This nail salon is nice and open, sanitary and great ambiance! The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because my manicure as well as my moms was being a bit rushed after a group of walk-ins came in. I love this salon. I'm allergic to acrylic and this is one of the only places within 20 miles that will do IBD liquid gel nails. I had made an appointment and I was 15 min late. The place is a bit hard to find and if its your first time at this mall its going to be a bit impossible to find in under 5 min. But that's what makes it a hidden gem! Even though I was 15 min late, I was told to come back in 30 min and I would be seen. I came back in 25 min. I picked my color; I found what I wanted and was told to sit at one of the manicure tables. After sitting I had about a 1hr wait. I didn't mind the wait because I was late and it was totally my fault and there were people ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, my nail tech, Tina, gave me a free no chip color instead of the regular OPI colors (partially to apologize for the wait and as a first time customer special!) She did my liquid gels so quick and efficiently! This is the best set of gels I've ever had! I even got a hand massage after, most nail salon a don't do this I'd you don't come for a manicure! And the salon stayed open an hour after the mall closed in order to service me! I love this place, I love Tina, and I will definitely be back. This place has only been open 1 month, so they dont have many nail techs on staff yet, so because of that you will have a wait until they can hire more techs, but I recommend this place! I really like this salon. They are friendly, thorough, and the prices are reasonable. They take their time to ensure your nails and skin are taken care of. I have gotten no-chip manicures as well as pedicures, and they last a long time. I like their color selection and their selection of different services (especially the paraffin treatment with the pedicure). It is a VERY clean salon. A nice touch is that they line their pedicure tubs with a plastic liner. They also offer water and sometimes wine. Parking is easier on that side of the mall. read more

I was a little annoyed because the young girl was on her phone while soaking my nails to take the dip off, and she also broke one of my nails when taking it off. Been getting acrylics done for a few years now and started going to this place after the other nail salon in this mall closed. Never have I had so many broken nails as when I get them done here. I just got a fill and not even a day later one breaks and they say they can't fix it with over an hour until closing. They should not be breaking this fast, I don't do manual labor I literally click on a mouse all day for work. This isn't the first time this has happened, I had 3 nails break in the week after getting them done last time here so I will be taking my business elsewhere now. Should have learned my lesson last time. Also they nicked me with the drill on one occasion and I bled all over it and from what I saw they didn't even wipe it down so goodness knows what their sterilization is like. Let me just say that I have never ever been this pleased with my nails. Venus did such an incredible job. She paid attention to all the details! I have gone to so many nail techs and I can say with out a doubt that this is the happiest I've ever left a nail salon. Ever Update: as far as acrylics this place does an amazing job! How ever I came back to get my acrylics off and get a dip manicure. I have never in my life been so upset about the outcome of my nails. Mainly the shape. I'm not sure what happened this time around, but I am not happy. When I'm paying $50+ for my nails and also tipping fairly generously, I expect my nails to be PERFECT. Needless to say I'm very disappointed. I added photos of the dip manicure. The shape is not round or square.... I truly don't know what's happening with the shape. I asked her not to cut them because I wanted to keep them as long as possible. I asked for her to just file them to a nice shape. While I was getting my nails done the woman decided to start yanking on my cuticles (which hurt a hell of a lot) and then she also filed down all the corners of my nails. I came in for just a manicure because I was waiting to get the dip... but glad I took the advice from the ladies there. This use to be my go to spot for over a year, going every two weeks, and there were even times that because I loved the other services that were offered such as eyelashes or eyebrow wax, that I was there each weekend! Generously over tipping my favorite nail tech and just feeling so welcome there, disregarding the 3 or 4 times that my gel no chip nails would fall off(which I've been to 5 different nail salons after this and not one of my gel no chip nails have fallen off). Unfortunately the pricing changed for me even though for the past year, i had literally always paid the same price and had gotten the same designs and if i did get something added or different, she always charged me the same price. I would have understood if she let me know in advance and why. But it's okay. We had a reservation for four people mani and pedis at 7... I had called a few days in advance. We got there and they put our feet in water and one person started working on one person and we sat. Then eventually another person came to work on someone else. I was last. I sat with my feet in the water for 30 minutes! 30 minutes!! In freezing water and no one trying to get to me but telling other people who came in "40 minutes come back". Finally my lady who was working on a gentleman for a long time, helped him up, went up front and took his money and had a few minute chat and then went to talk to someone else, then she came and got my all of my pedicure utensils ready - all with the same gloves on!!!! Ahh!!! She came over and I asked her to please change her gloves to which she told me she had - um nope - I watched you this whole time and you never changed them! I didn't necessarily like the hygiene I saw with their other utensils but then I do work in healthcare with infection prevention. Bad business! I had an appointment scheduled for 11am today. I left home rushing to get to my appointment on time because I didn't want to be late and I know the value of customer service and being late is not what I would want to practice in business, whether I'm providing the service or the service is being provided to me. Well, I get here, on time, and the doors are closed, locked and the lights were off. So, I waited and called the business because again, my appointment was at 11am. Well, they finally opened the doors at approx. 1110, and I come to find out that my nail tech was coming in at a later time. Now, I even wrote in the appointment book (which I was asked to do) the time and date of my appointment. So the guy that opened the doors asked me if I wanted him to do my nails, ABSOLUTELY NOT! I had an appointment scheduled with a specific individual, a paid service to be provided by THAT individual.
