I've been seeing Dr. Morno for a year or so, for Botox and filler. She is amazing! I've never been so happy with my results, she is humorous, very smart and kind. Listens to my likes/dislikes. Such an artist! She has amazing credentials as an Allergan trainer and experience as an ocular surgeon. I would not go to anyone else for injections moving forward. She also performed a session of microneedling/PRF injections under my eyes and the results are fantastic. I've scheduled another session. I would trust no one else with my under eye. 10/10! I can't say enough about her. In addition, I visited Dr. Bakhos for surgical removal of a lesion right on my cheek and the results healed beautifully. I would highly recommend both of them, whether you are needing a surgical treatment or simply visiting the med spa. Both med spa and surgery offices have the KINDEST, most professional staff. These treatments are not the most fun and someone is there every time holding your hand. Everyone I have met has been patient, kind, communicative and so well educated on procedures/processes/outcomes. I even went in for a specific appointment and she noticed I burned my forehead with my curling iron and gave me just enough product in a tiny take home sample container to help heal it without me having to buy a tube that likely had more product than needed (she said it should heal up in about 3 days and that's exactly what happened). Appreciated that so much... I was worried about it becoming a scar. She really pays attention and cares about helping you reach your skincare goals! I recently went to a consultation with Dr. Tamara Fountain to see what she could do about my under eye bags. She told me all i needed was a good med spa and, while she didn't know her personally, she was impressed with Dr. Amy Taub's work. I looked up Dr. Taub and was excited to see she was right in my backyard at Advanced Dermatology. I called to make an appointment and they told me she wasn't seeing new patients for at least the next year. Never deterred I called their other location in Lincolnshire and they fit me in for a consultation later that month. During the consultation I met with Dr. Taub's lovely and very informative assistant and then Dr. Taub herself. They gave a recommendation for filler (which I've always been afraid of, but figured worth a shot) and scheduled me in the Glencoe office for a few weeks later. Apparently she is only in Glencoe on Thursdays, which is why it can be tough to get an appointment there. Appointment day arrived. I was a little scared of the pain, but figured it couldn't be worse than childbirth. Thanks to Dr. Taub and her amazing staff it didn't hurt at all. They also blow cold air on your face during the process, which felt really good after being outside on a very hot day. I left a little sore with very minimal bruising...and could already notice a big difference within 5 minutes. Dr. Taub didn't use all the filler i had purchased because didn't think i needed it and said the under eye area is very sensitive, but scheduled me for a quick follow up next month to see if i needed more. It was a very quick, painless and successful appointment. I was so impressed with Dr. Taub and the entire staff that I plan to go there for other cosmetic dermatology needs in the future.

She rushed me in quickly to a room, left, and sent in a different provider for a consultation. As soon as the consult was over "Ohh sorry we JUST NOW ran out of Botox" coincidentally. I know that I was basically getting services denied. I don't appreciate my time being wasted, the same way a Dr doesn't like that either. I hope they learn not to judge a book by its cover. I'll take my money elsewhere and I'll make sure to let people know so that hopefully they don't do this to others!

My internist tried to refer me to plastic surgeons he knew to no avail. One doctor refused to see me because he did not perform the original procedure and one had an opening weeks too far away. 2 others told me on the phone to go to the ER and this was not an emergency, just a follow-up. I found Dr Gutowski on-line, called his office, and he saw me that day. I have regularly seen him since then for other procedures, including Xeomin. I grind my teeth, and he uses Xeomin to relax my grinding muscles; it is a real game changer. I trust him and his skills implicitly. I regularly asked him for suggestions for procedures or asked about specific cosmetic treatment, and more often than not, would not recommend it for me and/or say I didn't need it. His office offers so many treatments and procedures. I moved out of state but when I know I will be visiting Illinois, I will schedule an appointment for more cosmetic care. I miss him, his staff, and the beautiful medical spa in Glenview Illinois.

She was so welcoming and immediately made me and my aunt feel comfortable, she could see she was having a hard time and distracted her by making her laugh and she even held her hand when the biopsy was being done. She also sang Dr Vandams praises and it's nice to know that his employees love him as much as his patients do, It shows what a great doctor he is. When the results came back I was happy it was her calling to give the results, she spent alot of time explaining what her skin cancer was and the expectations of the surgery. This happened twice in the last three weeks. When I needed to call their office, I got a central call center where I waited on hold 15 minutes before hanging up. If the phone agent wants to reach a particular office in their chain, she/he cannot call them directly either. She tried three times to reach Buffalo Grove and did not get a response. This is no way to run a medical practice. They seem to have spent their money on fancy decor but do not have enough doctors or care anything about their patients.

Scheduling is very efficient, the staff is friendly and courteous, and Dr. Newman immediately put me at ease. This is a very professional clinic and sees only adult patients, I believe. Most communication is backed up with email reminders and an online portal so you can complete all your paperwork ahead of time so you don't need to get there so early the first time. I had my labs drawn during my first visit and the results were available after one week, viewable through my DPI "portal", and Dr. Newman called me personally to explain them, without my prompting. I highly recommend this clinic. The excellent, friendly patient care really shines when paired with it's easy and transparent web presence. It is very professional and I have full confidence that my heath is in good hands with the men and women working there.

They established a patient portal where one can e-mail a nurse, but the e-mails are often misunderstood (i.e. they sent a prescription to Wal-Mart instead of Walgreens). Recently, I asked for a refill of a particular prescription. Instead of filling up a 30 day supply, I ended up getting TWO pills! That's $7.50 a pill...! I am going to look around for another primary care doctor. They do have a nice facility in a professional building, but looks can be deceiving. If you have other medical options, explore them.
