My dip polish with Chrome by Diana looks amazing!!! She paid close attention to details and didn't rush yet didn't take too long either.

All of the nail techs are nice...but the lady I went to for a year was always distracted and keeping tabs on which nail techs got to provide service. She was always writing on her little pad of paper. Her distractions always caused my nails to look bad. read more

This was my first visit to BeBe Nails. I went with my sister and my niece to get pedicures for the holidays. Everyone was super nice and the place was super clean and bright. One of my casual nail salons. Love that their open on Sunday! Closed on Mondays still though. They take both walk ins and appts. I usually try to make an appt though! Clean and LOTS of color selection for dip & gel! The employees are always friendly and they have a loyalty program, they will register you under your phone number! Parking lot is shared. I booked an appointment for 4.30 for full set manicure and no chip pedi. I am not sure of the nail tech who did my pedi- she was professional and nice. However, after she was done I noticed a very terrible job of my finished pedicure look. Half my toes didn't have polish on correctly. After that another tech came and told me she will do my full set. I told her and showed her of an ombré look I wanted. She tried several times and didn't seem to know what she was doing. By that time I had already been there for an hour and half. And she kept applying and wiping off the Color. I was getting impatient because I had left my two kids at home with my husband and had to be home. She then tried to take off the powder with the machine and hurt me which literally made me jump. So I kindly asked her to please get someone else because it didn't look like she knew what she was doing and I honestly didn't want her to do my nails after all I will be paying for it. Mimi finished off my full set, I changed my mind to just get one Color and was extremely upset with my pedicure. Mimi then offered to ask a colleague Tina to fix my pedicure which she did in the end. Asked for manicure and pedicure received a nice pedicure done by Suk but the "manicure " was not a manicure she didn't listen to me went right to work never soaked my nails removed my no chip by filing with electric file. Then told I needed a dip because I had a broken nail. $50.00 for a French with dip not relaxing the girl Amy was not friendly if I go back ill request not to have her she stopped on middle to stuff food I'm her mouth. Right when I walked in, I was impressed by how welcoming the nail salon feels. I also noticed that everything is new and clean! I arrived at 9:15 and was the first client in the door. I guess they usually do not open until 9:30 on Mondays but they accommodated me right away. The girl who did my Pedicure name is Me. She explained to me the difference between all of their pedicures they offer and I decided to go with the Deluxe ($40). She recommended the scent Jasmine as it is her favorite. As she did my pedi, all the tools she used came out of a new package. There is nothing worse than someone using old gross tools in your nail service. She also set a timer at the beginning on the service to ensure she gave me a full 60 min pedi! LOVE THAT! I also noticed they have 4 kid pedicure chairs. As a mom, I think this is great. I can't tell you how many times I've taken my daughter for a little pedicure and she had to sit on the edge of the chair and I got charged full price for nothing special. All in all, I had a very good experience. The "paint job" could've used a little improvement but I would definitely recommend this place. read more

I've written a handful of reviews but felt I needed to give them one since they are new to the area and have just 1. I wish I could give 10 stars. Such a beautiful place, SO much bigger than it appears from outside. Many, many state-of-the-art massage chairs including 4 mini Disney chairs for the kids. There a huge island of manicure stations and more polish and powders than I've ever seen. My friend and I walked in on our lunch hour and were greeted with friendly faces. Bee did a great job cleaning up my toes, taking her time and causing zero discomfort. Juliet took over to do my designs and was hilarious and amazingly talented. I never talk to my nail stylist as much as I did her. She was very kind and engaging. Definitely making all my future appointments with her. I showed her pictures of what I liked for our upcoming Disney trip and her design was 100% better. Then she busted out some of her 3D designs... WOW! You NEED to give this place a shot. I'm excited to go back and give her complete creative freedom. Thanks so much for pampering this mama and going above and beyond my expectations. read more

This is the most friendly place to go. Service is quick and my pedicure was beautifully done as I had french style. I haven't found a place doing such a perfect job on my French style nails until now. If i had time i would have stayed for a manicure of French nails. This place is awful! My appointment was at 11:30 for a mani & pedi was still sitting in the pedicure chair at 1:00 without anyone saying anything. Just brewing in the water like soup. The first tech came over and started doing my nails on my hand "Yay finally" the tech Vi stops her midway and has her start doing other people's nails. What the heck!? I was like what's going on!? The other nail tech on my neighbor on the right apologizes. Not even her fault. At 1:30 the nail tech for my pedicure finally come starts and starts working on my pedicure. She's doing great. The Vi guy starts working on my hands he can see I'm pissed off. Stops doing my manicure again and stops again. I wait another 10 minutes and sends the original girl doing my manicure back after she finished 5 girls manicure back to me. Sad to say the manicure was a great disappointment and lots of hang nails left Spent $110 on something I could have done at home. read more

I have been going to BEbe nails for a few months now and have had a great experience every time. Today I had to go back to get a couple of nails redone from a dip manicure that was done on Sunday. They did not disappoint. Instead of fixing the couple that needed fixed, Mimi redid ALL of my nails for free. She is so nice and funny! I don't want this to come across angry or mean spirited and I want any business to thrive. Went here for the first time last week and left very disappointed. My pedicure was good, but my nails were not at all like the picture I had shown. I got a dip french manicure and it didn't go well so they did a french gel manicure on top of it. I would give 10 stars if I could! I've been going here for about 2 months now and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone who works at the salon is friendly and welcoming from the second you walk in. They truly care about their customers satisfaction and never fail to do an amazing job on your nails. I've attached four pictures of some of the different styles Mimi has done on my nails. The salon is also beautifully designed and always in its cleanest state! I hate to give one star because for the most part I've been happy with Bebe Nails. Made an appointment for today & waited for about 15 minutes past my appointment time. Two other ladies were waiting before I got there. One lady asked when she'd be seen because she'd already been waiting for 40 minutes. The other lady told me she'd been waiting 20 minutes. All of the nail techs were busy. I asked if they were running 30-40 minutes behind. I pretty much got a shoulder shrug & the receptionist said "They tell me just a few minutes " motioning to the nail techs. Well, I can figure out that it's going to be a good while before anyone gets to me, so I leave. Not so much as an "I'm sorry " as I left. . Appointments are meaningless here. Your time will not be respected one bit. Unless u have time to waste or go when they first open, or u get an appointment with a specific person at opening time- don't bother. I find it annoying & rude to make appointments that you know U can't honor. Not a way to run a business & develop long term relationships with customers. read more

I recently moved into the area and looked at reviews. I took my daughter for a mani/pedi and we were very pleased. The salon is very clean, sanitized after every customer and I noticed every other chair was sat in. We loved the nail techs and found them to be so friendly and kind. I do think they're a little pricey ($70 no chip mani and pedi) but worth it for being so clean and good service. read more

I came in with a picture of a design I wanted. When It was time to paint the nails I tried explaining how I didn't like how I was able to still see my original nail. I wanted a nude color under the design. I thought maybe the design was a bit too complicated, which is why I had offered to change my original request into just a baby pink set of nails. The guy doing my nails said it wasn't hard at all. After some time of filing he explained how he was going to change the colors because he thought they weren't going to match. I understood what he was doing but I specifically choose this color set. I'm extremely disappointed. He kept changing the nails and did them how he liked. This is the only nail salon I will ever go to anymore. I usually use BeBe nails, but I visited one closer to me because they were closed for the day. I was so disappointed by the nails I received, it wasn't anywhere near what I asked for, the nails were so uneven and the tech grinded (instead of cutting) my cuticles down to the point where I was bleeding on multiple fingers. I made an appointment with BeBe nails two days later, and they were horrified that a tech did that to me. They redid my nails to exactly how I wanted them and were so nice and helpful! Finally a great nail place close to home. I love the fact that they have pedicure stations for the girls that way I can bring my little girl to get pedicures with me.
