I went to her for a consult for Coolsculpting. First point, I actually met with her! She is a very prominent and experienced physician. She took her time and was very methodical in her approach. She told me what would be effective, what might be effective, and what won't be effective and why. She offered other options. I was upset at first because she wouldn't do as I asked, and amazed that she seemed to be refusing business. That said, we agreed to start with one area and a month later, I am beginning to see results, which is right on schedule. I look forward to continuing my procedures. She didn't want me to spend money unless there was certainty as to its effectiveness. Contrast that experience with visits to other "CoolSculpting" providers. I was asked to provide far too much information for simply a "consult." I was not seen by a doctor. The PA (I believe) came in and noted all sorts of areas could be done and was pushed in to a "package deal." I was about to plunk down the money and thought at the last minute to think about it. On my way home, I thought Dr. Casas' experience was far more genuine, more knowledgable, not pushy, very scientific in her approach, even if it meant losing or delaying business. I understand some people may require a second treatment and I am ok with that. I was told a follow up treatment would cost half the price of $1000. I call the office and was told that I had to pay the full treatment price again of $2000. This felt like a bait and switch and disappointed because I was going to bring my son in for the same treatment. I am now back to square one and felt like I wasted $2000 for no reason when I could have gone to another clinic with better service. He was able to suggest treatment pathways for my pelvic pain (which weren't all run by him, so not in it for the $), and got my eczema under control in a matter of weeks (at that point it was on my face, fingers, and feet). I had reacted badly to some prescription steroid creams in the past, so when the pharmacy wanted to give me the same refill, Dr. Lack called and spoke with them directly to make sure I didn't get the excipient (non-active ingredient) I was reacting badly to. The only complaint I have is they always seem to be running late, even at 9:00 AM. I always plan to be there at least an hour, even for a checkup. They put me in a waiting room right away, but then I wait...and wait. If you have skin (or other issues - check the website), the staff is knowledgeable and courteous, but expect to wait. I scheduled a consultation in February, after the Doctor listened to my concerns, she recommended a Halo Laser treatment to promote collagen growth combined with BBL for dark spots spots due to aging. While she made recommendations that would give me the best long term results, she completely respectful of my right to make the decision. I was extremely anxious about a laser treatment because I had a fraxel laser treatment a number of years ago that resulted in scarring that was slow to heal. I was worried about downtime and potential damage. Dr. B told me downtime was 5 days and I am a slow healer so I was skeptical. I asked about the number of procedure they had done and they definitely had the completed significant number so I chose the Halo Laser with BBL for my face, neck and chest. I recommend Halo because the procedures are doctor supervised and the treatments were performed by a laser technician that had done over 100 procedures. My face, neck and chest were numbed and I thought the procedure was minimally painful, and the discomfort was tolerable. Included in the treatment plan were medications that would minimize related ancillary issues, i.e. cole sores, swelling. Additionally they included products to speed recovery. Over and above, I got a text message the next day, SUNDAY, to check on me and asked for pictures to see my progress! The practice followed up for the next days. I have had procedures with other doctors and couldn't even get a call back so I thought this was exceptional. True to their word, I was able to be on a Zoom call three days later. My tenacious brown spots disappeared or were significantly lightened. My eye area looks better and it takes several months to fully appreciate the benefits of collagen growth. My friend said I looked refreshed, relaxed and overall better. I highly recommend the Halo Laser and BBL treatment and this is the place to go.

He and his nurse, Lauren, took SO much time talking to me, showing me pictures, telling me about his practice, and explaining why his procedure was so unique. I'm now 10 months out and I look and feel so much better, so much more confident. Dr. Byun's office staff is also incredible. Lauren and Lindsay are warm, friendly, skilled professionals that aren't intimidating or uppity in any way. Such a different vibe than a previous doctor that I'd seen. I showed up at all my post-op visits with a list of questions and they listened and walked me through every concern that I brought in with me. Healing takes time and comes in phases, so I needed to be talked off the ledge a few times with a gentle reminder to just be patient. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Byun. He is an amazingly talented, detail oriented 'perfectionist' surgeon that performs cutting edge signature procedures that will no doubt be copied and become the norm in the plastic field. Dr. Warner was kind enough to send flowers to my house and equip me with a special makeup palette to cover up bruising. I've never heard of any doctor adding those special touches (note: a friend of mine had a different procedure with Dr. Warner more recently than I and did not have anything sent to their home, so I'm not entirely sure if this is something his practice still does). Dr. Warner is a Fraud - Stay Away!…read more I want to warn everyone about my horrible experience with Dr. Warner. I have had three failed nose surgeries under his care. My nose is still crooked, I am still bleeding, and despite all his promises, there has been zero improvement. During the third surgery, he took cartilage from my rib, which resulted in a painful infection under my breast. Each time I saw him, he assured me things would get better, but instead, he kept injecting sterilizing injections into my nose--without any real solution. I finally told him that I would be suing him for his incompetence. Now, just because I spoke the truth, he suddenly refuses to see me. He feels threatened because he knows he has done wrong. That's fine--I'll see him in court. If you look at other reviews, you will see a pattern: botched surgeries, infections, and serious complications. He doesn't even wash his hands properly, which is why so many patients suffer from infections. His entire practice is a fraud, and he should not be allowed to operate on anyone. I strongly urge everyone to research his educational background before trusting him. If anyone wants to see proof of what he has done to my nose, feel free to reach out. Stay far away from Dr. Warner. He is a pure fraud.
