I've had a lot of massages in a lot of fancy places, but this massage was probably the best one I've ever had. I came back for a hydra facial and saw Jessica, again. Then a different person did my manicure and right away seemed like she didn't know how to handle the dremel when trying to take off my old dip polish. Once the mani happened the dremel hit pretty much every cuticle and she too had to dab a compound on the cuts to stop the bleeding. I woke up the next day with redness around each nail. Never had such an experience, almost was going to ask to see her license, it was that bad. I sent photos to the salon phone number the next day, never heard back and since the message didn't come back as couldn't deliver, I'm assuming it was a cell number and someone there received the photos.

I have my nails done by "Sarah" who does an excellent job. I've had my nails ripped apart before by some places; they are so rough and I typically end up with a bleeding cuticle or something. But not at Nail Story. You always get a shoulder massage with your nail service as well. They do have a rewards program, if you get one of their business cards and fill it up with 10 services, you get a service free. The facility is clean and small with no TVs. They play music so softly that you can hardly hear it. They also get super busy in the afternoons when all the teachers get off work. I tend to go late afternoon and they are always slammed. The salon is open until 7pm on weekdays I believe and all day Saturday, but closed on Sunday. They only accept cash tips - you can't put it on your credit card. All in all, I'm willing to pay the extra $5 each visit if it means gentle treatment of my nails and a free service after I've paid for 10.
