I had to point out several areas that were missed during the pedicure, and I unfortunately left with the skin on my toe torn from excessive filing. While I've had positive experiences with other staff members in the past, I would not choose to book with this particular employee again. Unfortunately, my pedicure looked worse when I left than when I arrived. NEVER AGAIN!
