So, after getting into a huge miscommunication with another nail salon in the area (that shall remain nameless) who cannot communicate well nor efficiently, I had to have an emergency plan. This salon was it, my plan B. They were able to take me and my girlfriend in for two last minute pedicures and a manicure at the last minute. They were fast with doing me and my girlfriend's regular pedicure while simultaneously doing my girlfriend's gel manicure. Additionally, the interior of this salon was super clean and honestly really cute. There was a little wall waterfall in the back, it was brightly lit and they had a cooler with complimentary drinks. The whole aura of this place was calming. Unfortunately, I was in a time crunch so we didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities but in the short time that we were there, they did a great job. Prices are decent and I definitely think I will be going back to try other services. I look forward to coming back. Also, it's location is right next to a Pho place so I mean nails and then Pho-- sounds like the life to me! I definitely suggest coming here and trying their services. I got a set of acrylic nails put on before vacation and he did a nice job. No complaints. I went back today to get removed (I'm not an acrylic type girl) and had them do gel manicure after removal. I wanted just polish but thought they would be week after and I have some events coming up.. anyway.. I had CeeCee give me my service today.. I was skeptical but, I think this is the BEST gel application I've ever had! (And that's not easy to make the nail look smooth and not thick after fake nails). She did amazing. The tech was a little rough, seemed agitated during the appointment, and I eventually realised he used the wrong polish colour and he cut my time short. THEN the guy who seemed like a manager blamed me for not noticing right away that he did the wrong colour. I have been coming here since I've been in middle school with that being said. I have been scammed once (2024) they had a promotional going on for a discount I spoke to the front about it being applied at the end of my nail appointment (they said yes), as I left they charged me full price and gaslight me as I left. Then I came in May 24th, I got a pretty crappy set it was $62, not even a week later I had a nail break. I came in today and was told they cannot fix one nail and it would cost. I understand that nails break, that's not crazy to me, but they have many charges they do not tell you about, til after you are done. So I am not shocked to hear they are charging just disappointed that a set cannot last more than a week. I am an unemployed college student, I don't even use my hands... To be honest, I have came here for homecoming, prom and so many other things. But I have been scammed, lied to, and given LOW quality nails for a high quality price. I will not be coming back. I was disappointed with this visit. I've been coming to High quality nail spa for almost 2 years now. Mimi did my manicure, another tech did my pedicure. Mimi has been doing my nails for some time now, unfortunately she was rude this time and it seems as though she retaliated by overcharging add ons to my services because I asked the tech doing my pedicure to add one more coat to my nails. The gel on my pedicure looked see through and not to my liking. I heard her complaining to another tech about it. My services are normally between $115-$123. This time my services were $142. I don't mind paying what I owe, however I found MiMi and the tech doing my pedicure unprofessional. If a client doesn't like what they see and have expectations of what they want, there shouldn't be an argument about it or try to gas light the client to believing what they want isn't right. I went here based on the reviews I read and I was super excited to get a pedicure and foot massage. The place is clean and spacious but that's about it. When I walked in the gentleman at the door didn't even speak. I stood there waiting for him to acknowledge me and when he did he pointed to the iPad & told me to sign in and was annoyed when I asked for a directive on picking a technician. I used my son's number because he gets his pedicures there (well he used to up until yesterday) I was assigned to Avee. She rushed my entire pedicure process. She snatched & pulled on my feet roughly instead of saying "Put your feet here". . No one offered me water (they offered it to other people). It was literally terrible. They have a wide selection of colors but it's not worth it. I usually tip my pedicure technician $15-$20 and I'm a firm believer in tipping no matter the experience. But I couldn't tip Avee. She was dismissive, rushed me & honestly acted like she didn't want to do my pedicure. And no I don't have jacked up feet LOL.... Maybe she doesn't like brown feet. I brought my 4 year old daughter here for her very first pedicure ahead of our spring break vacation and it was so perfect. We were able to sit next to each other while we got our toes done and the woman working on my daughter's pedicure was so patient and nice. They were super thick, had no apex whatsoever, and the thickness didn't taper to the end but got thicker to the end. My sister-in-law got almost the exact same design on her nails, same length, she got a rhinestone as well and I got $30 of an up charge for a "fancy design" instead of the $8 upcharge they gave her. instead of paying $76 like my sister, i paid a whopping $105. furthermore we got charged for a shape which i suppose is fine. just really doesn't leave a good impression. i also asked for leopard print and was given this odd tortoise shell/polka dot design instead. they're cute-ish but they are not forthcoming at all with upcharges or experience/ability to do certain things. at least our ladies weren't. read more

I did not have a great experience unfortunately. When I got into the car after my nails were done. I noticed all the cuts and that the nails looked cloudy. I wanted to leave as soon as possible so I didn't complain or say anything. I was cut multiple times. It was very aggressive looking back on the experience now. And the nails were ruined by the uv light. I did everything she asked so I'm not sure why she didn't know the proper dry time. First I'd like to disclose that I made this appointment because my nail tech was not available. And this place was recommended by my best friend who is a regular and her nails always look amaizing. Now, I had Called and asked for my current acrylic to be removed and to have dip. I changed my mind to have acrylic put on instead AND THEY DID NOT DO WHAT I ASKED. I ended up with an overlay of THIN acrylic AND TWO TOP COATS OF GEL. My natural nail were overfiled and she gave me a ring of fire. I tried being and pointing out they were red and burning and the nail tech was just like "that's your natural nail". When I asked if I can get more powder and an apex she acted like she didn't understand what I said. I had specifically requested, I say specifically requested someone with experience who can communicate and understand what I wanted. And not to add, she didn't put the primer on my full nail, ran a drill on my natural nail outside and inside and thinned them out, gave me AN UGLY OVAL SHAPE when I ASKED FOR ALMOND. Also, as a note they use MMA instead of EMA, and MMA acrylic is the dental acrylic which is hard on your nails and is illegal to put on your nail. ‍ I didn't even bother getting a design, trash service and trash nail tech. The salon is nice and the manager is annoying. I paid for the service and walked out without saying anything and I wasn't going to say anything until they called saying I can go back and get my nails fixed at a credit. The manager claimed he felt bad but yet they wouldn't refund me and expect me to go back and get it fixed. They kept pestering and insisting even when I made it clear I will never go back. My nail tech even got on the phone with them. But thank you for ruining my nails and charging me 68 dollars for something I didn't ask for. Also I wasn't going to leave a review or say anything until I got that call so here we are. Do not, Do not,DO NOT go here. Half of them dont care about your nails and will make sure they do a half ass job so you keep coming back. they haven't even gone to school mostly and got the certificates through the salon and even if they have been doing nails for 20+ years they think they are right and know what you should have and not what you want. I called ahead of time and asked to book 2 pedicures. The representative suggested 3:20pm and my mom and I arrived at 3:15. We were not seen by a technician until 3:50 (a 30 minute wait). Furthermore, we reviewed the catalog of services and asked when we arrived if we could do the Deluxe pedicure with salt scrub, mud mask and massage. We both received the classic pedicure. Kind of a disappointment when we expected a more "spa-like" experience. I brought this up at check out and was told I needed to request it with my technician? The tech never asked me about my preferred pedicure. The classic pedicure mentions it had a 7 minute massage. I think mine lasted a total of 4 minutes, tops. My toes have polish all over the sides. This pedicure sucked. I'm sorry, I don't mean to be harsh, but I'd go somewhere else. The only reason it's a 2 star review is the establishment was extremely clean, something I care a lot about.
