I got my nails done like a while ago and I have not hit any of my nails on anything I got A full set acrylic and got a pedicure. The ladies are so sweet and funny I wish I didn't have to write this it makes me so sad. All of my nails have started lifting from the the cuticle and it hasn't even hit 2 weeks yet and I am deeply sad because it was $140 for my nails and pedicure :(. I also had what they call "the ring of fire" on many of my nails which was very painful. read more

I came in on a Sunday early afternoon with an appointment, and was seen right away. The pedicure was amazing, and I didn't quite catch his name but he made sure everything was good during the entire pedicure. And Ms Lynn who did my manicure was so good and professional. I didn't realize they do hard gel, which I was pleasantly surprised. It's as sturdy as dip without the heaviness of the layers. Don't bother with an appointment here. We waited almost 40 minutes. I took my daughters before our vacation, I planned to get a pedicure for myself. Unfortunately, it was taking so long there was absolutely no way, we were there almost 2 hours (kid mani/pedi and a full set). It was incredibly frustrating. One toenail was chipped when we left and the nail art was just ok. We won't be back but my younger daughters loved the experience. So, if you have a plethora of time & simply style, this place is more for you. They did apologize but it didn't matter much in the end. Very nice and friendly environment. I scheduled an appointment for a full set and was greeted and given a book of colors. Peter did my nails and I'm not thrilled with the results. It felt very rushed. I asked for this design and it was fine. Not the best, but I understand how detailed it is. I'm more upset that these photos are taken 3 days after my appointment. Peter did not put the top coat over all my nails, and he got glue in my fingers that is now stuck. The French tip is cute but I'm upset with the inconsistency :(( read more

I had Tony as my nail tech. He is one of the best i've ever had. He was very personable and listened to what I wanted done to my nails. He made sure I was happy with them frequently. This has been my go-to nail salon for several years. I really liked how they practiced serious Covid protocols, when so many other salons did not. I wanted to continue giving them my business solely because of this. I must have said the last 3-4 visits that I'll give them one more chance. I got the apprentice once. She did great eyebrows but my regular mani was awful. Nail polish over my cuticles and fingers and not enough coats. I was there last week and will not be returning. I had a long time employee for the first time. My eyebrow wax is awful. Worst one I have ever had done. My regular mani didn't last but two days. 90% of my mani's is just regular polish and it last at least two weeks. I'm four days in and I have to take it all off. I went in for a full set and pedi. I felt the man doing my full set rushed and within 4 days of having my nails done they were lifting up from the nail with it clearly showing... I went in for a remedy and the same individual told me I was wrong but I have had my nails done several times over the years...I'm sure he did not want to look bad in front of other customers when I said what was wrong...The man fixed the nails for them to last another day and I didn't have time to go to another salon to have them completely redone. I would not go here for a full set or manicure with this male worker. The pedicure was good. I should have only tipped the woman doing the pedicure. They have lost my business and my family and friends as well with this situation. They all saw my nails and felt it was a horrendous job for the price and time spent. read more

I was not thrilled with the service. Appointments were made 2 days ago. Mani/pedi. When we walked we informed them that we had appointments. Everyone looks confused. Signed in. The older gentleman giving me my pedi was irritated after I had made mention that he would have to work on my calluses a bit more. He said "no!" Then continued to mutter something in Vietnamese, which I assume was directed at me. My friend who has a broken arm had difficulty getting in and out of the chair. No one assisted her and Tony carried her slips and tossed them under the station where she was going to get her mani. Tony gave me my no chip mani. His station was dirty and he was very rough with the dremel. No cuticles we're trimmed. There was no fan to let the gel fill in dry. Nails are not filed well. He then said he was a little rough and hoped I would come back. He dabbed on some oil to each nail. Told me to then wash my hands and that we were finished. Nail polish was not cleaned off where it was over lapped on the nail bed. Messy! No hand cream, no quick massage. No offer of water. Zip. Since I get my nails done every two weeks I have the potential of being a regular customer (the bread and butter of these businesses) I expect a little consideration and professional treatment. About a month ago I accidentally walked into their establishment 45 mins before they closed and politely asked if they could still do a quick no chip mani and pedi. I was fully expecting to be told to come back which I would have understood(the day got away from me with work and chores) but they so generously said they would still take me! They were so pleasant and accommodating. I felt like a queen as they did my hands and feet at the same time, but also bad because I knew they did that to still make it out on time while accepting my business. I would have done 5 stars if it wasn't that my polish on my nails started peeling off after like 2-3 weeks(I try to blame the fact that they did rush doing my nails since I was rude and came in late) but otherwise I'm hoping next time I come back in a more respectful time frame I'll get the same amazing experience with nails that last a good amount of time! read more

I hadn't had a full set in over 5 years as the last time I had them done I was cut pretty badly. I expressed my concern and fear of being cut to my nail tech Lynn-- who happened to be the salon owner-- and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time and was cautious without making me feel like I was an inconvenience. The shape was exactly what I wanted and the color was flawless. It's been 2 weeks since I had my nails done and they are showing normal wear, but holding up beautifully. The salon is clean, bright and inviting. I can't wait to go back for my fill! Thank you Lynn for providing incredible customer service and making me feel like you actually care. UPDATE AFTER FILL: I will never return to this place. My pointer finger acrylic had popped off prior to my fill so I had to have the entire nail replaced (not a big deal). That same nail that I had replaced just popped off again and my natural nail underneath is brownish green. I reached out to an out of state nail tech friend and was told this is due to either dirty tools being used, moisture being trapped between the natural nail and acrylic, or poor prep. Any of those reasons are a reason to not go back here. Very disappointed. read more

She takes time to ensure her work is excellent, she's friendly, gentle & great at what she does. I've had acrylic full sets, fills & pedicures done by all her staff as well & have always had a more than pleasant experience.
