I've been going to Graphic Nails for 15 years now, and they never disappoint. My nails last a full month (I'll do builder gel or dip) and they do a great job. I have an incredibly busy life, and they *always* can accommodate me when I call on a weekday afternoon that I'm 15 minutes away, even still with a negligible wait. All of their nail techs are equally as talented for what I need. Their prices are reasonable and they have easy parking. I got my engagement nails done there and they were perfect! I even live in the city and still go to Graphic Nails after work I work in the suburbs because it's so convenient and they look great. My friend sees Anna here and she always has such nice nails. She was unavailable that day, so I got Van. She is amazing. Walk-ins are welcome, but I knew with it being a Friday afternoon it would be packed, so I called day of for a mani/pedi appointment and was able to get the time requested. Van took me right on time, as I entered. She gave me the options they have: dip, chip, no chip, acrylic tips, etc. and I went with no chip manicure/pedicure. Normally I don't care if my feet have no chip on them, I typically go regular chip, but it was for a wedding the next day. Van was incredibly attentive to detail and made the pedicure so relaxing. Nice hot towel, polish on the toes to end the pedicure treatment and it's time for the manicure. This is pretty hard to do on a licensed massage therapist and if I had more than two days off in a row, I would've gotten tips, as it's pretty hard to paint nails with no whites even showing as i came straight from my last shift. It totaled $90 and was totally worth it. Thanks Van! I'll be back when I have more time off to upgrade to tips. They do have tv's in there but with all the tools they use and during peak times, they're on mute with subtitles. read more

Got my nails done yesterday and they look horrible they are curved and look like witch nails. I'm so disappointed. When I asked about the curve he said he had to follow my nail bed. I've been doing artificial nails since HS and never have they been curved like this. Clearly they don't know how to do nails at graphic nails. The place looks run down... old ikea looking desks, chairs are worn down cheep and wobbly. TVs are awkwardly places really high up and freeze every 2 minutes. The owner is clearly not putting any money into it and employees/customers are crammed like sardines. Not my vibe.. I added a few stars because they're walk in friendly and have plenty of staff... but if you're looking for a nice place to relax I'd go elsewhere. Also beware of the up charges they'll try to put on pedicures. Some sort of powder for 20$? No thank you. Maybe if they listed the options on paper, id be open to the add on? I was seated at a station where another customer had just left. Came in for a pedicure during lunch. They immediately told me I should get gel because it will last longer. When I was seated, the tech recommended I get the deluxe pedicure for a longer massage. Sure. She took her time and the end product looks good. This is my go to nail salon in the area. Their service is extremely quick, the prices fair for what they offer, and they accommodate you according to your preferences when they can. A couple of times I've been here I've asked them to switch colors when I didn't like the samples and they are patient with you and willing to get you the manicure to your liking. I also added a pedicure recently when I only called in for a manicure and the transition was seamless and also quick and up to standard. I also believe they are one of the few in the area that specializes in acrylics and nail art and I've enjoyed my manicures here and the outcome thus far. I've sat in chairs for twice as long in other places with the same result they can do in 30-40 minutes. I absolutely will never come back to this establishment and if I could give less than one star I would. Today I paid 125 for a no chip pedi and mani fill plus a 25 dollar tip (20%). Yes, I always tip because these people work hard for what I assume is much less than all the money this place brings in. I came in wanting my nails shorted with basic nail polish (no frills). A light pink with pink sparkles. Right away the tech gave me the special pedi which I did NOT request, however I didn't say anything because it wasn't going to break the bank for me. This is a horrible practice as not everyone can afford upgrades without being informed. First red flag When my mani was almost complete the tech asked if I wanted a flower. I come here often and often get flowers, so I assumed he must be great at flower designs since he offered. Second red flag Wrong, this was just another way to get an upcharge. The "flower" was yellow lines with a sparkle middle. It looked off, but it was also dark in the salon and I should've said something, but didn't. On my drive home I kept looking at them and absolutely hated it. I ended up driving back to the salon and the owner didn't even know what "flower" was on my finger. I told her I just came in and would either like a new flower or it taken off. She asked me what number my base color was and I told her I needed the book of their new colors. She would not get me the book. Third red flag I thought it was 96 and then she told me she spoke to the tech who did my nails and that she already knew the color. The color number he gave was NOT correct number/color. I found the book of colors and gave her the number. Final red flag This is the part they gets me and why I will NEVER be back. It took the owner a whole 60 seconds to put a new (very basic) flower on and she smirked when I said I like it and it was much better. Then she got up without saying anything (my hands still in the light) and she never came back! They were on the other end of the salon and assumed I do not speak their language; they were making fun of me! I couldn't believe it. I waited an extended amount of time before I was seen and when I was finally helped, the service I received was lazy and the staff was very rude. My hand was stuck in a bag of acetone and left in it for 20 minutes, when the worker helping me finally came back, my fingers were dry and pale. The worker also charged me 3 times the amount that I've been charged for nail removal. This was one of the absolute worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. I made an appointment for me and my friend. That part was easy and convenient. We wanted to try a new place but were immediately worried when we arrived. The place smells of chemicals and it's extremely dusty. All the nail polish bottles to select your colors are dirty and covered in nail/polish dust. There are a line of small, old tables with cheap, worn out chairs, that look like an assembly line. The man who removed my polish with the dremel did a fine enough job. Then he got up and walked away to take care of another woman's nails. The woman next to him, who was taking care of my friend, leaned over and applied the removal polish to my nails until another young man arrived. He asked if I wanted the same shape and I confirmed and asked to cut down my nails halfway. He was done filing and I had to ask him to file the edges more because I had rounded squares when I came in and he made them square and a bit sharp. He rushed through the gel mani and I thought he'd clean the edges more with that correction brush but only addressed a couple nails. I didn't notice at first because while I selected a dark color, it was a bit sheer and required a few coats so it was only when I left and saw them in the daylight did I notice the polish along the edges of my nails and on my skin. I also noticed that the polish was dimpled on a couple of nails, so it wasn't completely smooth. The gel mani was $43 and I still tipped around 20% because any service job is not easy but they will not be getting my business ever again. My prior mani on my nails that was 2 weeks old looked 100x better than what I left with. I would not recommend this place. read more

I have been coming here for 10 years but will never come back. I asked for a simple gel manicure. My cuticles were barely clipped, the dust from filing wasn't wiped away before painting, my nails weren't cut or shaped, and he refused to remove the 2 gel x nails I had on from previous broken nails. When I asked if he wouldn't mind doing these things I was yelled at. I started getting frustrated and he said he would discount my nails, but I honestly don't want a discount I just wanted to leave feeling good about my nails! When I entered the salon there was at least a dozen nail techs there and very crowded. I have been getting acrylic nails since I was in middle school. I've always gone to these kind chop shops, they're usually fast and efficient with decent prices. I've been coming to Graphic Nails for about a year now as I'm new to the area, have had no complaints until now when one of my acrylic nails popped off and my real fingernail was green. I'm actually in beauty school so I know all the diseases and infections that are spread in salons. It's called the "greenies" and it's basically a fungal infection from uncleaned and unsanitary products. I'm not the type of person to complain unless I'm sick, injured, or have just been downright screwed over. They've never been rude to me and always get me in quickly as I just come in as a walk-in usually. I'm very saddened and disappointed that they do not care about their clientele or customers enough to properly clean and sanitize their workplace, stations, and tools. In no world should nail techs be passing back and forth the nail drill before cleaning and disinfecting. The dip powders? Why are they dipping everyone's nails into the same powder? I see all the certificates on their wall, those are to state that they know the cleaning and sanitation procedures, they need to start putting them into practice to keep them and their clients safe, and also their business. If this happened to a different person, they could easily sue, I'm just going to leave this review, hope they see it and change how they run the place. Made an appointment for pink & white full set, a pedicure, and an eyebrow wax. Their website says pink & white is $40. I tell him and he says it's never been $40 and that's actually $45, $50 with ombré. I'm a bit confused how you can even do pink & white without ombré but whatever.... I only came here for the price I saw online. They clearly haven't updated their website in years and when I showed him the price online, he agreed to $5 off. Then he told me it would be $45 for a fill!!!! When I did the pedicure (which was $25 online), they told me it was actually $45 for a no-chip pedicure! And she cut my big toe nails crooked! I had to ask her to fix it or she would have just left it. Ridiculous but okay. All of this isn't even what made me want to write a negative review, it's the nails. The nails are pretty and standard, not worth $50, but he was extremely harsh filing them. My cuticles hurt so badly, when I put hydrogen peroxide on them, they were red and burning. I want to share my experience today at Graphic Nails. Like most of you I have been nervous of going back out into the public. I called Anna at Graphic Nails and asked if the salon was set up with new guidelines and was advised yes. Upon getting to the salon you're asked to check your temperature upon entry (it's touchless) Once you've checked your temperature and get a green light you head to the back to wash your hands. They have added dividers to every pedicure station as well as the nail stations. You're also not seated next to other guests. I did ask if you came like mother and daughter if you sit together and yes you can. I also witnessed after the guest two seats away from me left, the station was sprayed down with cleaning solution and wiped right away before another guest sat down. There's also no waiting inside, you are asked to call prior to your appointment to ensure your technician is ready for you. This helped them limit the number of people inside. During my pedicure I noticed they are using one time use supplies (that purple scrubber, buffer and file) then discarded after use. Each technician also has a cordless autoclave to continuously sanitize tools. Graphic Nails also takes Zelle and Venmo! Less contact :) Hope this helps you mamas decide on getting some pampering done yourself. All of the precautions Graphic Nails has taken has made me feel safe while getting some much needed pampering! read more

This review is for Anna cause she is AMAZING! I had a horrible experience at the nail salon with another tech. I called and asked for a refund cause I absolutely HATED my nails. Anna went above and beyond for me. She reviewed the tapes which clearly showed I was not happy with my nails ( i didn't say anything at the salon cause the tech started speaking very loudly and I almost had an anxiety attack) Anna not only refunded me but also offered to do my nails again free of charge. AMY IS A NO, NO, NO!!! Stay away from this salon. I had AMY do my nails, and she was horrible. Worse manicure ever!!!. She made my nails crooked and mismatched, different lengths. She files agresive till I bled from one finger. She continuously talks loud in her language to the owner ANNA, and looks towards the door while over filing your nails too short, till they look crooked or bleed. She applies the polish far away from the cuticles, you look like you have old manicure, too much space left. She ignores you the entire time. They quoted me one price over the phone, $35, than charged me $50, she said she applied a special coat, that I have never asked for. The owner Anna was extremely rude, asked me to go wait in the car and abandoned little minor grand daughter in the salon. Amy rushed my nails. She put the lotion first, so my nails were all greasy from the lotion, so the polish did not stick correctly over the residual lotion on my nails. So two of the nails had the polish flake off in one piece the next day. Horrible service, very rude people, mismatched length of nails from one hand to the other. She would make your two hands look so different, like they belong to 2 different people, so mismatched. I am now worried that she cut me with God knows what dirty not sterile instrument, and I may catch some disease, because she caused me an open bleeding wound.
