So incredibly upset - first time and LAST time I'm going here. I had an appointment on Saturday 1/18/2025 at 9:30AM for a full set (acrylic). Mind you I have been getting acrylics for 10+ years and in all my years I have never had them pop off as if they were press ons after only having them done for not even 48 hours! Yup!! On Monday 1/20/2025 they all popped off and lifted without any issues. $70.00 down the drain!! I called them on Tuesday 1/21/2025 asking for a refund and how to go about that with them. Whoever I talked to tried offering me to come back in to have them repaired. HA NO!! I explained I want a refund, would not be coming back to them and I work 0900-1830 and would not be back in that area until after 1900 (time they close). When I explained this multiple times each time I was met with heavy sighing. At that point I told them I would not be coming back for my 2 week appointment and ended the call. Awhile later I was sent a very interesting text message (didn't keep the number in the picture for whoever it is privacy reason). I wish I would have taken a picture of my nails on Saturday 1/18/2025 and regret I didn't, but please see all pictures from after 1/18/2025. read more

Extremely disappointed! Salon was clean that was nice to see, however needed a quick manicure nothing fancy just a normal manicure I got my nails filed, cuticles trimmed and nails polished BUT never got my my fingers soaked to help with the trimming so needless to say it hurt. Technician never spoke to me other than to say she wanted payment and her tip. I guess if you're in a super hurry and want to be in and out in 5 mins and get a mediocre job manicure this is the place to go. But in my opinion if I'm paying for a regular-Gel-Dipped or blinged out manicure I expect at least to get my nails soaked and a little bit of pampering especially if you're expecting a tip. read more

The place was very nice but the service was subpar. I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait but I sat with my feet in lukewarm water for 30 minutes before being tended to. Worth every penny and here is why...I was really surprised to read some of the comments here on price. To start my service was great and they accommodated me last minute. I am a licensed cosmetologist, that means I am trained in hair, nails, skin, and all the gross things you can get when a nail salon doesn't clean well. To start they use disposable files for feet and nails ( it's cheaper to just reuse these items but definitely not as clean). They also have all metal tool in either a UV cleaner or barbicide ( which will kill anything pretty anything). So on top of being very nice and good at what they do... They are by FAR the cleanest nail shoppe I have been to in the area. I'll pay the extra $5 and not get fungus, no complaints here. Stylist tested and approved. read more

So my mother and I went to get our nails done on Monday. Our appointment was for 2pm. We went in to get Mani/Pedis. Once we walked in we only saw 1 worker and she prepared the water for our pedicures. She was the only one working there. She was multitasking by doing both of our feet in a timely matter. about halfway through our pedicures another guest came in. She told the guest that she would assist her too. she Ended up doing all 3 of our nails. it took her about an hour to get our pedicures done. She was also working on the other guest no chip manicure. We were finally seated in the chair to get out manicures. She had been working on 3 of us. Then there was another guest that came in and she needed her acrylic filled. she said she could do it in 5 minutes. that poor girl waited about 40 minutes until she was assisted. I thought it was kind of ridiculous that she kept saying yes when the 2 girls came in when her plate was already full, it was very stressful watching her multitask and knowing it took 2 hours for our mani/pedis is ridiculous. Now today (Wednesday) i was braiding my hair when my nail felt like it got caught. it was my nail that chipped... We got no chip manicures and they are suppose to last but it only lasted me 3 days. Overall the place was ok. i wouldn't say it the best place to get your nails done around. Definitely keep on looking.Not worth the 55$. Negative stars would be the best way to describe our experience. My mom and I came in on a Monday morning and were taken right away for pedicures and no chip manicures. We were seated together for pedicures and began our the appointments at the same time. The woman who did my pedicure cut my foot and blamed it on my "thin skin" (I don't she just literally cut my foot). When she put the toe separators on I thought she broke my toe she was so rough. My manicure went fine, but I know they did the no chip wrong bc she instructed me to put my hands under the light for much longer than I have anywhere else, so I'm not expecting it to last. When I mentioned it was too many times she forced my hand under the light and told me to sit. I was done with my manicure and pedicure before my mom was even getting her toes polished. My moms technician was slower than the employees at the DMvV. We were there almost two hours before we left and it was astronomical for the service we received. We will not go back. Do not try it. Have a five year old do your nails at least they won't be as rude as these ladies were. Now we are home, traumatized and drinking coffee (because the word cafe in the name implies there may be coffee, there isn't). read more

I want to like this place more than I do and I've tried it more than a few times. It is very nice inside and super clean. However, I have never had a no-chip mani without it chipping within a few days. No-chip should last at least 2 weeks. I've been to other salons and have had my no-chip last 3 weeks but never here! This last time I went, my no-chip started peeling away in 4 DAYS! So disappointing when you spend that kind of money. The pedicures are okay. I was racially profiled. I went on 5/23/17 for a pedicure. I brought my favorite nail polish which is almost done but enough to do a nail service. The nail technicians talked about me throughout my service and then she turns to me and was like girl you need a new nail polish. My feet felt rough when I left and I was ashy. My service was $25 so I had her cash and as I am about to walk away she asks if I am leaving gratuity I said to her very politely no because I was not 100% happy with the service she then goes off on me and was like "YOU PEOPLE" always come and never leave a tip. I work in the beauty industry as a hair stylist tips are not mandatory especially if the customer did not like the service then she told me not to come back which I wasn't planning on it as I did not like the service. read more

It's not as gross because they were shared with my boyfriend... but to think about how they probably do that with others is gross. She was clearly rushing because she had two pedicures, I've never had an issue with waxed before but for them to raise the price and then rush through is super annoying. LOVE LOVE LOVE, this salon. I'm not sure about the negative reviews. I've been coming to this salon since their first day of business and I have never been disappointed. Bernice is amazing, as is Romy! Every person I've had interaction with has been very pleasant. They have plenty of regular and no chip colors to choose from. And with a no chip manicure they tell you "If this doesn't last two weeks, come back and we will fix it". I've had a couple of bad no-chip manicures, so I appreciate a great one when I receive it. Competitive pricing with the area, and very convenient. I've been able to pop for a quick manicure at lunch, and spend time relaxing for a nice start to my Saturday morning.
