I have had each of the people do my nails here overtime and they always rush! My nails always have air bubbles or some bubble from the nail polish for some reason. Also my nails I can always see through them and the color looks transparent it's horrible. I don't understand how this place still runs it seems like they are so out of code.. I made an appointment for a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. I was thrilled they offered Sunday appointments. I was taken right on time. I do not know the gentleman's name that did my pedicure but he did a great job. They even go so far as to set a timer to make sure you get your full foot/leg massage. I then went on to my nails which were done by Tina. I showed her a picture and she did a great job. She even took the picture and looked for the nail polish to match as closely as possible. Tina seemed like the quarterback in the spa having to get up and address different needs a few times during our time together. Not her fault just ended up feeling like she was distracted and rushed. The spa itself was clean and nicely decorated. I do wish I had been instructed when I got there about picking polishes. There were walls of polish, books of polish, painted practice nails with polish and I didn't know where to look for what I was getting. That and the fact that it seemed like Tina was pulled in a few directions are really my only "complaints" read more

Sam did my toes, it was more stressful than relaxing. I had to point out that my toes were missing polish, cuticles were not cut, old polish was still on my toes, and he was rushing me. He told me that the old polish can't come off, but when I asked for a brush to be used to take off the polish, all of the sudden he was able to take off the polish. I was only going to give this rating a one star, but the guy who did my nails did a beautiful job painting my nails, that is all! Had a pedicure and he was missing a brush and looked at multiple other stations, but instead went to the station across from mine and grabbed a dirty brush off somebody else's table that was still sitting in the chair having their pedicure done. Then he took me over to get my nails done and wanted me to sit down at the towel that I had nail clippings and nail filings from the previous customer. I made him change my towel. Then he uses a nail file that has been used by probably 20 other people. If you are a customer there, please know that if they are not using brand new fresh nail files on every customer, you are at a potential risk of getting a nail fungus from the person in front of you. I think this place used to be really great but overtime they've become more concerned with how many clients they can take rather than the quality of the nails they're actually doing. I came here recently with a full set from another shop missing one nail and they took off all my nails and restarted, I asked for coffin and they gave me square and constantly cut my fingers while paying attention to how many people were walking in and fitting them in instead of cousins the work done on my nails. I got charged $70 when it should have been at most $40 for just a fill If you're looking for a quality better experience there's many others in the area that are way more worth it. read more

I have been there in the past for a pedicure.. The service was satisfactory. This past visit in August 2022 was unsatisfactory. I asked them to look at my feet before I soaked them. They blew it off and played the language barrier card. This has nothing to do with race. So don't go there. During the pedicure I ask for a certain spot to be addressed move, blew it off again. The place is dirty. A hair ball was stuck to my sandals as I left the chair. I walked over to the welcome matt to get wipe it off but the matt was nasty/dirty. When I left still had loose skin peels On the bottom of my feet. (I am construction worker?) 3 days later I had to address the situation myself. Now I am out $50. With feet that are self treated. 2 days after that, I called to explain and got the language barrier again. read more

Awesome place for good quality manis and pedis! Went here on a weekday and they weren't busy - I was out in an hour and a half! Had 2 appointments scheduled. Received a Facebook message to reschedule the time because the (super smug) receptionist did not allow enough time. Arrived at the salon 15 minutes early only to be told that the person (Tina) one of our appointments was with was not there. The owner... that had had no problem in the past reaching out to me for personal reasons. Then we were told they were busy and whoever was available could do my nails. Her attitude in general was awful. There was no apology no communicating at all. Sadly this is not the first time with issues with timing here. I have been coming here off and on since they opened. I recently started coming again after many bad experiences over the years and stayed this time around when a lovely lady named Van started doing my nails. They looked beautiful every time- looked natural and lasted perfectly for 3 weeks each time. When she recently left i decided to continue giving them a chance. Tonight ended it for me on their second chance this time around ( after nails that only lasted 3 days from the last time I was here). I go to a nail salon to relax and leave with pretty nails. Tonight they decided to do my fill and pedicure at the same time. It was so uncomfortable & hard on my bad shoulder and hips to twist the way the nail lady wanted. I left with white nail dust all over my black slacks and sweater and even worse left with thumbnails that look like a big toe nail and a wavy finish. The shape was definitely not slender and natural looking. No hand massage or lotion either. It's a lot of money to have a rushed experience, pain instead of relaxation and nails that get about a 3 out of 5. I am sad and disappointed. The plus side is that they were nice tonight even though they rushed my appointment so they could close early. read more

I then continued to witness a male employee constantly blowing his nose in his hands with no Kleenex. He rinsed his hands with water, no soap. It was disgusting and I felt so dirty. It pains me to write this as I have been a frequent customer of the nail salon. WHEN DID A FILL BECOME 55 DOLLARS??????!!!!!!!!!!!! Isn't the entire point of getting a full set so that fills cost less? Jesus! I spent 55 on a full set three weeks ago, and was charged 55 today for a fill because of the length (they were already that length!), color (was TOLD at the beginning that it doesn't cost any extra), and repairs (I didn't ask for her to pick at all my nails and then upcharge me for it!). I am extremely upset about this and will not be returning. 15-20 isn't a lot in the grand scheme of things, but this could have been handled with more transparency and honesty. I felt because I am younger they probably thought I would just slide over my card with no issues. Will never be going back despite having beautiful nails. :( read more

BEST pedi we have ever had! I have gone to high end spas and the level of service at BLIZZ was excellent. You are there for the experience with nice massage chairs and a spa treatment like no other. Hot stones on your legs with all sorts of oils and creams, with the hot towel they wrap your legs in! Kenny then did my gel nails and I must say the arm massage at the end was delightful and my nails look great This was our first time at BLIZZ and it won't be our last.
