Where do I start? I have been going to Posh for my nails for more than 5 years. I always go during the week because like the grocery store, they are busy on weekends. I see Danny every 2-3 weeks. I get a fill and regular polish pedicure. He does a very good job of helping me make decisions and I always end up with a beautiful set. Today, I treated myself to a lemon pedicure. The paraffin wax felt amazing. The chrome is also an up-charge but I was in a treat yo self mood! I have seen many techs there over the years. Luna's massage is firm & perfect for achy feet. I love her pedicures. William does a great gel manicure. Henry is a rising star and is developing his design skills beautifully. Kendra is very popular and I have many friends that go to her and trust her. I love supporting this family business and look forward to seeing them as often as I do! I can't wait to go back in a few weeks! (: I have attached some photos to this review. The one with brown nails is from today & the one with the fishing reel is from my wedding day. Side note: I have super curvy nail beds and always get acrylic because I want my nails to have a specific look. I hope this helps! read more

I have been going to posh since they opened and only once I didn't like what the technician was doing so I asked her politely if she could re do a d she did and apologized. All of these people posting photos of their bad nail jobs should have said something before they walked out instead of complaining! read more

We've been coming here since they've opened. Over time, I think service has gone down. Nice staff, but each time it feels like they're rushing more and more. I appreciate how many people they try to get through, but it's always very rushed and somewhat sloppy. Today we left with powder/glue stuck to our skin and not even a thorough manicure. Unfortunately, it's probably our last time going but I'd really recommend to the ownership to go back to taking their time! read more

I'm visiting family from Georgia and needed a mani and pedi. I was a walk-in today and Danny greeted me immediately. He was on top of it along with the other staff. He gave me a pedi and happy with the end result. Mindy did not disappoint with my mani. She was able to achieve what I wanted. Nice atmosphere and they made me feel welcomed. Went in for manicure and nail tech spent the entire time texting on her phone while painting my nails. Very unprofessional and rude.

Stay away! They over charge completely. they charge you a fee for using a card to pay, they charge you to remove your polish even though it's part of the service. Just paid $152 for a mani / pedi, fill, and eyebrow. They are not friendly, and service just okay. Go elsewhere! read more

ZERO STARS!!!! Horrible experience. I took my 2 daughters to get pedicures and finger nail polish change. I was getting a toe polish change and a fill for my finger nails. There were 3 people working on us. Two women and a man started my one daughters pedicure and soaking off my one daughters gel polish on her fingers. The girls were soaking their feet and I was getting the polish removed from my toes . When I asked how much, the woman started to tell me but man stopped her in whatever language they talked. He asked to see my nails and looked at my ring - yes I have a nice wedding ring. He made up the price based on my ring. We stopped in the middle of the process and did not allow my girls to be pampered. It was a horrible experience. Then I received a call from my cousin who referred me here and asked how the experience was going. I told her her all about it while the lady was listening. The lady had the nerve to say "Americans! They all want everything for free" I was charged $10 to soak off the gel polish from my one daughters finger nails. $30 for her pedicure which I asked her to not shave "Pumice only" and she shaved anyway!. $5 because they soaked my other daughters toes in water while waiting for her pedicure that I cancelled after the experience. Then they charged me $30 to remove my regular polish on my toes and because the guy did not understand me when I said "I don't want gel on my toes" I was there with my daughters to have a mommy daughter day (my girls are 11 and 12 years old) so we can all get pampered. This was the worst experience of my life! I never get my nails done so I was very excited. A guy started and he was lovely! He worked very fast but then he left and a woman came to paint my nails. The line work was crooked. She then over filed my nails and they were very crooked. I told her about it and she said "That is what the picture looks like." I paid $120 for these. My mom and I went back in and asked if she could redo it because they were crooked. She tried to paint it and then she took out cuticle cutters and proceeded to try and rip off my natural nail that was showing...not okay.. read more

Came here for my prom nails. While it was two days before prom, and I do understand that they probably get a lot of customers around this time, the lady I had was very rushed and did a very sloppy job. She filed my nails so aggressively that it hurt and she accidentally broke one of them off. When the nail wouldn't reattach immediately with glue she squeezed out way too much and spilled it all over my finger. It hurt SO bad and burned my skin, and I had to peel it off for twenty minutes after my appointment. Because she was in such a rush my nails weren't shaped properly and they look lumpy and uneven. read more

I really loved this place when it first opened. I continued to go for pedicures every few months and it just went down hill. Seemed every time I went I would have like three people doing my pedicure and I felt really rushed, and I felt like they were doing my a favor, but the last time really did it for me, the tech cut my toe and never said anything to me about it, I was bleeding and it would not stop, so she put the liquid band aid on it and then put it back in the bottle and mind you I was still bleeding, I think it's bad practice when someone is bleeding to use the liquid band aid and then put it back in the bottle for the next person.
