I love this place. I feel like I'm taken care of each time I come in. Yoyo is my girl for my mango tango pedicures and my French tip acrylics. She's so lovely and always listens. Julie is great for pedicures as well and Rosie does a great job with manicures. I decided to give the nail salon another shot... and somehow a simple manicure took forever.

I usually love classy nails, and the service they do when I get my nails done. However, I went to get my gel X nails removed, and I had a terrible experience. The person who did my nails burned two of my nails with the drill and after I had left, I noticed that there was still a gel crust on each of my nails meaning that the gel X nails were not removed fully, but I had already paid for the surface. I went to a different salon to get the gel crust removed and they helped out. I'm very disappointed in classy nails removal service of nails. read more

One of very few nail salons that know how to apply GelX nail extensions. Not too much glue and my nails are super strong. With the application of the GelX I think they do a Russian manicure on the cuticles.They last me over a month. If it wasn't for my nail growth they could stay longer. Came here for a pedicure for the first time. Took an appt on Friday just in case and the service was average and less detailed oriented. The service was fast- faster than most chain salons I have visited. For someone who was here for the first time, no instructions were given as to where to find the polish etc.. they barely scrubbed the foot callus- more with the metal grater(my feet didn't really even warranty that) and then the scrub brush. My feet felt rougher than I started- at least file with a finer grit to smoothen after the metal grater. Didn't feel relaxed or that my feet looked better than what I could do at home. For the price, I rather go to my usual place for the same price and are so much more detail oriented. read more

I have been coming to this salon for about a year now, and have mixed reviews. I personally feel like it is unorganized and rushed. I have had good and bad outcomes on my nails only a couple times have they lasted over two weeks but majority of the time they can't even last a week. I had gotten acrylics, regular manicures, and dip but usually for acrylic the nails don't last over a week and half. I one time had acrylics come off after 24 hours, and old salons that never happened to me and they would last for weeks. I also feel like they never actually clean my nails like removing cuticles or take care of my nail. Additionally the prices are inconsistent and are expensive. I payed over $100 for dip nails and a regular pedicure. The regular pedicure for some reason was $15 more than the last time. When I first started coming in I was never amazed, but now think I'll start going to new places. read more

I wanted to like this place. The women were very nice, it felt clean and comfortable to get my nails done, but this is the worst manicure I've ever had. I got a no chip and the stylist sanded my nails down so they are still rough weeks later. They might water down the gel polish because I got the same brand I always get but it appeared very splotchy after just a few days. There were also bubbles in the polish when it was applied. Three stars because it is the most average salon. I like it because there's always availability and I can easily book online (which maybe is a bad sign). I actually really like getting my eyebrows & lip waxed here, which I feel is somewhat unusual for a nail salon and not a brow place. But the ladies so a nice job on eyebrows. I also usually get dip nails, and it typically lasts over 3 weeks. I think my last one lasted 4.5 weeks. The pedicures are very average. I often feel as though they rush through the lotion/leg massage part, or it is done very lazily. My feet aren't always smooth either, like there are still patches of rough skin. But it does the trick I guess. My biggest complaint is the gel manicure I just received. The pictures here are five days after the manicure (however, they looked just as bad four days after). My nails are cracked & yellow on the edges. The manicurist was horrible, and pushed my cuticles so far back that the skin almost became detached from my finger if that makes sense. Additionally, I still had 'hangnails' on the sides of my nails, which is frustrating. She also did a pedicure with the matching color - same thing with the skin on my toes, that it was pushed back too far. She was so aggressive and I was constantly flinching in pain (and I am the opposite of sensitive in that regards). She scrubbed so hard on the bottoms and sides of my feet that I was actually bleeding on the side, and there is still a fairly large chunk of skin missing/scabbed over... I'll probably go back for the convenience, but if you're looking for a nice salon this isn't it. Another side note - they don't have TVs at all, so no HGTV lol! read more

This review is over do! I've been getting my nails done here for almost 2 years! I can not go to another place! The salon itself is top notch! The decor, classy! The chairs are basically new still and also they're spaced apart nicely. You don't feel like you're sitting RIGHT next to someone so that is a huge bonus. I think their massage chairs are about 3 & 1/2 feet apart. Usually when I go in I get the room to myself as well. Don't let this fool you though they do get busy and timing is everything! For a holiday weekend you should call a head to schedule by maybe a day or two. Now the workers are also amazing and always friendly!! Danny might be the manager ( or owner?? )and he is so pleasant ALWAYS. He truly cares about the salon and the products. He was happy to show off that they got the new Xbox series opi colors! : D Lee is also another go to person for me! She always takes care of the nails and shows grace while working. One day she saved my nails after a mishap, I swear she's too good for us! Today I went in and I had Tuya work on my nails. I couldn't have been more impressed she has me looking like I could be a hand / foot model. She would give a "hmmm mmmh!" Of approval after her inspection of every coat of polish, she put on my nails. She took her time and I couldn't have been happier. I went on a Saturday with an appointment and there were not a lot of people - I felt covid safe (they spaced out the pedicure chairs that were in use and had plexiglass between you and the technician). To start, I don't get anything special with my nails. I just get gel, sometimes sns, so I cannot speak for nail art. What I can tell you is that this place is CLEAN!! As another reviewer said, they open new tools for each person. It also has a good atmosphere with the stations spaced out and not all grouped in one room, so it wasn't too loud. The last 3 times I've gone I've had trouble with the dip manicure and trying to communicate with Nail techs that don't speak even a word of English. The last 2 tines they scheduled my pedicure after my manicure even after I told them I DID NOT want that for obvious reasons. The last time a woman tried to do an ombré dip then realized she couldn't do it and brought me to someone else who had to remove what the last person had done and then redo the dip all over again. A nightmare considering their prices and that they're not at all concerned with what you actually want or having the ability to communicate with the techs The honey bomb pedicure is the best and that's the reason I even went back & tried again but even that is not worth the issues and the gaslighting when they try and convince you that you didn't ask for the pedicure first which I have always done since I started getting mani/pedis. read more

I have been getting gel manicures for as long as I remember and today I had the most horrible experience of any salon I have ever been to. I selected polish number 086 from a palette of colors and I showed what I wanted with the manager and the manicurist. The number 086 palette I chose was a peachy color with sparkles. The manicurist brought a box with two bottles to me that was marked 086. She pointed to the box with 086 on it and asked in broken English if it was correct and I said yes. About half through the manicure I started becoming concerned that she was not pulling out the sprinkle part of the polish. I asked three times if it was the polish with sprinkles. I thought she affirmed that the polish was the one I selected. Her English was not great but my Vietnamese is zero. When she got close to the end p, I realized I was not getting what I asked for. The manager came over to tell me that there were two number 086s. Somehow I was supposed to be the one to know that as opposed to him or the manicurist. The manager tried to blame their miscommunications and mistakes on me but I was not having it. I told him he could either give me a free manicure for that day or for the future and those were his only options. He refused to accommodate me so I walked out and then he proceeded to call me several times and harass me until I blocked him. I did give the manicurist a ten dollar tip since it wasn't her fault that her boss was a jerk. My advice is to stay away from this place. I happened to be in the area but I would never recommend this place to anyone and of course I will never be back again. read more

There is nothing classy about this place. Misleading customer service. When I called to schedule an appointment for full set gel no chip I was told one price, when I went to pay I got charged double of I was told. I asked do get a breakdown of the price and the guy kept making up "charges " I've never seen in my life and I get my nails done twice a month. Charging extra depending on the size of the nail? Never heard such a thing, mainly knowing the size I had done are just regular, not long at all. If they want to charge extra for "longer nails " they should communicate to the customer. The other add ones were unclear as well. For sure I will not be paying again for an overprice shitty job. Last time I went to High quality nails and for the exact same service on my hands PLUS pedicure I paid less than what they ripped me off today. Also on their brochure is listed "artificial nail service includes a steamed towel wrap and massage " , when I ask about it I was told it was an extra charge. Stay away from this, there are cheaper and better places just a block away. read more

This is my first time at Classy Nails. I was referred by the staff at Ovme who always have beautiful nails. I was that annoying customer who could not make up my mind. Ombré dip, no chip or regular- and overwhelmed by the selection of awesome colors. I decided no chip and changed my mind at the last minute and they were very accommodating.
