On top of that, she blew off his concern about the spot on his forehead indicating it was not necessary to freeze it. He then showed her the ganglia on his wrist and she didn't have any recommendations for that. What a waste of time and insurance. I used to see Dr. Deliluca at this location but he moved on to a different network. If you want to have any results from your appointment, don't see her. She needs more experience.

When one calls the people answering are generally pretty stupid and don't seem to get it that a person needs an appointment soon, not months later. The phone system experience is really unpleasant. The billing system is also terrible. Forefront makes lots of mistakes. And getting the mistake undone is a very time consuming and frustrating. "We've never done this before" I've been to this establishment on 5-6 different occasions and they have allowed my son to self administer his swab. They are old my son it wasn't a big deal and scared him. This establishment isn't autism friendly and if you have any children on the spectrum I don't recommend bringing them here at all.
