She scrubbed my feet and legs with sugar scrub for a good 20 minutes which felt heavenly. She let me pick the scent for my pedicure and I went with a tropical citrus which was awesome. I requested to get my nails off, I set an appointment at 11am with "Sim" I end up getting there and she is working on someone else so I ended up with someone else. She didn't even get off the acrylic on my nails. She made my nails different shapes, and putting cuticle oil on my nails isn't going to do anything. Online it said 10 dollars and they charged me 15 saying that 10 dollars is for no chip & dip. Which is not clarified on the website. Firstly, I asked for Gel-X but they gave me acrylics. Several times, I came in for an appointment and they made me wait or changed who I was seeing. The last time I was in, the tech filed my nails extremely thin and used way too much glue. The left pinky started to throb yesterday, and I can't get the nail off after soaking it in acetone for over an hour. I have been caused physical harm due to poor practice. I'm in extreme pain. It is the only place I have ever been too that charges you extra to put some of cleaning/exfoliating stuff on your feet/legs before they rinse and apply lotion. ... I found that to be so odd. Both my daughter and I love this place. They always manage to squeeze us in for our manicures. Our manicures last us more that some places I have attended in the past. Not only that but they also try to satisfy our variety of colors and designs. All the ladies are super nice! I also do waxing with them and I have to say, they do a good job. This was our first time going, and I picked the location based off their good reviews. However, I was very disappointed with my own experience. I made an appointment for myself and my mother requesting a mani and a pedi for both of us. When we arrived they told us they only had time for 1 person, even though I had an appointment set for both of us. They reluctantly offered to do my nails, but at that point I had no interest to spending any more time there. They did a nice job on my mom and my toes came out fine, but I was very disappointed in their lack of professionalism. For those reasons, I won't be going back. Love this place ! It's my new favorite, out of town nail salon! We flew in from Los Angeles b/c my mom decided to break both legs snowmobiling last month and needed someone to take care of her. We took my mom here for a Valentine's Day present, to help boost her spirits, during this painful healing process. Okay, if I could give this place lower than 1 star I would because the experience I had yesterday was absolutely ridiculous. I went in for a fill and a repair as the thumb nail had broken from when I had come in 2 weeks before.. This was only the 2nd time I went and I was getting my nails for for my engagement shoot. The lady I was originally scheduled with was busy so I was put with another girl. No big deal right? WRONG. This girl could not have cared less that I was there. Throughout the entire appointment she would stop to change the song she was listening too (she had ear plugs in) or text someone. She was in such a rushed that she kept rubbing my cuticles with the grinder to the point of removing skin. She also cut 2 of my fingers because it was a "brand new" file. My thumb was repaired by adding Acrylic to the end rather than taking it off and starting from new as I asked for, willing to pay extra and made a remark something along the lines of "waste of time". She then proceeded to paint my nails so quickly that paint kept getting into my fingers and she had to go back and remove it all which burned because of my raw cuticles. After finishing, she told me that I could just sit there in front of this mini fan to dry them at a horrible angle while she moved to a seat a row in front of me to play cards. I left upset and the price was high too for what I was getting.. after thinking about my experience I chose to call and ask for the manager whom seemed pretty understanding over the phone and told me to return for a refund. This was 30 minutes for me, I arrived and the manager proceeded to look at my nails and said they weren't that bad and so she wouldn't be giving me a refund. Quite frankly at this time I was pretty irritated and made a very stern remark that she has cut my finger open. So she gave me 2 options, I could either except half of what I paid of she would cut the nails off and I could get the full refund. I left with half because I needed the nails which I fixed myself for my photoshoot this weekend but I will never return. Oh and the middle finger broke off today. I went YESTERDAY. read more

Took my daughter to get her first full set here- not a good experience. The nails were not filed correctly so that there was gunk on the sides that needed to be filed down but was not. The polish application was not on the whole nail. I had to point out where more polish was needed. The polish did not dry very well and I told the guy it was the cheap polish. It messed up a couple of times. He said "you pay more" for better polish, um no! You don't use cheap products!!!!! I paid the same as I would have paid for OPI products. After a half hour of trying a fan and then a light to dry the nails we had to leave...and the nails were still not completely dry. Again, a responsible owner would not offer old, cheap polish as he stated it was. read more

Here is my experience...... VERRRRYYY unprofessional. They're talking in their language the entire time, they stop to do other things like check their phones, replenish inventory while the customer is just sitting and waiting. Not a very clean salon. Only came here because I was in the area and reviews were decent. Nice girls, but not professional. Asked for round shaped toes and they're square. Meh. Not sure how much this pedi will be since no menu was given to me and I stupidity didn't ask, but I had a scrub, some oil massage, I'm worried this will be like $50 or something. This place is usually pretty good. It seems the more I go the less friendly they become though. My last visit there was on Sep. 24th. The young lady who gave me a pedicure didn't talk to me, and also cut me twice and never apologized. She just tapped my feet when she wanted them in or out of the water. Very rude in my opinion. When she was done, she just left, and said nothing to me. I regret the 20% tip I gave her. not considering the two cuts on my toes that still didn't heal, the pedicure is about a B- job from her. I had an appointment for two pedicures at 2:30. Me and my friend were not seated until 3:15! Only one of us were able to actually get our toes done, while the other just sat there with our feet in lukewarm water. Yes they apologized, and thanked us for our patience. But do not tell me I can schedule an appointment and then not see me until 45 minuets later. That's horrible service, unacceptable! If they didn't have the time to do them, they should have said they are really busy when I called. The lady at the desk asked me for what I wanted and I told her. She then looked at me with a weird face told me to leave because they are busy. Mind you I saw two open chairs available in the pedi area. I've never had a nail salon turn me down and tell me to leave. They usually have you sign in and take a seat until a slot is available.
