It is in a quiet room with one other pedicure chair, with low lighting, soft music playing, and fresh smelling aromatherapy. I'm not a huge fan of scents but they used real essential oils (not fragrance), and they were so calming and pleasant. The pedicure starts with a brief foot soak in a warm and relaxing seat. Once you soak for a few minutes they give you a blanket, a warm neck wrap, and recline the chair to zero gravity, and give you an eye cover. I genuinely fell asleep as soon as she started to massage my feet. The experience was 10/10, and I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone! Thanks Sam for an amazing pedicure.

She really wanted a massage but was nervous- so I figured being in the same room would help. She has Jessica who was so sweet and explained everything to her. I don't recall the name of the lovely person who worked on me, but she was sublime! I swear at one point I thought she had extra hands.. haha. Both of our massages were top notch. I've had a lot of massages in a lot of fancy places, but this massage was probably the best one I've ever had. I came back for a hydra facial and saw Jessica, again. Not too rough, but doesn't also just slap your feet around for 20 minutes. I may only be 26, but I play sand volleyball and my feet are not always fetish worthy, (too much?) It probably is best to call ahead as they can fill up and then you might have to drive around for an hour before getting a chair. But it is my nail salon of choice in CL!

She was very rough, used the drill bit not only to take off my no chip which was fine but also to file and shape my nails which caught my skin and burned a lot of the time . I had a calise on my heel that later found out when I left was bleeding. She was to quick and very rough , not enjoyable at all. This is the first time I have ever had a bad pedicure like this anywhere. I like the environment, cleanliness and different packages. It's expensive and for the money it should be a calming enjoyable experience and it was not. I also reserved Leo and did not get him. Even though our techs started at the same time, my pedi was completely done before her nails were started. So I guess it was time efficient? Maybe my feet were in better shape? I don't know. Immediately after she finished my nails, my tech left. She eventually started on that same clients manicure and never returned. I was left wondering how long I was supposed to wait before putting my shoes on. I usually do my own nails but I treat myself from time to time. It wasn't much of a treat. I had a difficult time tolerating the chemical smell that permeated the room but perhaps that is to be expected. The pedi was very basic, little and inconsistent amount of time spent on the exfoliation and "massage" from left to right foot but the nails turned out ok. The salon could benefit from daily upkeep after a good cleaning. It doesn't give you a warm fuzzy feeling. Looks a little worn for the wear. I kind of felt like I needed to wash my hands when I got home. I was also under the impression that the price on Yelp was accurate but I paid $7 more than expected for the service. If I had known the price, I would have gone somewhere else. They didn't honor the price I saw. That caused me to drop another star.
