So, after getting into a huge miscommunication with another nail salon in the area (that shall remain nameless) who cannot communicate well nor efficiently, I had to have an emergency plan. This salon was it, my plan B. They were able to take me and my girlfriend in for two last minute pedicures and a manicure at the last minute. They were fast with doing me and my girlfriend's regular pedicure while simultaneously doing my girlfriend's gel manicure. Additionally, the interior of this salon was super clean and honestly really cute. There was a little wall waterfall in the back, it was brightly lit and they had a cooler with complimentary drinks. The whole aura of this place was calming. Unfortunately, I was in a time crunch so we didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities but in the short time that we were there, they did a great job. Prices are decent and I definitely think I will be going back to try other services. I look forward to coming back. Also, it's location is right next to a Pho place so I mean nails and then Pho-- sounds like the life to me! I definitely suggest coming here and trying their services. I got a pedicure with french tip and acrylic french tip nails . i paid 140$ i ended up coming home and soaking off my nails because they looked so bad they were uneven and big and bubbly and round. The french tip was different on each nail. During the service the man doing my nails kept cutting my finger with the drill then saying so sorry I'm tired Im sleepy. I should have spoke up to have someone else do my nails he knew he was doing a bad job he kept apologizing saying it's because he is soo tired. really unfortunate I paid extra for gel and extra for design and length just to come home and soak it off. read more

I got a set of acrylic nails put on before vacation and he did a nice job. No complaints. I went back today to get removed (I'm not an acrylic type girl) and had them do gel manicure after removal. I wanted just polish but thought they would be week after and I have some events coming up.. anyway.. I had CeeCee give me my service today.. I was skeptical but, I think this is the BEST gel application I've ever had! (And that's not easy to make the nail look smooth and not thick after fake nails). She did amazing. I was worried about the soak off and nail damage when they scraped. She didn't scrape. Nails felt strong even right before she put on gel. Best part!?! The lotion for the hand massage.... I had always gone with no-chip manicure, but he was the first to explain that the end of my nails were probably curving because of the no-chip. I have been coming here since I've been in middle school with that being said. I have been scammed once (2024) they had a promotional going on for a discount I spoke to the front about it being applied at the end of my nail appointment (they said yes), as I left they charged me full price and gaslight me as I left. Then I came in May 24th, I got a pretty crappy set it was $62, not even a week later I had a nail break. I came in today and was told they cannot fix one nail and it would cost. I understand that nails break, that's not crazy to me, but they have many charges they do not tell you about, til after you are done. So I am not shocked to hear they are charging just disappointed that a set cannot last more than a week. I am an unemployed college student, I don't even use my hands... To be honest, I have came here for homecoming, prom and so many other things. But I have been scammed, lied to, and given LOW quality nails for a high quality price. I will not be coming back. And I recommend if you are a client here to get a full rundown of your purchase, so you are not disappointed. All in all, I do love this business. But they are not a high quality business. read more

Excellent really efficient, huge assortment of colors and clean Mike did my pedicure and manicure. He was very efficient. They take Apple Pay but bring cash for tip. Wasn't a fan of my experience tonight. Kicking myself that I left a tip. Didn't receive the service I asked for, but they did knock some money off what I was meant to pay. The tech was a little rough, seemed agitated during the appointment, and I eventually realised he used the wrong polish colour and he cut my time short. THEN the guy who seemed like a manager blamed me for not noticing right away that he did the wrong colour. Oh, I'm sorry - I was trying to have a nice relaxing time chatting with my friend after a hectic week to be watching what the tech was doing when it's his JOB to choose the right product that I repeated several times at the beginning of the session. I was so shocked I didn't even know what to say. Definitely wasn't a great service. My friend had a wonderful nail tech so my experience was just an unfortunate one. I won't be back. read more

I went here based on the reviews I read and I was super excited to get a pedicure and foot massage. The place is clean and spacious but that's about it. When I walked in the gentleman at the door didn't even speak. I stood there waiting for him to acknowledge me and when he did he pointed to the iPad & told me to sign in and was annoyed when I asked for a directive on picking a technician. I used my son's number because he gets his pedicures there (well he used to up until yesterday) I was assigned to Avee. She rushed my entire pedicure process. I upgraded to the hot stone pedicure for a longer massage. IT WAS THE WORSE MASSAGE I'VE EVER HAD. She rubbed (literally rubbed) her hands up and down my leg. She snatched & pulled on my feet roughly instead of saying "Put your feet here". . No one offered me water (they offered it to other people). It was literally terrible. They have a wide selection of colors but it's not worth it. I usually tip my pedicure technician $15-$20 and I'm a firm believer in tipping no matter the experience. But I couldn't tip Avee. She was dismissive, rushed me & honestly acted like she didn't want to do my pedicure. And no I don't have jacked up feet LOL.... Maybe she doesn't like brown feet. I was disappointed with this visit. I've been coming to High quality nail spa for almost 2 years now. Mimi did my manicure, another tech did my pedicure. Mimi has been doing my nails for some time now, unfortunately she was rude this time and it seems as though she retaliated by overcharging add ons to my services because I asked the tech doing my pedicure to add one more coat to my nails. The gel on my pedicure looked see through and not to my liking. I heard her complaining to another tech about it. My services are normally between $115-$123. This time my services were $142. I don't mind paying what I owe, however I found MiMi and the tech doing my pedicure unprofessional. If a client doesn't like what they see and have expectations of what they want, there shouldn't be an argument about it or try to gas light the client to believing what they want isn't right. They were super thick, had no apex whatsoever, and the thickness didn't taper to the end but got thicker to the end. My friends told me they look like cheap fake nails and I spent $60 plus tip for this thing. Secondly, the extension the guy did was done poorly and gave me Green Nail Syndrome in two of my fingers. My sister-in-law got almost the exact same design on her nails, same length, she got a rhinestone as well and I got $30 of an up charge for a "fancy design" instead of the $8 upcharge they gave her. instead of paying $76 like my sister, i paid a whopping $105. furthermore we got charged for a shape which i suppose is fine. just really doesn't leave a good impression. i also asked for leopard print and was given this odd tortoise shell/polka dot design instead. they're cute-ish but they are not forthcoming at all with upcharges or experience/ability to do certain things. at least our ladies weren't. read more

They were only open 10 days before the pandemic shut their doors for 3 months. They are going above and beyond to create a safe and sanitary environment. Shields at both mani and pedi stations. I did not have a great experience unfortunately. When I got into the car after my nails were done. I noticed all the cuts and that the nails looked cloudy. I wanted to leave as soon as possible so I didn't complain or say anything. I was cut multiple times. It was very aggressive looking back on the experience now. And the nails were ruined by the uv light. I did everything she asked so I'm not sure why she didn't know the proper dry time. I was wrong in my perception of their cleanliness. Having your cuticles fully done is a separate service and an up charge, but the skin on the nail is removed with a drill before a full set is applied so the nails do adhere well. This was my first time here and I loved it. I got got the acrylic tips put on my nails. The process is usually the same across the board. I was able to pick out the nail polish color before I started. The nail tech was very gentle and didn't make my cuticles bleed. Unfortunately that's happened more times than I'd like to admit. I was pleasently surprised that he put glue not only on the top of my nail to adhere the plastic nail but also the bottom insuring that the nail wouldn't break off with a little pressure.
