asked for dip nails with 2 nails needing a nail glued on. They glued my skin to the nail and never tried to remove the excess glue. when filing my nail she cut my finger. also cuy cuticles where they would bleed. never going back and would never recommend.

Had a fantastic time here! They did my whole family (group of 6) and were so accommodating to all of us! Pedicures felt amazing, manicures and pedicures were all so well done. The massage chairs are amazing too!! Everyone was so nice and helpful in deciding what we wanted. Definitely will return here! Thank you all again!

She asked me if the electric nail file was too much, cuticle cutter hurt, if I liked the shape, if I liked the color, and if the pressure of applying lotion was too much. Overall, she was making sure I was being taken care of in every aspect, which I haven't gotten in other places. She was very particular with my nails, ensuring that my cuticles were perfect, even if it meant she had to go back to make sure. I very much appreciated everything she did because it was more than I had experienced at other nail places. Overall, I love how my nails look and would return to the nail spa, and specifically have Kelly do my nails again. It was an enjoyable experience and I've already gotten a few compliments on my nails!

I was paired with a new associate Emma, super sweet lady! My pedicure could've been better & I got an scar from the hot stones...they have somewhat updated the place. The owner is such a sweetheart to everyone. They're my go to for pedi I might have to ask for my original lady again. No chip pedicure w/ hot stones is $70 plus I left a $20 regardless. read more

Nice people, but salon can use a bit of a face lift. There is no area to dry your nails. Paid $35 for a pedicure for myself and $35 for my husbands. His pedicure was done in about 15 minutes. There was really no attention to detail. My polish chipped within 2 days. The tech did not seal the polish by painting across the top. The massage was short and lackluster. Would not recommend going here. I feel like it was a waste of money. We felt like our services were rushed and not well done. read more

Owner is very nice however it is the 2nd time I have had a no chip mani and both times they paint your nails short so you have to come back sooner for another one. I just got my nails done on Friday and my nails do not grow fast at all and it looks like I'm going to be ready for a new one by this Friday because they paint too low so you need a new one done sooner. read more

Nice people here but I will not be going back. I waited 3 hours for a mani/pedi. My pedi was horribly done. She did not even scrub my feet, the water was cold and the towel was also cold. My toe nail polish got messed up because they put on the sandals I brought instead of theirs but I had waited so long, I didn't want to wait for it to be re-painted. My toe nail color didn't match my hand color when it was supposed to. It doesn't even look close. But again, didn't want to be there for any longer after being there for 3 hours already so I let it go. My nails are already chipping off (I got dip) and it hasn't even been 5 days. They need to stop overbooking if they don't have the staff. read more

I have been coming to Spirit to close to a year now and have never walked away unsatisfied. I first heard about them when I commented on a complete stranger's nails. She told me that this was the place to come for reasonably priced nail art. I thought I'd give it a chance, and I have been happy ever since. You will see from my photos the variety of things that Nary has been able to do for me. From Santa buckle to a mini daisy chain French tip. She encourages me to find things on Pinterest and loves a challenge. Speaking of challenge, I am definitely a challenge since I have hand tremors, she is patient and kind and makes me feel totally normal about it. Oh by the way did I mention that Nary owns the place. Yep this is a woman owned business. Which I love knowing that I am supporting. In addition to my nail art, I have also had a pedicure which was amazing, very pampering. I hadn't had one all winter and was desperately in need. It was so relaxing and was nice to see my toes as pretty things once again. read more

I went to Spirit Nails for the first time today for a dip manicure. As always when you are new, you need to adjust a bit. Of course they didn't know I was new right away. I had a little wait and was waiting to see the color options, but we never got that far since I found a picture on my phone of something I wanted to try. After showing the picture, the gal (I forget her name) said they would try. She did a great job! Mine are in the split screen picture and the original that she worked from is next to it. I think they look pretty good! I'd recommend this place. It cost me $55. read more

This was my first time going to this salon and I was very impressed. The interior was nicely decorated and very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to me and my 4 yr old daughter. The man who did my full set was very thorough and did an amazing job. Wonderful place conveniently right next to the theatre so that we could catch a Saturday afternoon matinee. This will be my new regular place. The only downside is that they did not have the TVs on and I would have liked to be able to watch something during my drying time and to help occupy my daughter. read more

Great work & value! Have had a mani/pedu and just a manicure here... Best polish application I've had! I usually dont get manicures because my nails peel but I went for it because my nails were really torn up after moving and needed some TLC. Just regular polish and they used OPI Nail Envy as base.. After 10 days only one nail had chipped/peeled so I had another manicure and same thing! Will be returning regularly. read more

Went Friday August 26th,2022 had my nails painted the gir kept adding a liquid to the nail polish instead of getting another one today is Monday the 29th and my nail polish keeps chipping went in to show them and they said there's no Guarantee on regular polish only no chip polish I Do Not recommen this place not worth the money if your nails don't last long Poor customer service place was also very dirty with lots of flys due to the food on the floor by the entrance read more

I went because my friend has been going and I've been so jealous of her nails! I made a 2:30 appointment and they took me back right away. They were super busy as it was a Sunday and I did have to wait a little bit after my nail girl put my acrylics on and shaped them I just needed them painted and she had someone waiting on her so she went and did there manicure really quick which I understand as I work at a hair salon how busy it gets on weekends. I didn't mind but when she came back she told me she wasn't going to charge the $5 they charge for shaping because I had to wait!! Very impressed with the customer service but even more happy with my nails. Will be making the 25 ish minute drive every two weeks just to go back. read more

This place is awesome! Treated me like I was the most important customer in the shop. My nails are in bad shape from rough treatment from a previous shop. They took special care to be sure I didn't have any more damage and even suggested an additional treatment that would help them look even better. My appointment started with the nail tech placing a sealed package of tools on the work station. Definitely a professional job. This is now my go-to for a manicure. Can't wait to get a pedicure too.
