Nine days later, two nails have already snapped -- one bleeding -- mid-trip, at the wedding, because they have zero understanding of nail structure. $180, two wasted appointments, zero customer service, zero skill. We booked a couples massage in the cave, which cost an additional $70, and it was absolutely not worth the extra charge. The window faced a busy road, so all we could hear was traffic, along with construction noise coming from the room next door. There was also nowhere comfortable to relax afterward. To make matters worse, the headrest on my massage table broke, which affected my experience. For a 70-minute massage, I only received work on my shoulders, arms, and legs, with no back massage at all, even though my back was the area I needed the most attention. We were also told that water would be brought to us afterward, but it never arrived. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not at all what we expected, especially considering the additional cost. The only positive part of the experience was our masseuse, who was lovely. I hope they address these issues before welcoming more guests.
