INCONSISTENCY. This is my second time here. First time was great, had a regular pedicure. Today I was done in 20 mins. Had Jessica both times. She started at 9:45 and by 10:05 I was sitting at the drying chair. It was very short and fast and it lasted 20 mins because I asked her to remove ingrown, otherwise it would have been 15. Callous removal and massage were very quick. Other places take half hour for the basic pedicure. It's close to my house and thought I'd give it a try again. Going back to my usual place. FYI this was the $30 package. read more

They are such nice ladies, they remember your name, they do everything to make you feel comfortable, and the shop is nice and clean. I've been back every two weeks ever since June. First time I came here I was very impressed. Everyone was friendly and welcoming! Second time same story... however my nails (which I keep short) kept breaking in the same exact spot on every nail. I just don't get it...I get no chips regularly at a salon in McHenry and have never had this problem. This was place was closer to work and I could run in before I picked up my daughter. I would have considered coming back if I hadn't gotten the worst dirty look from an employee when I explained to her my problem and was told to come back if the silk repair didn't work. Which it didn't. I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable. I couldn't believe I was just treated so unprofessionally. read more

I've never had a manicure so on a whim I decided to give this local place a shot. I was impressed all around. The place seems well-kept and clean. All the employees were friendly and gave the impression that they care about their work. I loved how my nails turned out and felt like it was a nice treat to get them done here. The price seemed reasonable to me and they made sure I got a punch card (10 visits for a free manicure). I definitely don't feel the need to look elsewhere and will be looking forward to my next visit! read more

I walked in on a Saturday morning and they were able to take me right away. JoAnne did a regular mani and pedi for me and she did a wonderful job!
