I've gone to this place for years when I'm in need of a pedi last minute not because of the quality…read moreor atmosphere but because the guy has always been kind and he's close to my parents house.. that is until today. I went a month ago with my mother and had Jada and she was awesome. We tried some chrome powders together even though the owner said it wouldn't work and my toes looked amazing! She was so friendly and so nice to my daughter and did her toes as well. Went back today and Jada had left early so I had to go with the owner. I wanted the same but a different base paint. At first he came out with a jar of glitter that was labeled "glitter" and he insisted three times that it was chrome. I told him it was a six pack of different color chrome powders. He came back with a white iridescent powder. Then I repeated myself and he came out with the chrome powders. Many missed steps later (not even lotion) it's time for the powder. He puts a different color chrome powder on each toe. He asked if I liked and I said yes but I want the three colors of chrome on each toe for the multicolor chrome effect. He then mansplained and argued for 10+ minutes how it doesn't work and I have no idea what I'm talking about with my 5 year old daughter next to me. Kicker was he said it only works with bubble bath which is what I did last time when he also said the chrome wouldn't work how we were envisioning. I finally just said do what you have to do so I can just leave. He pokes each of my remaining toes with his finger with remaining powder on it, put them under the light and charged me $70. He asked if I would like to tip... I did because I have always just felt bad for the guy and am used to it. Never. Ever. Again.

The staff was literally so sweet, so kind, treated my grandma so gently. So patient. They did sincerely wonderful work. But everything needs to be DEEP cleaned in there. I will be keeping an eye out for other peoples reviews to see if the cleanliness improves and if it does I'll come back for another service and consider changing my review.

I made an appointment here after reading so many praises on a local Facebook group. I made this…read moreappt with Tony for a dip manicure and a pedi. I called several hours before the appt to inquire if I could add on an eyebrow wax. I was told "yes, just come in half an hour early". So I did. When I came in, I told them I had an appointment with Tony and I reminded them that had said it was fine to add on a wax. I was told to sit for my mani. Not with Tony btw. I told the man I wanted a silver mirror style dip but did not want to use the nail UV lamp. He told me that was fine but they didn't carry the mirror polish and showed me my options. It came pretty close so that was fine. The UV lamp was used the entire appointment. I just kept quiet. My cuticles were never touched and the polish does not go all the way down to my nail bed. I didn't even realize my cuticles weren't touched until I got home, washed the oil off my hands and really saw my nails. When my mani was done, I was told to go to the wax room where I stood there and waited for almost 15 minutes. It was around this time I was asked, no less then five times, if I had an appointment. Weird. WHY have an appointment portal on your website if you don't look at it? I wasn't asked one time for my name, what my appt was for and for what time. When you walk in, they either know you and what you want or ask and then tell you to sit and wait. The eyebrow wax was fine. Not bad, not great. However I had no privacy. People who were getting pedicures watched me the whole time. In 30 years of getting my eyebrows waxed, I have always had a private room with the door closed. Also, the room was filthy. The whole place is filthy. I do not believe for a minute, that the sterile techniques here are true and accurate, according to legal standards. User beware. The pedicure was fine. Again, NOT with Tony btw. I asked them to explain the highest cost procedure that includes: "Unique feet soak in the detox crystals in a CBD volcano eruption." I never understood the answer. I will not be back. Not only did they not know I had a reservation, I was questioned multiple times about it during my appointment. I did not see who I had made the appointment with. The place is filthy. If I wasn't leaving for my vaca early the next morning, I would left. The whole check out procedure is weird, wanting me to use Zelle. Which was a whole issue itself and ended up not working for me. I will say the place was packed. People coming and going the whole time I was there. They must be good at acrylics, with Tony apparently. I don't do those however.
