Dr. Warner performed my revision rhinoplasty and I couldn't recommend him enough. After my nostril collapsed to one side, I was very self conscious about my appearance and having difficulty breathing. I was scared that it couldn't be fixed. Dr: Warner assured me that he could help. Whereas other surgeons were arrogant and short, Dr. Warner was humble and thorough. He was kind to everyone and very talkative when interacting with my family as well. The surgery went very well. Dr. Warner was kind enough to send flowers to my house and equip me with a special makeup palette to cover up bruising. I've never heard of any doctor adding those special touches (note: a friend of mine had a different procedure with Dr. Warner more recently than I and did not have anything sent to their home, so I'm not entirely sure if this is something his practice still does). Overall I would highly recommend Dr. Warner. Do not "chance" your rhinoplasty with a doctor that isn't highly skilled or trained in it. I learned this the hard way. Go with the best! Dr. Warner is a Fraud - Stay Away! I want to warn everyone about my horrible experience with Dr. Warner. I have had three failed nose surgeries under his care. My nose is still crooked, I am still bleeding, and despite all his promises, there has been zero improvement. During the third surgery, he took cartilage from my rib, which resulted in a painful infection under my breast. Each time I saw him, he assured me things would get better, but instead, he kept injecting sterilizing injections into my nose--without any real solution. I finally told him that I would be suing him for his incompetence. Now, just because I spoke the truth, he suddenly refuses to see me. He feels threatened because he knows he has done wrong. That's fine--I'll see him in court. If you look at other reviews, you will see a pattern: botched surgeries, infections, and serious complications. He doesn't even wash his hands properly, which is why so many patients suffer from infections. His entire practice is a fraud, and he should not be allowed to operate on anyone. I strongly urge everyone to research his educational background before trusting him. If anyone wants to see proof of what he has done to my nose, feel free to reach out. I went in for an initial consult and really liked Dr Warner. I went in for a second and left uneasy he was training someone and seemed like a different person than the one I met prior arrogant and kind of unprofessional I had two different people in the meantime get work done the swift lift and neither was happy both super swollen weeks later. This physician is unprofessional, condescending, defensive and just not a good human being and even less a doctor. I am also a physician and I have never been treated so badly by anyone, let alone a doctor. He ruined my face and on top of that charged me more for a procedure to fix it ( which ruined it even more). When I brought this up, he got mean, aggressive and towered over me yelling and blaming me that it because of my face and skin. He also said that next time he does a procedure on me- " it can get better OR, IT CAN GET WORSE!!". His assistant did nothing to help and just stood there staring at the wall in front of her. My advice, as a patient and as a physician- BEWARE, STAY AWAY!! He will blame you if the outcome is bad and take more of your money! Septorhinoplasty. I had a severely deviated septum and could barely breathe through my nose. Visibly, my nose was large, hooked, and curved to my right. It's been 8 weeks and I breathe through my nose perfectly now. As for what it looks like, I will let my before and after pictures speak for themselves. I'm told that straightening a crooked nose is one of the biggest challenges in a rhinoplasty, and Dr. Warner pulled it off perfectly. My only complaint about the experience is that I wish Dr. Warner's office offered more financing options. I'd have fixed my crooked nose years ago if I could have found a way to pay for it. Very disappointed with the lack of quality of Dr Warner's work and lack of concern, work ethics or after care. For years I was living with continued breathing issues. After seeing a reputable ENT (Lygizos), I was told the tissue in both my nostrils had collapsed. From moderate to severe, it was deemed severe. Dr. Lygizos recommended Dr. Jeremy Warner for surgery. After seeing Dr. Warner, he determined I would need a nasal cavity stenosis and turbinate excision in both nostrils. 10 months later my nose has not healed, symptoms have returned and I later find out that knowing there was a denial of insurance and without letting me know, Dr Warner did the surgery anyways and is now trying to make that amount my responsibility. My nose looked fine before surgery; now it's misshapen and bulbous. I'm embarrassed to blow my nose in public as the flapping noise is very unpleasant (wasn't there before). Prior authorization was sent to my insurance company on 3/21/19 requesting authorization of payment for my surgery. On 3/27 insurance provided a "split decision" stating repair of nasal vestibular stenosis was not covered and not approved but they did approve turbinate excision. Dr. Warner was notified by the insurance company and his office manager Jeremy did later confirm that. Their office was advised that a part of the surgery would not be covered yet they did not (or chose not to) advise me and went ahead with the surgery anyways. I was never informed. I was told Dr. Warner's office appealed the denial 4 months AFTER surgery and lost the appeal. The appeal should have been requested before the surgery. I would have made an effort to appeal at that time had I been advised, which I was not. I would not have had the surgery if I knew the services were denied. This wasn't a full blown nose job. This was opening up an airway obstruction. Dr. Warner charged $8500.00 for a 1/2 hour surgery and is making me responsible for half. Surgery was scheduled for 4/26. I saw Dr Warner 6 weeks and 6 months post-surgery. At 6 months, I told him I had continued breathing issues and that my nose is still bulbous and misshapen. I told him I was disappointed and frustrated and he said or did nothing. Next patient... I'm stunned that what I have brought to Dr Warner's attention regarding the functional and physical concerns, have been overlooked and unaddressed. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in Dr Warner's office/case management and his lack of concern for the physical and functional outcome of the surgery. It is now 9 months post-surgery with no resolve. After the 6 month visit, I sat with Jeremy, the Office Manager to discuss the bill. He divulged to me at that time that there was a disgruntled employee of Dr. Warner's who should have contacted me to discuss the insurance denial and she has since left the practice. However, no apologies or restitution. In Jeremy's written words, "If they [insurance] decide to uphold the denial then I talked to Dr. Warner and we will work on getting the amount owed significantly decreased or removed all together. I cannot make that promise yet, but I will definitely try to work some magic if UHC does not want to help us." No magic to date. They just keep sending bills and NorthShore just keeps calling for their money. I've had to see a new doctor to address fixing Dr. Warner's "work". read more

Beware of this physician, do your research, there are good Cosmetic Surgeons in the area. Dr. Warner is an extremely unprofessional and uncompassionate surgeon. I had minor Abdominal Liposuction, and the result was an abdomen full of scar tissue and adhesions which requires multiple additional procedures to repair the damage. I am sick every time I look in the mirror. My negative experience included Dr Warner flirting with staff while neglecting to pay attention to the procedure, no compression garment nor post-op instructions, pawning me off on his residents during follow-up visits, Dr Warner taking no time to explain why I had such a bad result and being very uncompassionate and cavalier about my distress over this horrible result. I obviously did not feel comfortable with him performing any additional procedures, so I consulted with three other surgeons. When I showed them my pre-op photos and the result, all three just shook their heads. During these consultations I learned of all the steps where the standard of care was not followed. Furthermore, they all advised against having a mini-tummy tuck, as Dr Warner suggested, as it could result in necrosis of my abdominal tissue. I have since contacted Dr Warner 'office to request a refund, his response was to release me as a patient. I am amazed at all the 5 star reviews for Jeremy Warner, I did not have a good experience at all. I had a facelift in 2 '19 at Highland Park Hospital, they almost killed me, my results are bad. I have a divot under my chin, jawline is still loose, fat at the bottom of my neck and webbing down my neck, which is extremely aging. He told be to come back after one year, I did. His reaction was it looked "tremendous"! I wondered if he knew the meaning tremendous. He suggested another surgery, no way after almost killing me the first time. I asked for some money back, but NOPE, he wanted to do more surgery. Also he did some Botox on me and I had one eyebrow up on my forehead. I had to get that fixed, more out of pocket. I hate to write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to do so. In 2019, I had a blepharoplasty done by dr Warner. I should preface this by saying, I NEVER spend money on myself. NEVER. This is something I wanted done for years but never allowed myself to spend the amount of money needed for this. After a particularly difficult few months (I had a family member pass that I was extremely close to), my fiancé urged me to treat myself for once. So, I met with dr Warner and set up the procedure. I will say, I was completely fine with the procedure and the healing process, I did not have to use any sort of prescribed pain meds. I had no issues and was extremely excited to finally be able to do the kind of makeup I've always dreamt of doing. Prior to this, my eyelids were extremely saggy and droopy. Everything was looking good. Fast forward to not even a year later, and I noticed my eyelids drooping again in the outer corners. I emailed him with my concerns, as I didn't think this should be the outcome not even a year after the procedure. I was told to call the office and schedule an appointment. I called multiple times on various different days and never got through to anyone or even got a call back. I finally gave up. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I cannot afford to pay for this again and I am now stuck with a result that doesn't bring me joy. I'm back to square one (nearly). Had I known that my eyes would be droopy again so soon, I would not have invested what little savings i had into this procedure. Dr Warner did have good bedside manner and I appreciate that, as this can be rare. I just wish that I had a better result. read more

My referral required that Dr. Warner see me quickly, to close up a large hole on the side of my cheek after a melanoma had been removed. His staff scheduled me right away but we needed to reschedule due to an emergency with another patient. They got me in at the end of the next day and the whole procedure was handled skillfully and with great congeniality. I felt calm and well cared for. Dr. Warner knew how to close me up so the suture would heal smoothly, using some skin around and behind my ear to create the best cosmetic effect. The aftercare was excellent and with a scar tissue lotion from his office and some daily massage, my scar is barely visible. This kind of office, where staff is treated well and you feel like they are a team working to help you, makes dealing with skin cancer and its aftermath as positive as it can be. read more

First I'd like to mention the great staff in Dr. Warner's office! They are friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the office. His staff was very good about walking us through everything that was necessary for us to do prior to the surgery. They made sure we had all of the paperwork necessary for my daughter's family medical leave, return to work date etc. They return phone calls promptly to answer any questions you may have. How refreshing to have such thorough, competent people!! Now regarding Dr. Warner. What a beautiful job he did on my daughter's rhinoplasty and septoplasty!! He corrected the problem while keeping her beautifully natural! He prepared her for her recovery and everything he said was exactly as it was. No pain at all just some discomfort. There are many amazing things I can say about Dr. Warner! He is incredibly skilled, patient, humble, honest, and very kind! Here's how my story goes... I had been through two really bad car accidents where my nose was broken twice. I had issues with breathing and I also wanted to aesthetically correct the nose as well. I ended up going through two surgeries with a different doctor before going to Dr. Warner, which led me to further complications. 1) collapse of my left nostril 2) my bridge was missing too much cartilage 3) I still was experiencing breathing issues Having gone through 2 surgeries in a span of 2 years was exhausting, also the end result left me with more complications. Generally nose procedures are complex. Now with additional revision needed it made my situation high risk and more complicated. I was scared, stressed, and confused to find the right surgeon that can finally bring me piece of mind and resolve my situation. As soon as I sat down with Dr. Warner he made me feel extremely comfortable and confident that he understood the severity and complications that I went through prior to his consultation. After all I had been through I was terrified to go through a 3rd surgery. Dr. Warner was patient, kind, and gave me the confidence that he would resolve my issues once and for all. Great doctor. Friendly, respectful, highly skilled. Listens to patient requests and answers questions patiently. He is great at making a patient feel comfortable whether he's taking care of an elderly person (93 years old) with cancer or someone who is getting nasal surgery. We picked up my mom from her blepharoplasty surgery this afternoon. I received liposuction of the chin,abdomen and lower back. Dr. Warner did an excellent job and after only one week,I am thrilled with the results. I did a lot of research while deciding who to trust to perform my revision rhinoplasty. Although my nose wasn't terrible, it wasn't aesthetically where I wanted it to be. I knew immediately after having a consult with Dr Warner that he was the surgeon for me. He was incredibly honest and realistic about the results I could expect. My surgery was uncomplicated, and just a month post-op I'm already loving my results. I actually would consider him an artist in addition to a surgeon. Dr. Warner, having done a work of art on my wife's face after skin cancer ,was my choice for getting rid of a neck twaddle that added years to my appearance. As a performer I didn't need the extra "mileage.'" Dr. Warner performed a Z plasty which has left almost no scarring. There was no pain, with a little concealer it looked OK after a month. Now, after 8 months - it gives me a lift (no pun intended) every time I look in the mirror. Some may call it vanity - I call it an investment in a fresher, more youthful look. I met Dr. Warner two weeks ago when I took an elderly church friend to see him. My friend had had a very large basal cell skin cancer removed from his scalp, and plastic surgery was needed. Several years ago my own mother required something similar and we went to a doctor in Morton Grove whom I didn't like at all. I liked Dr. Warner very well, and I particularly liked that he could see how anxious my friend was about the decisions required. Dr. Warner sat facing my friend and answered all his questions in a very plain English, man-to-man way that I thought was a very good approach with such an anxious patient. He explained the options clearly and patiently. The operation (which I believe is commonly called "skin flap surgery") went very well (at Evanston Hospital) and the wound is now healing nicely. Dr. Warner had told my friend that it was possible a skin graft from his thigh might be needed, and fortunately it wasn't so there is only the one incision to care for. Yesterday I took my friend back to Dr. Warner to have the stitches removed, and a very pleasant, friendly and expert young medical assistant named Giovanna took care of that. Most of the stitches came out easily but a few were difficult, and when Dr. Warner came in he gave her additional instructions in a patient, understanding way. It turned out that her parents and my friend had mutual friends, and I could see that she was doing all she could to lower my friend's anxieties by talking calmly. The staff in the outer office was very courteous and efficient during both our visits, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes before seeing the doctor. The office is easy to reach, just a few minutes from the Dundee West exit of 94, and there's plenty of parking in the parking lot. read more

In October I was diagnosed with a teeny tiny basal cell carcinoma on the bridge of my nose. Being uneducated about skin cancer - I assumed it would be a quick fix. I was wrong. The Moh's surgery (performed by the AMAZING Dr. Ross Levy) ended up requiring 5 layers of tissues to be removed - and when all was said and done I had a hole about the size of a dime on my nose. With my wedding coming up in October I was anxious and upset and really quite sad. Dr Levy told me Dr. Warner was THE BEST and that I could rest easy. He was right. Dr Warner was reassuring from the get-go. When I arrived the next morning he put me at ease and let me know the procedure he'd be performing would barely be noticeable in 6-8 months. I saw Dr Warner this morning for a follow-up - and after just 5 weeks the scar is healing beautifully. Dr Warner is professional but personable and quick but thorough. He is clearly one of the best in his field and he's only going to get better...I mean - the guy is only in his early 40's so if he's doing amazing work now - I can't wait to see what he's doing in 10 years. read more
