My mom and I LOVE Koko Nails. The staff is so warm, and so accommodating. The ambience is relaxing and comfortable. My mom and I go together, and I made a mistake with an appointment time and we wound up coming in an hour and a half early. I did not realize my screw up until half way through the appointment. They were so kind when I acknowledged my mistake, acted like it was no big deal. They have my business for life. Professional and clean. When I get a no chip from Vogue, it last over 2 weeks. They have a lot of color options for no chips and regular manicures. The prices for mani or pedi is pretty competitive and comparable to other nail salons. The place has modern decor and the nail techs are nice but not very talkative. They definitely keep it professional. I have done walk in appointments with them but sometimes they don't have any spots opening so I have to do an appointment for a later time. I've been trying to find my nail salon and came across this place. I don't think I ever had high hopes for this place but I was quite disappointed. They did a refill on my no chip nail. When they took off my original no chip, they had a hard time taking it off - they didn't use the small machine thingy but manually filed it and used some sort of chemical to take it off and it took 8-10 times more time than my previous guy from somewhere else. They found a green nail syndrome on one of my nail but did nothing (they were supposed to at least file and buff off the green thing) so it became worse over the next week. The coloring was done horribly - it was just plain bad. I paid $35+tip. Yes it's cheaper than other places and they were very nice but I wouldn't go back. I'm just going back to the other place that I thought was pretty good. read more

Everything was a great experience otherwise, but within 5 days of getting the manicure, polish completely chipped off of one of my nails. And within the next two days, polish completely chipped off another two nails( as well as more chips in the polish of remaining gel nails). Not worth the money/was not happy my manicure looked rough this weekend :( read more

I've been going to this place for years. I went to check out after my pedicure and no-chip manicure and the price had upped $10 - so the price was $70 instead of $60. None of the signs in the salon were changed to reflect this and I wasn't told the price had increased. $10 is a lot to upcharge and as a valued customer I would have liked to be notified before being forced to pay once the services were completed. I will not be going back - I can get the same service elsewhere for a lower price. read more

I went to this place a few times. They are relatively rude - anytime someone walks in, they just stare at you until you ask if you can sit down. However, many nail places have weird customer service, and I can handle awkward if the service is good. The most recent time, I called to ask if they take dip nails off, they said yes. The tech took my dip manicure off without a drill and in the most aggressive way. She would not stop filing the top of my nails, she was actually hurting me. I'm not kidding, she filed the top of my nails for about an hour and I didn't know what to do. Just when I thought she was done, she would go back in buffing them. My nails were thin as paper. She also cut my cuticles to the point of soreness. Finally, she went to paint my nails, excruciatingly slow. An HOUR & 45 minutes later, I finally left. I have never had my nails take that long for a simple no-chip. The polish was see-through and chipped in less than 24 hours. My nails were absolutely so thin, two of them broke and they actually ached in pain. Everyone told me to go back and have them put dip back on, at least to stop them from breaking. I truly don't like complaining and I'm a very polite customer. I honestly wasn't mad, I just wanted it fixed. I went back and was stared at again, finally greeted, explained that the nail tech hurt me, ruined my natural nails and the manicure job is unacceptable and needs to be fixed. They didn't seem to care and told me they didn't have time and I could make an appointment. I was appalled that I was telling them they hurt me and they couldn't help. I decided to leave my 2 month old at home with my husband today and have a girl day! I walked in and was taken right away, but it did sound like the salon prefers appointments. The interior was beautiful, modern, and clean. It feels very luxurious, from the high backed couch seats in the pedicure section, the cushy chairs at the manicure stations, and the accent wallpaper and stunning chandelier. On a Friday morning, it was nice and quiet in the salon and helped with the relaxing atmosphere. I did a mani-pedi with Ari, who was great! Pedicure included a short leg massage and rose-scented scrub. The manicure included a hand and neck massage, hot towel, and speedy (but accurate) application. I was in and out within 45 minutes! Love this place. So close to home. Will go here again. Upscale decor, furniture. Cool bench seating for spa pedicures but that means no massage chairs. Oh well. Clean and tidy. No artificial nail work done here so the place smells pleasant, not like chemicals and no nail dust everywhere. Technicians are on time, meticulous and detailed. Quality work. My step sister booked an appointment here for 7 of us at 4:30 (it was for a bridal party). The appointment was made a month in advance. We were getting our nails done for her wedding. Most of us were getting a mani-pedi. We arrive at 4, and they tell us that we can wait in the seating area towards the back. We do, and we all pick out our no chip colors. When they asked what I wanted, I asked to get acrylics with no chip and they tell me that they don't do acrylics. If I would've known, I would've gotten my nails done before I flew in. What nail salon doesn't offer acrylics? I settled for just the no chip paint. 4:15 comes along and we get told that we can all start sitting at the seats with the water basins for our pedis. We all sit and we soak our toes. The water is either way too cold or way too hot for us. We soak our feet for 15 minutes before anyone even starts setting up. 4:35 rolls around and I'm the only one they get started on. Nobody else gets started until around 4:45. She verifies with me that the bottle she is holding is the color I asked for (I couldn't tell, seeing as the bottle was black...), and I point to the nail color wheel and ask if that's the color in the bottle, and she says yes. It was a dark sparkly mauve color that I wanted. She paints my whole right foot before I realize she's giving me a deep red color. I tell her that's not the color I asked for and she argued on it. She was like "you told me the bottle was the color you wanted". I told her "no, you told me that the color in the bottle was the same color as the one on the color wheel". She argued a little more then removed the polish and changed the color. It was darker than I thought but I went said screw it. It wasn't until 5:00 that one of the other girls in our group started to get taken care of. The nail technician taking care of me promptly started on my fingers, and I instantly noticed that the color on my fingers was the color I had asked for originally and that my toes didn't match like I had wanted them to. So she had gotten the color wrong a second time. One girl wanted a thick French tip with a glitter line between the pink and white, and it came out terribly, so she told them to wipe it off and just do standard French tip. This girl also wanted acrylics, to which her technician rudely said "we don't do that here. If you want acrylics, you can go down the street". Her French tips didn't come out very even. The bride was one of the last people to start, she started just before the girl who got taken care of at 5. She wanted glitter that faded into white on the nail. They up charged her for the color (literally just white) and when she asked for them to explain the up charge they ignored her. The nails came out nothing like she wanted. At the end of it, they assumed she wanted to leave a $10 tip and the guy forgot to change something on her card, so they basically padded her bill an extra $10. We all had appointments, and they were still accepting walk ins before us without a wait. Service was very rushed. One of our girls getting a mani pedi was done in nearly 40 minutes, while everyone else was about an hour including the walk ins. We came here because of all of the positive reviews and recommendations, and because we were promised a great, relaxing experience. We definitely did not get that and all of us left thoroughly disappointed. read more

The first impression upon walking in was this place is relaxing! It's clean - no food lying around or other trash like Graphic Nails just down the street. It wasn't tight either. With Graphic Nails there was barely any space between you and the person next to you. It was spaced out like a manufacturing line for mani/pedi. I also was not rushed here. The music was so relaxing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My shellac mani and Express pedi was done very nicely for the price. I high recommend Hash. My shellac Mani has lasted more than 2 weeks. Beautiful salon, courteous service, and a wonderful treat when my friend took me here for our last minute afternoon get-together. We both enjoyed our salon experience. Thorough and relaxing manicure and pedicure experience. Their pedicure tufted benches differ from our California salons in that they're not a massage chair. I didn't miss that feature though. An immense variety of colors to choose from. I did not see any nail art though. I would have given a full 5 stars, except that the shellac gel polish used began chipping away just a few days later. First for me with gel polish. My usual gel polish experience has kept my nails strong and intact for almost 2 months at one point. (Difficult to get away for these pampering these days so a good quality products matter) Their salon would be perfect for a girl's get-together or party atmosphere. I've been coming here for years and it used to be my go to favorite salon. Recently, I feel as if no matter what nail tech I get they always seem annoyed that you're there. Won't even say hi just "sit down" and "okay thank you". I always tip very well from being in a service industry and if I'm paying $35-$70 (no chip and then no chip mani regular pedi) plus tip I expect to not feel uncomfortable like I am inconveniencing the techs. They do have a wide variety of colors but they are always rushing you to pick the color so I just do my normal one and haven't branched our. They need to realize people go there to relax not to be rushed. For the most part the nails look good but I've also had them not look good and the tech just gets up and goes to the back room. There are tons of other salons in that area that are WAY nicer both the salon as well as the techs. Check it out. read more

My daughter who has been going to Vogue Nails consistently for many years was very excited to be a winner of their Instagram giveaway. She called to make the appointment for the couple's pedi and the no chip, and asked if she could bring me. They said yes. When we walked in we told them she was the winner and we are here for the pedi's and a no chip. When we were finished they asked me to pay for the pedicures. Apparently she was the winner of the no chip. The post was not specific to who won what item. We called the manager who wouldn't help us and the owner never called us. We were very specific when we got there. On top of this, my daughter wanted a design she saw on their Instagram and they said they don't do that. Then told her to come back the next day to get it done. When she went back they still couldn't do it. There was no manager at the shop either day to help resolve issues. I don't get pedicures often but wanted to treat my mom to mother-daughter pedicures in preparation for a trip to Hawaii. She picked out this place near her home and it was great! They take reservations but did also accept walk-ins while we were there (though it was quite early on a Friday morning). The space is clean and elegant. Everyone was very friendly and smiley. Very little chatting-they just get to work and keep to it! They had a huge selection of colors. Up front was a brand without all the chemicals in it and in the back was a smaller wall for OPI and the like. The express pedicure was $19 cash or $20 credit and an absolute steal. No frills but no biggie if all you're looking for is getting your toes done. In the past I have usually had a small part of the pedicure be a bit uncomfortable but that didn't happen here. My mom comes here frequently and says she's never had a bad experience. Parking is easy-shared lot with the other businesses in the strip mall. read more
