I saw Sieu for a pedicure and it was a wonderful experience! The place is clean and has a relaxing vibe (to be fair I had my headphones on listening to music). Sieu and the other people working were so welcoming and kind. My pedicure was perfect and Sieu really listened to what I wanted. Great scrub, great massage, great polish! Hmmmm, not really sold on this place, but let me start by saying, the result is ok. My nails look good. But it was not the best experience you can have. The salon itself is not pretty, half empty and just not inviting. Even though its just 2 people working its not relaxing at all. Also, I didn't see any hand washing between customers. One word: Amazing! My mom and I are regulars at Unique nails and, honestly, we love this place so much we refuse to go anywhere else. Besides doing a spectacular job on our nails and eyebrows, Unique nails is more than accommodating. There have been times where they would take us in at a very late notice. They are so warm and welcoming, that it creates such a friendly atmosphere towards their customers. Their prices for services are more than reasonable and you get more than you would expect, compared to other salons. Located just on the edge of the Woodstock square, Unique Nails deserves more than 5 stars. read more

One word to describe Unique Nails: unprofessional. Not only did I receive dissatisfactory service, the guy yelled at me and threatened to call the cops! I was first excited to get my acrylic nails to be shaped in the coffin style, but he "burned" my finger so bad that I pulled my hand away from him. What is a natural reaction? Apologize. Not this guy. He blamed me! I communicated that he was being too rough with me, and instead of apologizing and adjusting, he went back and forth with me. I quickly ended his rude remarks and told him to finish up with shaping my nails and not to bother polishing them. After I washed my hands, I refused to pay FULL price for bad service. In front of his young children and my daughter, he yelled at me and threatened to call the cops if I didn't pay full price. Please listen to me--he's not worth it. read more

I really love the place next time I wish the ladie would put sparkles evenly on each nail not one has a lot and the has like 16 sparkles but they are still really good at everything else, my auntie Katie gets her nails done there all the time and they come home look in like rock stars!!!!! read more

I first went here to get my nails done and never had a problem. I've always walked in. One day I walked in and they had absolutely no customers but he pushed me away claiming I had to make an appointment. I've never made one before and all of a sudden it changed? I was very upset about this and haven't returned since. I now go to pro nails where the customer service is exceptional and they treat customers with respect. read more

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! I have had my nails done here for different occasions. Every single time I had my nails done by the guy, they came out perfect. In fact, one time he was doing a design on my nails and he kept re-doing them until he thought it was perfect. Their customer service is excellent and they treat everyone fairly. Their pricing is awesome compared to other places. I have also had a pedicure here. I got it done by a girl who no longer works there, but omg she did such a good job! I have had a pedicure by his wife as well. She did a really nice job as well! I would just rather have her do my toe nails than my nails because she didn't listen to me of how I wanted my nails done and she messed them up and didn't fix them, so that was disappointing, but that's the only time. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because if I am correct, they only have 4 employees, so when business picks up it can literally be almost a 2 hour wait before they see you even though they say it'll be a few minutes. I have a friend who had an appointment and they were so busy they were a little over 2 hours late for am appointment she made! It was frustrating and annoying, but she hasn't had that problem sense. I have moved out of Woodstock and still choose their salon over another. Overall, this is my favorite nail salon and I will continue getting my nails done here! :) read more

I was told that could not get my nails done a few weeks ago, but I came in at 6:30. The place closed at 7:30 that night and there were only two client, one of which was getting their nails cured already. This was so disrespectful to me and I don't know why they could not see me. Service was a little disconnected because it was just the 2 people that were working and there were 4 clients at one time... But with that said, it was the nicest nail service I've had in a long time!!! They were very friendly, very thorough. I got a nochip manicure and it came fully with a hand massage, she worked my cuticles and made sure my color was even and solid. Definitely going back in a couple weeks!!! read more
