next week." I was still speaking when she abruptly hung up on me. This all happened right after she asked if I was only removing my nails, which made me feel as though the service wasn't valued because it's not as expensive as others. I never post a review & I had to this time, I've always loved coming to TN nails never had a problem until the guy with the dragon tattoo on his left arm hurt me so bad! First of all I always get dip powder & this was not how I've experienced he put the gel on and powder after and looked so clumpy!! I'm like alright I'll trust the process since I've never had problems here . Then he's filing my nails and cuts my skin like 3 times in different fingers he needs to slow down , he was rushing everything, at the end I had to ask him to file more down because the powder looked so thick!! I was very nice about it too but he kept blaming the shape of my nail when I clearly saw him put a blob of polish then the powder . I've never seen him there until now so not sure if he's a new worker.. My 2 daughters get their nails done for at least 2 years now . Although they tend to do a neat job ( in general) , recently they are horrible in honoring appointments. They scheduled appointments ahead each time they need to go , yet the keep them waiting for 2-2.5 hours each time . That's not acceptable! People make appointments for a reason . If they can't get customers on time or not sure about their schedule they can just say 'first come first serve '! 10-15 minutes wait or even 20 minutes still ok, but 2 hours and more of wait time is NOT ok! Started at the Hertz next door while visiting in town, and ended up getting my eye brows waxed and my under arms. Lina was a total smiling sweetheart that helped me within minutes of arriving without an appointment. The back room has wine colored walls that are nice, but it is a small room. Once you are in she talks you through the process and makes you feel comfortable. Her conversation about her children and grand children made the pain of hair ripping out of your skin manageable. She did such a good job that she barely had to tweeze. Loved the lotion she ended with and the powder she started with. My only wish is that they had a close up mirror instead of the wall. I was sent to a different technician who was so rude and when I showed him picture of what I needed done he right away told me "that's $10 extra" in a rude way. And I said that's fine. T N Nails is near my home so I gave them a call and they could take me right away. I did have to wait which was expected. Emily did my pedicure and manicure and did a good job. She was friendly and we did our best trying to communicate with each other. Vietnamese is her first language. I'm pretty happy with the results. Although, the tips of my finger nails were already chipping by the next morning. There are places on a couple of my nails that are bumpy from uneven nail polish coverage. That being said, I still wanted to give them a fair chance, see for myself, and write my own review. The customer service left much to be desired, I got there at about 11:15 and they supposedly open at 11am - most of the staff arrived after I did and no one even said hello. Great experience! This was my first time at TN nails. I was a walk in after being turned away from other places today because of them being under staffed and I had no appointment (like gossip 2 salon next door, and they wasn't even 1 client) , I was hoping they could squeeze me in. They were pretty busy. I was treating myself and my mom. As soon as I walked in immediately I was greeted! I had never been there, all questions were answered and the woman Lina was friendly and very helpful! She was extremely friendly, and for as busy as It was, she was able to take us right away, NO WAIT!! I was having my brows, lip and legs waxed, than a pedicure. My mom was having brows, chin, lip waxed and also a pedicure. She asked if I needed anything else or if my mom did, not pushy, she was just letting us know we were now her clients. She gave us all the time we needed and wasn't rushing us just to get to another client. Lina has a great personality and enjoyed our convo while she took care of me and so did my mom! She always asked if I was doing ok and to let her know if I was experiencing any pain. I have sensitive skin due to psoriasis so my skin can look pretty irritated at times. Not once was I in pain or uncomfortable she did a excellent job! She exceeded my expectations! She took her time and did a fantastic job. I hate being rushed, Lina did not once ever make me feel or my mom like we were holding her up. For the reviewers who say it's dirty, should probably have there eyes checked. It was very bright in the salon today, and I can personally say the place is clean, the tools are clean, the waxing room is is clean, the floor, walls, pedicure chairs clean. The place is clean!! For people who say it's not, I think are just miserable and wouldn't matter how clean or great job TN nails did they would still complain. Would I recommend them, Absolutely! Would I be back! For those who don't want to read an entire essay: This place sucks. To get the context behind this story, my mom and I have been going to this place FOR YEARS. We loved it here up until our visit today. We basically went to do a manicure and pedicure. We went in, and the nail tech BUTCHERED my nails. She used the drill on them TWICE, making them paper thin. When cutting my cuticle, she cut me not once, nor twice or thrice, but FOUR times! Her explanation? "The skin on your nails is really thin and difficult to cut. I would suggest not doing a manicure and instead just color your nails instead." IM SORRY? I HAVE BEEN DOING MY NAILS HERE FOR YEARS! YOU KEPT MESSING UP BECAUSE YOU WERE TOO FOCUSED ON TALKING TO YOUR COWORKERS! To top it all off, the ladies doing our pedicures barely touched us in terms of the massage for the regular pedicure and didn't even grate the bottom of our feet as well as they used to. The workers there LAUGHED at our complaints and shoved it to the side. To make matters worse, they still made us pay full price. I am NEVER coming back, and I advise you to not even bother going in. TN nails does amazing work. My acrylic nails have stayed on for 15 days. Other places usually last only 10 days or less. However, they charge way more than any other nail salon I've gone to. If you want any extra work done besides getting your nails painted they always add a five dollar extra fee. If you want to shape your nails, have a no chip, a design, or if one of your acrylic nails breaks off, it's a five dollar extra fee, which can definitely add up. No other salon I've been to does this. Also when I called to ask how much my nails would be they gave me a price lower, but when I walked in and got my nails done, in the end it was $5 more. If you don't have the funds to be lied too than you should definitely double check when going here. Also they kept making my skin around my fingers bleed and blaming it on me. read more

When TN Nails applies the gel fill, they take the time to do it right, make sure everything is prepped properly and I never have problems with lifting or nails coming off.
