I'll update after my fix up*** I went in on a Monday for a no chip mani and no chip pedi. I scheduled with Michelle. When I got there there were 2 employees who seemed brand new. One did pedicure which has been fine. However, by Saturday my nails were chipping. Steven did my nails. I've left messages and no reply. Now I'm in need of a new no chip mani. If you are looking for a nail tech who is a master of their craft, William is the one you need to see! He is beyond talented, quick, efficient and friendly! I have never been able to get many designs at all on my nails due to the short length and the size (my nails and hands are fairly small). When I showed him my inspiration picture I was expecting a response similar to all the others I've received in the past, or an "I can do something similar" at best. To my surprise, he said without hesitation he could do it with no problem. I have never been more impressed! The base of the nail itself, fantastic. The application of the dip itself was great as well! The salon itself is clean, bright and well taken care of. The music was lovely (Christmas music) and the rest of the staff seemed very kind and welcoming. Customer Service: I made an appointment ahead of time and still was waited (this was an hour before they closed) they had way more people for it to close on time. I waited for a bit and had to ask when my service was going to be done and then that's when my appointment began. So I would suggest speaking up a bit if you made a reservation ahead instead of the other walk-ins going before you. Atmosphere: They were all very nice and seemed like everyone was a regular customer based on the conversations. It was very comfy and welcoming except, maybe it was only that day,but it was very hot and humid in there. Other than that everything looked decently clean. Nails: My nails look absolutely amazing! I had a better experience here than some other "fancier" places. It did took a bit for them to get done based on the wait, the busy time, and my nail prep. She didn't seem to know how to get off my previous nails. I believe my whole appointment was 2 hours just for a removal and full set of a simple shape and color. I did have to ask for very specific needs: make sure the cuticle is cleaned up and smooth around, make them even, file a bit more to match the shape, etc. But she was very nice and listened to my feedback, while some other places could give you rudeness or arrogance. Cost: It was a bit pricier than I would hope, I think some other places would've charged more or less. I paid $65 not including the tip I gave. I would think these would be 45-55$ price range so hopefully the price go more down. Durability: A tiny corner of my nail did chip right away while I was trying to remove something. I'm used to my nails lasting 1month+ for acrylics so hopefully these pull through! If they do last long I will definitely come back! :) read more

Only gave two stars cause Will is nice. I asked for dip, instead I received acrylic overlay. This is not at all what i wanted. He created a strange chicklet looking shape. It looks SO strange cause it's completely flat and square. Theres no natural curve to the nail. I wanted natural looking nails. The longer nude nails is what he gave me, the pink nude and maroons pics are how my short natural nails look with no chip, and the nude almond is my natural nails with dip (no extension). Im honestly flabbergasted with how terrible these look. My nail beds some how look very short, they are SO square and flat, fanned out and look so terrible and unnatural. I paid $60 with $10 tip and next week I'm gonna go to my usual place and get them removed. Very very disappointed. read more

Went there for first time and had a French no chip done, $30 is fair but it chipped in 3 days, I always give a place a second chance, big mistake! Did a pink color for 2nd time on Wednesday, Saturday my nails had cracked, split and chipped on all corners. Horrible. I called to let them know and ask if they guaranteed their no chip manicure, whoever answered had the audacity to say 'We don't make the polish, so no. You should take better care of your nails'. This nail salon is close to my home, so a couple of weeks ago I walked in and spoke with a wonderful girl who talked to me about gel nails V.S. acrylics. I had never had either technique done before, so I wanted a bit of information before making my decision. I went in today and had my nails done by who I am assuming is one of the owners, and she was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and inappropriate. She took multiple personal calls while working on my nails all the while speaking and cackling (yes, cackling) unbelievably loud. It was very obnoxious and unprofessional. My hands were carelessly yanked and my fingers were uncaringly twisted. This "tech" is in desperate need of courses on professionalism. I will never be going back to that nail salon, and I hope that this review helps other first-timers find a more professional salon. read more
