The place was busy when I went in, which is always a good sign. My pedicure lasted about 45 minutes (I did the sea salt one), and the technician made sure to scrub off all of the calluses and dead skin. She did a wonderful job painting my toes. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Even though our techs started at the same time, my pedi was completely done before her nails were started. So I guess it was time efficient? Maybe my feet were in better shape? I don't know. Immediately after she finished my nails, my tech left. She eventually started on that same clients manicure and never returned. I was left wondering how long I was supposed to wait before putting my shoes on. I usually do my own nails but I treat myself from time to time. It wasn't much of a treat. I had a difficult time tolerating the chemical smell that permeated the room but perhaps that is to be expected. The pedi was very basic, little and inconsistent amount of time spent on the exfoliation and "massage" from left to right foot but the nails turned out ok. The salon could benefit from daily upkeep after a good cleaning. It doesn't give you a warm fuzzy feeling. Looks a little worn for the wear. I kind of felt like I needed to wash my hands when I got home. I was also under the impression that the price on Yelp was accurate but I paid $7 more than expected for the service. If I had known the price, I would have gone somewhere else. They didn't honor the price I saw. That caused me to drop another star.

I was in the area and I needed my nails done last minute. Lisa was able to take me in as a walk in…read more Because after that, it got so busy! The place is small but comfortable and clean. Heads up, they do not do dip powder. But It's actually a good thing because it's not sanitary. You're actually dipping your nails that other people have dipped in. So why risk an infection! I only do acrylic for my birthday and I like having gel on my natural nails. I was able to find a color that I liked right away. Most places I feel forced by the limited color selection. Lisa took her time but wasn't too slow like my last nail tech at another location. She put enough coats so that you couldn't see my nail and cleaned up the edges. My pet peeve is when they don't paint my WHOLE nail. Always exposing the side of my nails! She did a wonderful job! I am so happy. I will be returning again. *Also they prefer cash for tips. P.S don't mind my ashy hands and fingers lol I have a bad habit of picking my skin too :-( It's not from them! Lol

The ladies are genuinely very sweet, and I really wanted to love this salon! Unfortunately, my…read moreexperience with the hard gel manicure was disappointing. I had my nails done on October 16, and within 24-48 hours, several extensions started lifting. I reached out, and the owner kindly offered to fix them, which I appreciated! The nails she repaired held up beautifully, but the remaining ones continued to lift and chip. When I reached out again on October 30, I was told that perhaps it was simply time to have them redone. I explained my concerns & even offered to pay to fix the one nail, but the conversation ultimately ended with an "I understand" before the call was disconnected on their end. I was a little disappointed by how the situation was handled, especially considering the issues started within the first couple of days. For context, I've been getting my nails done for over 18 years and have had long-term relationships with technicians in both New York and California, so I'm familiar with the longevity of a quality manicures. Again, ladies were lovely, and I genuinely wish I could have had a better experience. Unfortunately, the results and overall resolution didn't meet my expectations.

In the process, she cut my thumb cuticles too much and they bled badly. Also, somehow she messed up and grabbed the wrong color for my toes. By the time I noticed the salon was closed and I had to travel for work. Also, the color barely lasted a week on my nails! At other salons, they can last 2 to 3 weeks! Clearly the tech did something wrong. I didn't change what I do with my hands. Also, the way she used the drill caused one of my nails to get very weak and break!I I called the owner when I got back in town to share my concerns and disappointment in the service I received. She apologized and offered to fix it for free and I made an appointment with the owner. I even left work early and she was not there and didn't even have the decency to call to let me know! I'm so livid and DO NOT RECCOMEND this place!!! Very poor customer service. Other nail salons do a much better job formless money and know how to treat their customers with respect! This is unacceptable on so many levels!!!
