It is in a quiet room with one other pedicure chair, with low lighting, soft music playing, and fresh smelling aromatherapy. I'm not a huge fan of scents but they used real essential oils (not fragrance), and they were so calming and pleasant. The pedicure starts with a brief foot soak in a warm and relaxing seat. Once you soak for a few minutes they give you a blanket, a warm neck wrap, and recline the chair to zero gravity, and give you an eye cover. I genuinely fell asleep as soon as she started to massage my feet. The experience was 10/10, and I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone! Thanks Sam for an amazing pedicure.

She really wanted a massage but was nervous- so I figured being in the same room would help. She has Jessica who was so sweet and explained everything to her. I don't recall the name of the lovely person who worked on me, but she was sublime! I swear at one point I thought she had extra hands.. haha. Both of our massages were top notch. I've had a lot of massages in a lot of fancy places, but this massage was probably the best one I've ever had. I came back for a hydra facial and saw Jessica, again. She was very rough, used the drill bit not only to take off my no chip which was fine but also to file and shape my nails which caught my skin and burned a lot of the time . I had a calise on my heel that later found out when I left was bleeding. She was to quick and very rough , not enjoyable at all. This is the first time I have ever had a bad pedicure like this anywhere. I like the environment, cleanliness and different packages. It's expensive and for the money it should be a calming enjoyable experience and it was not. I also reserved Leo and did not get him. I had mentioned at 11 am (being in the chair for over two hours at this point) that i had to leave within the next 15 minutes and she responded we were almost done. Well it was 1135 am and she was no where near done and I missed out on the paraffin wax because I had another appointment to get to. She globbed on cuticle oil all over my calves and now was rushing to get me out of the chair, the front desk person didn't offer me any discount even though I didn't get the whole service I paid for $100+ Toes came super cute not going to lie about that, but not even three days later one toe chipped and another polish fell off completely. I've never had no chip act like this usually lasts me for months. I didn't check out until 1145, being in the chair for almost three hours when the time for service said 60 minutes was obnoxious and my relaxing time was over very quickly, if you have plans cancel them and take off work to get services done here because that is waaay too long. I kind of felt like I needed to wash my hands when I got home. I was also under the impression that the price on Yelp was accurate but I paid $7 more than expected for the service.
