A gentleman did my…read morepedicure, which was fine, but he was so rough with my feet that he made me bleed for the duration of the service. When it came time for my manicure, I was talked into doing a gel x manicure instead of dip powder because they were too busy and the only lady that knew how to do dip powder was booked up with appointments. Instead, she talked me into getting a gel manicure by the same gentleman that did my pedicure because I'm assuming that's the only thing he knows how to do. He did an awful job, most of my fingers are crooked, and I am now on day five of my manicure, and they are all starting to fall off. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I would go and get them fixed because I spent a lot of money on the set, however, I leave for my trip in less than a day and I don't have time to.

The spa pedicure with Sam B. Was amazing today! I was able to book online for the same day, and she…read moreeven got me in a tad early. First of all this pedicure is truly a spa experience. It is in a quiet room with one other pedicure chair, with low lighting, soft music playing, and fresh smelling aromatherapy. I'm not a huge fan of scents but they used real essential oils (not fragrance), and they were so calming and pleasant. The pedicure starts with a brief foot soak in a warm and relaxing seat. Once you soak for a few minutes they give you a blanket, a warm neck wrap, and recline the chair to zero gravity, and give you an eye cover. I genuinely fell asleep as soon as she started to massage my feet. The experience was 10/10, and I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone! Thanks Sam for an amazing pedicure.

She really wanted a massage but was nervous- so I figured being in the same room would help. She has Jessica who was so sweet and explained everything to her. I don't recall the name of the lovely person who worked on me, but she was sublime! I swear at one point I thought she had extra hands.. haha. Both of our massages were top notch. I've had a lot of massages in a lot of fancy places, but this massage was probably the best one I've ever had. I came back for a hydra facial and saw Jessica, again. She did such an amazing job, I ended up getting a massage package deal. I feel like that one facial did wonders. I don't plan ever going anywhere else.

The polish job was done well. They use an orange-mango smelling scrub which smells so nice, and use a hot towel before massaging in lotion. Next I saw Shaina and she sealed the deal for me coming back to 4 seasons. I told her how my nails had been damaged by a previous technician at a different salon after removing artificial gel nails. She assessed my nails and did the no chip which still hasn't chipped and it's been two weeks. I'm impressed considering she did a no chip on weak/thin nails! She was funny and friendly. I'll update after another visit.

THE BEST QUALITY and VIBE…read more Have been going to USA for about 2 years. Very few problems, and they addressed those to my benefit. The vibe is relaxed, calming, and a nice break from a chaotic world. I am very low maintenance. I love my natural nails, short and generic. However, the middle finger on my right (dominant) hand breaks regularly. I garden, paint, etc. Usually, I superglue it until I remember to call them. Both Ann and Tim have suggested "acrylic" to me many times. I refuse. Again, I'm pretty "generic" and very "picky". They don't "push" or use high-handed upsell tactics. Yesterday, Tim said: Patty, let's do an acrylic on that one. Just try it out. He didn't even charge me for it!!! So he filed them really short (which is how I like them), and put acrylic on that one nail. It looks exactly like my natural nails. I am shocked (again, a snob about acrylics). Honestly, if you have a problem with USA Nails, you may want to ask yourself: Could I be the issue? 100% recommend this company!
